So it's a new year. 2016. When did that happen. Blah. It's officially day 3 of the new year. Usually I try to get in the groove of things, start off those resolutions I'll never finish. But the wife and I r both sick. Her more so than I. I mostly just have a sore throat and she's super congested. Trying to stay positive though. Hopefully as the week progresses we'll start to feel better. This wasn't much of an update but I have work in the morning so I should stop procrastinating and go to sleep.

2am facetimes with the wife because 8 hour difference. Oh how I didn't miss this. BUT I MISS YOU mire!!!!

Our anniversary is in less than a month. We don’t know what to do. There is a cat convention in Los Angeles, I am a cat lady, i am convincing her to be a cat lady. Other than that we have dinner planned. There’s a handful of things we want to do? But I feel like we should save them for another time??? I don’t know???

Today is officially one year since mire moved to the U.S of A.

Tomorrow is her Bday and we’re gonna spend a day out on the town. I smell a vlog coming on???

mire? mire is drunk. I had a long day at work, then came home and helped move fire wood for my parents. Then my dad grilled some burgers for us and Mire had 5 wine coolers and apparently it hit her hard, she’s a lightweight. She’ll probably yell at me later for posting this. Oh well. I’m attempting to avoid walking dead spoilers before it airs here on the west coast so I thought i’d come on here and update. Mire and I will be hitting Comic Con in San Diego this summer without all our friends :( Depending how this one goes it might be the last for maybe a year or two? I’m itching to go out and travel. All I think about is our time in Paris last year while I’m working and I’d love to expand those day dreams to some new places. We’ll see. Probably wont get to go until next year. We have a few things planned out this year already so we should get through those first. A friend of mine got a manager position at the local movie theater and he gets us in for free so we’ve been spending a lot of time at the movies lately. Nothing really good has been in theaters but it helps pass the time, gives us something to do. Also been watching a lot of tv. Watched the first season of Penny Dreadful, it was amazing. Also watched the first 2 seasons of The 100, and became obsessed, Mire more so than I. Also been playing a lot of playstation. This is such a boring post. We’re boring people. I’ll update again when we have something more interesting in our lives.

I wish we would have gotten an earlier start on this little adventure so we could have seen a lot more but sadly we had a late start. maybe after it snows again we can actually go play in it and maybe go sledding or something. It was the first time in many many years that I have been in the snow, I'm talking 15 plus years and it has been a very long time for mire as well. But I'm glad we both got to experience this together. It was a nice little day date. May this be a start to many new adventures together.

We’ve been keeping busy today. On New Years we helped my parents take down the christmas lawn art and the lights, then we went and saw unbroken with them. Today we are getting some new year cleaning done. mire is currently on the phone with her mother while I sit here with Kira, because obviously I can’t clean without her. That’d be insane.

A long but fun day at my grandmothers yesterday. I offered to do some chores for her so naturally I'm exhausted cause I'm always super lazy. It's almost 11am and we haven't gotten out of bed yet. I don't know what her excuse is but she's still sleeping :P I think I'll get up and go make her some breakfast. Horror nights tonight!
