Hôm nay mình lại nghỉ làm vì còn chút cảm cúm chưa hết. Tuy ko phải quá nghiêm trọng nhưng mình vẫn nghỉ bởi vì sự chán chường ghê gớm và chỉ mong có một cái cớ nào đấy để valid cho việc muốn nghỉ của mình. Bố nói vấn đề không phải là việc nghỉ mà vấn đề ở chỗ phải vượt qua bản thân. Mình thiết nghĩ thực ra mỗi ngày mình đều phải vượt qua bản thân để cố gắng đi làm một công việc mà mình ko yêu thích mặc dù mình rất yêu quý đồng nghiệp, sống 1 cuộc sống mình ko mong muốn dù người khác nhìn vào sẽ thấy cuộc sống của mình ko có gì ko tốt cả. Mỗi ngày đều phải chiến đấu vs negative thoughts. Mỗi ngày đều trôi qua đều thật vô nghĩa và bản thân mình thì cứ chơi vơi trong vô định. Làm sao đây nhỉ? Chẳng biết đến bh mới thoát khỏi và cũng chẳng biết thoát khỏi nó như thế nào. Thật là mệt mỏi. Haizzz
