Done tonight

I saw a photo of a black sheep full of yellow grass browns, which inspired this quick little thing.

"There is a painting about which strange stories are told. Painted by an artist about whom little is known since his career never met success, and who died in sinister circumstances, this painting depicting disturbing organic textures has, following the artist's death, changed owners many times. It is said that almost all of them died prematurely or disappeared overnight with no trace left behind. Belonging to an artistic register where it is common to tell frightening stories to add to the myth, the painting has never really attracted the attention of experts or been subject to surveillance. Its last purchaser, a collector reputedly versed in the occult, is said to have bought it in order to "close the door on the horrors lurking on the other side", to which the audience chuckled. This wealthy collector is still alive and healthy to this day, suggesting that the frightening stories about the painting are nothing more than legends for horror enthusiasts. On the other hand, he categorically refuses to show the painting to anyone who asks, as he would have confined it to a place where he himself would never go to contemplate it. What a strange person to spend a fortune on a piece of art he doesn't even want to see!"

Instead of candles, there are eyeballs that have a will of their own, as they seem to choose which direction to shine. If it sees you, its pupils will dilate and stare at you. Who knows what will happen if you make the mistake of standing there and allowing yourself to be scrutinised."

No connection with Haunted, although it could be. The heat combined with a never-ending migraine attack is killing me and I've done this just to keep myself busy without risking screwing up an important work. Can't wait for the heatwave to end...

So we throw things, hype people up and then vanish into the smoke like a ninja of disappointment?

the truth is that my only ambition was to keep myself busy for a little while, but then my attention got absorbed by a big project (which I'm still working on) and I didn't want to just throw out a bunch of lame sketches when you'd been so enthusiastic. in short, I got myself trapped. So I'm going to continue, but without the imposed rate of 1 a day, from now on it'll be from time to time when I can. it'll be less pressure.

I already have ideas for next. in the meantime I'm posting these keys that you've already seen because I like drawing objects and I thought they were cool.
