a plan or scheme, especially one used to outwit an opponent or achieve an end.
Saiko Intelli
This is what I headcanon Intelli’s hero name to be since it fits her very well.
With her hero costume I decided to give her a bit of a Sherlock Holmes vibe which suits her nicely.
Since her IQ goes up when she drinks tea, on her coat are two flasks that match in colour. This is probably a beta since there are only two, but I imagine as a pro the flasks would be colour coded to what sort of tea is in them.
Attached to the monocle is an earpiece for easy communication.
(This drawing took an absurd amount of time to draw but I did it big whoop)

jeez why is tape so hard to use as a theme
I swear, I was trying to find a more complicated design (idk something about the white pattern on his canon outfit was weird and if I tried to draw it I would just fuck up) and it’s just TAPE? There’s nothing to work off of?
Either way, here’s Tape Hero: Cellophane
as always, separate shirt and pants
shin guards bc I couldn’t have elbow pads
would have added elbow protection of some sort but it’s never clarified exactly how he shoots out tape from his elbows? so I didn’t want to give him anything that would prevent him from using his quirk
why am I talking about him liek he’s a real person
tape dispenser shaped belt buckle(in an attempt to give the costume designer some personality)
he shares a designer with Kiri so I wanted them to share some aspect of their costumes

stick proof gloves(not currently wearing them bc I feel like the sticky aspect of his tape could maybe prove useful?

idk why his hair is so shaggy

WARM WEATHER VERSION:

COLD WEATHER VERSION:
taller lined boots

made of a slightly more cloth-like material compared to the more spandex-like material in his regular costume

Ok, I actually really like this one! It could use some more white, but I think it looks really cool, and while Jirou is still my favorite, this has got to be the one that both looks like an actual hero costume(no offense to Jirou, but she looks like she’s in casual wear) and still looks good and functional.
any advice or tips is appreciated!
