I know it’s not related to the theme of my blog, but as the holiday season has arrived, I just want everyone here to be thankful if you have good friends and good family that you’re close with that you get to spend time with every year.
Be thankful if you get to have fun on Halloween with your friends and family.
Be thankful if your family is close and you can peacefully gather at thanksgiving
Be thankful if you get to celebrate Christmas with laughter and kindness with your loved ones
Be thankful if you get to enter the new year together with all of them.
Believe it or not, there’s some people who dread the the holidays because they don’t have good relationships with their family members or they don’t have friends, or because of other unfortunate reasons.
Enjoy the Holidays and BE THANKFUL.

Hi, friend. You said youve made Lembas before, what recipe did you use? I cant find one, and my honey bread recipe doesnt have the right consistency T_T
Hey! I used a recipe I got from my friend, she found it in her cookbook! I’d upload a photo but the recipe is in Polish, sooo here you go (I hope we use the same units xd):
300 grams of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, a fistful of nuts/raisins/whatever you like honestly, 1 egg, 100 milliliters of milk, 2-3 tablespoons of honey, 100 grams of sugar powder
Mix flour, baking powder and sugar powder in a bowl. Mix milk, an egg and honey with a mixer, then add to dry ingredients. Mix everything together and add nuts/raisins. Knead the dough with your hands until it’s not sticking to the bowl or your hands. If it is sticky, add flour. Roll the dough out and cut it into squares or rectangles. Lay out parchment paper on a baking sheet and place the squares on it. Bake in 170 degrees (Celsius XD) for about 15 minutes.
And if you bake them, you have to post a photo of them and tag me so that I can admire your wonderful lembas I’m sorry I don’t make the rules xd
