The Furniture Showroom (CC Pack for The Sims 4)
Over the last few months I have seen some pieces of furniture that I wanted to make but that didn't fit well in any of my previews cc pack ideas. I saved them for a while and I finally found a very cool idea where they all can live together: A Furniture Showroom.
And of course, I always have wanted to recreate the ICONIC Heart-shaped Bed and Hot Tub from The Sims 1 and well, since this is the cc pack of February, I thought it would be appropriate for Valentine's Day.
Along the kinky bedroom and the motel style patio, I created 4 more mini collections that you can use to decorate your Sims houses: a bathroom, a sunroom space, an eclectic reading area and a mini study room.
WooHoo Collection, the bed is inspired in the real life Heart-shaped Bed from the "Pass the Spark" MV featuring Anitta.
Niagara collection. Inspired by the ICONIC Niagara Love Tub from The Sims: Hot Date.
Eccentric and Bogat collection.
Guan and Puzzlion collection.

Over the Rainbow - A Child and Toddler Bedroom
This set has been a long time coming, even well before Growing Together was announced. The idea was to create a cute set that would work for multiple life-stages and a range of genders. Quite hard when my theme was rainbow, but I think I managed it. I know why kid’s sets take longer then others I create, they are much more themed, but I do feel the extra time spent on them usually pays off.

Private School (CC Pack for The Sims 4)
Finally! my new cc pack is here and I am so happy with the result. This cc pack is very special because my dear patrons helped me to do it and I think the final result is pretty cool.
A few months ago I posted about creating a cc pack dedicated to High School life, and that was actually before Maxis announced the High School Years EP!
The reaction from my patrons was incredible, they shared amazing ideas and a very wide list of things they wanted to see in this cc pack, so now, after a few months this is the result.

New Random Small Mods & Mod Updates

New Random Small Mod:
When testing the “No Restaurant Bill when invited” Mod, i was too annoyed by my Sims not eating their Food. This Mod let’s them eat first and then drink, so the food interaction will not get cancelled when they finish their drink. It also increases the Chances for the Food to be of better Quality.
Restaurant Eating Tweaks
Mod Updates:
Added Backup Buff in case the invite situation role gets removed by the Game or other Mods. When the Sim that invited you is a Vergetarian, there will be a Notification “Eating meat brings sadness to a Vegetarian’s soul.” after arriving at the Restaurant, so you know what you can order for them.
No Restaurant Bill when being Invited
Fixed a compatibility issue with More Visitors & Ownable Lots
More Buyable Venues and new Venue Types
Random Small Mods Updates:
Small Tweaks and added a Fix so Chefs don’t stand stuck outside
Restaurant Faster Cooking
Sim should not auto light Fireplaces, when a Thermostat is set to warm on the Lot.

So… Jeff Grubb (Game Mess Mornings) seems to think Sims 5 will be announced at that EA Insider event on 18 October. My take is, they may announce it or not, but no matter what, we won’t be seeing it actually released for a while since EA stated they’d still be releasing new Sims 4 DLC “into the foreseeable future”. My guess would be summer 2023 as a Sims 5 release window at the very earliest. Just my opinion and speculation of course, but there it is.
I’m kind of “meh” about the idea of Sims 5, to be honest. I know it’s being built on Unreal Engine, which is great, but if it’s as soulless and empty as the TS4 base game was, I don’t see myself being here for it, no matter how slick it looks and how well it runs. Also, I’m not keen on the whole multiplayer aspect. If that ends up being a thing, I hope it’s an optional thing, because multiplayer/co-op is a huge NOPE for me.
They’re also talking about making it a subscription service game. Also a huge NOPE. Anyone remember World of Warcraft?
I feel like Sims 5 will be even more dumbed down than Sims 4, with EA coming up with new ways to direct (or stifle) creativity, impose storytelling with pre-scripted gameplay, and to tell us their ideas on how we should “play with life” (lol) instead of just letting us loose in a big, glorious sandbox to actually, you know… play with life.
I also feel like Sims 5 will be wildly overpriced and not worth the cost. Again, just a guess, but this is EA we’re talking about, after all.
Anyway, I said all that to say, I’m just waiting to see if the rumours are true, and then I’m going to sit back and watch simblr implode.

The Sims 4: Small Mods
This post contains my smaller mods that aren’t big enough for their own posts.
High School Spawn Fix - Fixes an issue that prevented player-made teens from spawning at the active high school, and makes it so that the game is equally likely to spawn teens who are assigned to class 1 and class 2. Please note that those two issues are directly related, so it’s not possible (or at least not easy) to fix only one. (Alternate Download)
Increased Default Household Funds - increases the default household founds to 50,000 simoleons + 5,000 for each member.
Most Skills Unlocked for Child Sims - Makes most adult skills available to Child Sims who have maxed out the equivalent child skill. NOTE: This does not modify or add any new interactions, it just unlocks the skills. If you use Go to School, you can build these skills by studying them online.
Renamed Emotions - Renames upper level emotions like “Very Sad” and “Very Angry” with more descriptive names like “Depressed” and “Furious”.
Voidcritter Card Fix - Voidcritter cards left in the inventory will no longer be removed from the game when switching households. This means Sims in other households will use their existing cards when challenged by those in the active household. Unfortunately, this doesn’t prevent Sims from leaving their cards in the battle station.
World Sort - Reorders the worlds in the world select screen so worlds with similar themes are closer together.

Studio updates with batch fix for CC beds
Hi all, the High School Years expansion added pillow fights on beds. Studio’s (Windows and Mac) batch fix updates CC beds so your Sims can pillow fight on them.
The batch fix has been tested on double beds, single beds, double mattresses on separated frames, and single mattresses on separated frames. If you encounter a bed or separated mattress that isn’t fixed by this batch fix, please report this so the batch fixer can be updated to work on all CC items.
