i instantly fell in love with his designs, and this vision of "stayed gone" has plagued my mind the whole day. so here it is! tried to mimic the show's style as much as i could, idk how it turned out. first time posting my art too, i wouldn't pick something totally-not-my-artstyle for that, but i need to let it roam in the wild. and let the author of the au see!

only while drawing this i realized just how much definetly-not-calm vox looks here. like, my man seems ready to murder someone on the spot. so i tried to capture that, but with alastor's expressions. episode 5 came to help with al's reactions to lucifer, lol. and his ears turned back (mf wouldn't fit in the frame otherwise) <3
i don't know if alastor in this au has vox's personality or just his position, but imagining al with that kind of attitude is funny, so i stuck with that.
AND I HAD. SO. MUCH. FUN. WHEN MAKING THAT VOX CARICATURE. and twisting those insults to fit him... (and yup, the shoe part is because i couldn't think of something to replace the deer feet comment. so i read thru the design notes and went WAIT! his shoes... or intepreted lack of thereof. they would totally make fun of vox's old cartoony ass, so that fit)
