(From Mob's perspective)

"And then that spirit decided to be even more bothersome by grabbing both of mr haruno's masters and running to the rooftops" master light heartitly goes on while smiling and raising his hand a little to kind of visualize

"How did you manage to excorsie it while it was up?" I questioned, leaning forward interested in the conversation

"I used one of my curses to jump high enough to chase after it"

My mouth gasped "you ran after it in the roofs??"

Master chuckled warmly "well I had to, it was taking hostages after all not to mention I had to excorise it"

Wow, so some psychics or sorcerers had to do stuff like that for they're jobs

Heartitly said "I know you were using one of your curses to do that but chasing after it that high makes you kind of like a ninja"

Master giggled but nervously this time "well that is flattering but shigeo please promise me you won't use your ESP to jump to roofs like what I did, you could get hurt"

"Ok I promise"

"Anyways as I got close to it the spirit began threatening the lives of Mr haruno's Masters if i got any step toward it, so I thought carefully on what to do on that situation and use a curse that relies on stealth to attack it from behind, defeat it and then absorb it"

"And that is why I took a long while getting back home"

"I see"

"Now you came here to ask me how I do my job outside of the palace but is there any more questions on your mind?" Master questioned curiously

I replied "Well i do have one you did say mr haruno has two masters in martial arts and that got me thinking should I get another master who can help me with my abilities?"

When I said that master started quiet then looked away, clearly thinking on it with a serious face, while putting his thumb and finger near his chin

Did i bring up a bad idea or?..

Master began to talk "well if you want more control of your powers to ensure they're safe to use I suppose you should have at least another mentor like me, there are times when the help of one person isn't enough no master how strong they are after all"

I leaned in with wide eyes "you really think so?"

Master replied "yes however on one condition you must follow. being that whomever you chose to be your mentor must be either an esper like you or a jujutsu sorcerer like me"

"Why?" Asked while Confused with what he said

"If it was a non sorcerer/non esper they wouldn't be able to help you due to them not having any powers so it's hard for them to understand your issues with them understood?"

That kinda seems reasonable enough I guess

I noded "ok master geto I understand"

He grined "that's good"

While I was talking with him

I suddenly felt something no two things

They feel like the cursed energy master geto has, they're not as strong as his but not weak

I looked back trying to see whare the source of the energy is

And it ended up being mimiko and nanako's. They were close to the door almost sneaking on it, Were they watching us?

The moment I saw them they ran off

Master seems to have noticed that I was looking at something and asks "what are you looking at shigeo?"

"Oh. Well I have another question master. I met two girls today whom were playing at your palace and seem to know you, they're names are nanako and mimiko, are they your daughters?"

He noded "yes sort of, you've greeted them huh? While I'm not they're blood parent I did take them in and care for them since they're orphans. So in a way I am they're guardian"

He then raised his tea cup to drink it"Have you been playing with them shigeo?"

I shaked My head "not really"

Master sipped then questioned "why not? Are you shy due to them being a bit older than you?"

"No it's not because of that I'm just.....afraid I'll hurt them with my psychic powers by accident"

Master geto putted his cup on the table "shigeo like I said your powers are a great gift that you shouldn't be frightened of, you are slowly but surely learning they're secerets and uses, with the training I gave you currently it should be fine to make friends"

I looked down "Even If I wasn't scared I'm not exactly good at making friends or talking, the only friend I have is tsubomi chan and we kind of stopped hanging out for a while"

Master contemplated, then says "did you stop talking because you hurt her with your psychic abilities?"

"Huh? No but back when we were hanging out I used to show her my psychic abilities but nowadays she's bored when she sees them"

"Hmm shigeo do you want to play with mimiko and nanako?"

My fingers keep touching each other while I'm keeping my eyes on them "to be honest I don't know maybe I do?"

"Then how about this? If you to talk to them or be friends with them you do it incredibly slowly"

I raised both of my eyebrows "what do you mean?"

"What I mean is this: you don't become immediate friends with them you start off as simple acquaintances then slowly build your friendship and get to know them a little it's like your training with your psychic abilities it's a slow progress but it is worth it"

"Really?" My eyes were hopeful

"Yes Shigeo, Really"

Thinking on it, he might be right

"Ok I will try"

"I'm sure you can do it" master closes his eyes and smiled

(At a park, from mimiko and nanako's perspectives)

"One, two, one, two,one, two, one"

"I'm pretty sure your supposed to count from 1 to 7"

"Really? I don't see any difference if I said that"

"Come on mimiko who calls the number 3 one? It just makes sense to count them properly"

"Maybe but it is less fun If I did th-

Suddenly we stopped our argument and felt a powerful presence nearby it's pretty familiar

actually isn't it the same presence whenever that shigeo boy appears? Is he around?

We turned around and saw the shigeo boy amidst all the other kids noises. He's at the sand box all alone creating a sand castle

I then turn around to my sister "What do you think mimiko? Should we talk to him?"

I thought of it, wondering if we could but..

"What should we talk to him about?"

"I don't know? It doesn't have to be playing with him we could just learn more about him and stuff"

I gazed my eyes at my doll "but what if he doesn't want to? He did not want to play with us last time we met"

I putted both of my hands on my hips "come on mimiko we gotta try, this is one of the few chances we get at making friends with kids our age who aren't monkeys"

"Even If we can talk and play with him isn't it a little scary doing so?" I gripped my doll "we never had friends before and the only people we are close with are master geto and the family, what if he rejects us like those kids in the village did?"

"Well...we gotta at least try! Besides the past is the past, master geto said those monkeys aren't worth worrying about you know?"

"Ah are you two thinking of interacting with that boy?" Said An adult woman whom is standing next to another lady and a man wearing a suit

One of the two ladies talked "I recommend to not bother with that troublesome child young ladies, he has some....let's say strange powers"

The man spoke "yea that may be hard to believe but he does have them and he could hurt you two with these said strange powers"

The first lady talked "oh I remember me and my son seeing those powers with our eyes, they're so unreal they could be dangerous"

...

"Exactly! My neighborhood saw him making water magically float while his brother is near him, oh I pity his parents, they're very own son has such a tremendous potential to cause a tsunami" said the second lady

...

"I saw them once too and I immediately knew he was trouble, I'm definitely sure he's gonna grow up to become a criminal"

They kept going on and on how bad and strange he is cause of his psychic powers

...shut up

....stop talking

The first lady warned us "so please girls stay away from that boy so you'll be safe ok?"

The two women and man have finally left

...

(Flashback, back at the village)

Whispers"Ugh....mimiko and nanako"

Whispers"Why did they have to be born? Those special abilities of there's are pretty darn problematic"

Whispers"I hope they don't look at me...."

Whispers "no wonder why that doll mimiko has is creepy...they're creepy too"

Whispers "I wish we can kick them out...."

Whispers "tobio do not stare at them too long let alone go near them"

Whispers "stay away from the hasaba twins ok?"

(End of flashback, back in the present)

...

"Hey nanako...." I gripped my doll tightly hard "why don't we go talk to him? He does seem lonely"

"Yea...we should do that"

We walked over to shigeo

"Hey there" I let out with a friendly tone getting his attention

"Oh hello" He looked up and noticed us

"How are you doing?"

"I'm doing fine thanks"

...

"Hey I know you didn't want to last time but do you wanna play with us?"

He gazed at his sand castle then to us "yea sure but what should we play?"

I replied "we can play with the sand box with you"

He tilted his head "oh ok then you can use my box and shovel"

"Why don't we make a big sand castle together?"

He agreed "yea why not?"

We sat near him crafting with all the sand around us, putting it inside the bucket with the shovel then letting out the sand castle

We took turns doing it and It got big, we used our hands to decorate it a Little bit

I pooked holes all over it, mimiko used her fingers to slide some hearts and used big ones with her doll while shigeo made sure it was steady using the shovel while sliding in the sand a big door with big windows

Then I got curious and asked "did you hear what those adults said?"

He went quiet before he replied "mm-hm I did"

"But it's ok" he explained "I've kept hearing grown ups say stuff about Me or treating me differently but it's fine I'm used to it"

"Well don't listen to them ok? I'm sure your cool shigeo and they're just being wrong about you ok?"

He looks at me reassuringly "ok"

He then asked "by the way, where's master geto?"

"Well we came to the park to play but something came up and master had to go to handle it so manami is looking after us in his place"

"She's reading a book while on a nearby bench" said mimiko

"Ok"

We finished making the sand castle. very much proud of it

Shigeo seems to be happy "that was fun what should we do next?"

I pointed at the climbers "why don't we try that one then?"

"Yea I agree"

"Ok let's go to them"

So this is what friends are like

Our master's disciple

Fanfic scribble below

(A flashback From mimiko and nanako's perspective)

A month ago a young boy seems to be acquainted with our master

We've been watching that boy interact with our master, talking to him, being with the master during his excorsim of spirits, and the only thought on our minds whenever we see him is "who is he?"

So we went to the master wanting to ask him about that boy

Master geto is in a room quietly reading a book. If we'd had to guess maybe it was on sorcerers or curses?

We lied on his lap wanting to get his attention. He seems to have noticed us and asks "is there something bothering you two?"

I replied "master geto we were wondering about that bowl cut hair boy who visits you often, who is he exactly? Is he a jujutsu sorcerer? He seems to have a big and strong aura around him but It dosent feel like cursed energy"

"Ah you meant shigeo" master closes his book "he actually isn't a jujutsu sorcerer like us. He is an esper"

Mimiko clenched to master geto wanting to know more "master what is an esper?"

He ruffled mimiko's hair gently "well an esper is similar to a sorcerer but different, they can see curses and exorcise them but they differ from not having many things a sorcerer has such as reverse cursed technique, domains, veils, etc. As well as they're energy being different than ours"

"That boy's name is Shigeo kageyama, while powerful he does struggle with controlling his powers therefore I am mentoring him on how to do so"

I rised my head a little and questioned curiously "why did you choose to mentor him?"

"Shigeo has great potential within him that he does not know of, I wish for him to see his potential and join our family and goals"

Master brushed my hair gently with his hands "when you two get to greet shigeo can you keep it a secret from him that I run a cult and that we kill monkeys"

I tilted my head "why?"

Master answered "Well there's a chance shigeo has been raised by monkeys himself, said monkeys would have not only not want him around a cult leader but one whom has murdered plenty of they're kind"

Master geto raised his finger "see it this way imagine if shigeo learns that I am a mass murderer and leader of this cult who wishes to eradicate all non sorcerers or non espers he would have thought of all of that as "bad" and would have refused to join me, do you understand?"

"Yes master we understand, we won't tell him"

(Back in the present from mob's perspective)

What a nice weather today

The wind feels even nicer when I'm sitting on this bench

It feels so refreshing

Still master geto is taking a while isn't he?

Miss manami told me he went somewhare to exorcise a spirit for someone and said if I want to see him I have to sit on this bench and wait for him but he hasn't came back yet

I wonder what's taking him so long? Maybe this particular spirit or curse is really good at hiding?

While wandering in my thoughts, suddenly I heard a rustle In the tree nearby it's like something flew to it

"Mimiko that was way too high of a kick!" i then heard a yelling voice followed with a softer one "didn't you say I have to kick it with more impact?"

"Yea but that was way too much impact and now it's stuck on that tree!"

I saw two young girls who look a bit older than me, one has a hazel blonde hair with a light yellow dress and the other has brown hair with a blue sweater and slight dark blue long skirt whom is holding a pink doll, I wonder why does it have a rope on it's neck?

The hazel blonde hair girl sighed "now how are we gonna get the ball? It's way too high for us to do a human ladder on it" the brown haired girl suggested "we could use our cursed techniques to get the ball to fall down from up there"

Cursed techniques?

"I don't know would that work?"

"Um excuse me" the two girls heard my voice then looked at me

"Hey it's him! The kid who master geto is teaching" called out the hazel blonde hair one

The brown haired one asks "is there something you want from us? Because we are currently busy on something my sister should have clarified to me clearly"

"Oh come on mimiko don't pin the blame on me! You should have been more careful"

"Then why didn't you tell me not to kick it with too much impact nanako?"

The girl with light colored dress who's name is nanako as I heard stomps her feet "how was I supposed to know you'd launched it into the tree really hard?!"

They seem to be bickering, maybe I should help them with my powers

Master geto did say to me they can be used in many helpful ways and I've been training how to control them well so I should use them

I began to make the ball float with my ESP and that caught both of the girls attention for them to stop they're arguing

The ball landed on nanako's hands while her face is surprised

quietly and softly she said "um thanks"

"Your welcome"

........

I helped them yet the air.....kind of got awkward between us looks like we're all unsure of what to say. I'm not exactly good at making friends so I don't know what words I should let out other than your welcome

"Um how about we give out our names?" Nanako began speaking

"My name is nanako hasaba and this here is my sister mimiko hasaba"

Mimiko waved her hand with a neutral face "Hello, can you tell us your name?"

"It's shigeo kageyama nice to meet you both"

"Nice to meet you too" said nanako

I asked them "I sensed some energy within you two, are you jujutsu sorcerers like master geto?"

"Yes we are, master geto told us about you, your an esper correct?" Said mimiko

"Yea I am"

Nanako looked at the ball in her hands then to me "do you wanna play with us?"

I shaked My head "no I just came here to talk to master geto I'm waiting for him right now and I don't feel like playing, sorry"

The girls looked at each other then to me

Nanako replied "ok suit your self"

The girls continued playing with they're ball

...

...I can't play with them

My powers are dangerous, I may have used them well today but what if something happens and I ended up hurting them?

What if I accidentally destroy something?

Just like how I hurted ritsu 2 years ago

I'm sorry I do want to kick the ball with you

But I can't I don't want to harm you

"Hello shigeo how have you been" a voice called out to me

It's master geto's voice

I looked back at him and greeted "Hi master I came here to talk to you today"

"Is that so? Let's come inside then alright?"

I agreed "ok"

A chat with my master

(From mob's perspective)

Whenever I go see my mentor, I meet him regularly when I have free time just so I can learn more on how to use my powers properly

I haven't been that close to him but I do appreciate master geto, he's like those uplifting coach characters in the cartoons ritsu and I....used to watch

He helps me with my ESP, encourages me to not be scared of them, taught me about about his own powers etc.

Although there is something I'm curious about, how long has it been since I met master geto? I kinda lost track of time but i want to know

"Shigeo? You seem to be thinking about something, is there anything bothering you?" My master called out while I was using telekinesis on a lot of objects

"Huh? Oh nothing really I was just thinking about something" I softly replied

"Well when using your psychic abilities right now you must be focused on them you know? Like what I do when I exorcise curses"

Meekly I said "I know but really nothing's bothering me I was just thinking on asking you a question"

"Is that so? Well then why don't we stop and talk about it inside?"

"Ok"

We got inside a room with a table in the middle of it, the master asked if I wanted drinks and I replied yes

We sat in front of each other with my master holding a cup with tea on it and I'm holding a bottle of milk

"Now then, is there anything your curious about shigeo?"

I looked down, thinking if it's ok to ask him then looked at my master in the eye and asked "how long has it been since I met you?"

Master geto looked stuned then asked back "that's it?...that's what's bothering you?"

I noded "yea my mom said I shouldn't get too comfortable with strangers I just met, but I havent met anyone with powers like mine of course, I feel like we're kinda the same because we both have psychic or in your case jujutsu abilities and I got the feeling that I wanna learn more about you but just in case I wanna check have we meet for a week or a month so it doesn't feel like I'm talking with a stranger I shouldn't be saying stuff to"

My master pulled himself back a bit then grinned reassuringly "is that so? Well luckly I recall exactly the day we met, it was simply a month ago, is that enough for you to not see me as a stranger?"

I noded acceptingly "Yea it's enough, meaning it's ok for us to chat"

Master geto commented "that's good then did you know that the day we met was on my birthday?"

I was surprised, I didn't knew that then I yelped with timid and light shock "really?? On what day was your birthday on??"

My master lightly chuckled while putting his fingers near his mouth "my is that much of an astonishment? I suppose so since it was quite the coincidence"

He put his hands away from his mouth "yes shigeo, February 3rd is the day I was born and we first got introduced to each other on that very day"

Then my master started talking about how strange coincidences are and I listened carefully, it was a really interesting topic with master geto

I really liked our chat, I hope we can speak topics like this tomorrow

How master geto does his excorsim

(From Mob's perspective)

Jujutsu sorcerers, spirits, cursed energy, cursed techniques, domains, etc.

It's been a week since I've met master geto and I've started to learn all kinds of things from him, things I never heard of before

Master geto seems pretty familiar with all of those things, i can tell he must have learned about them a long time ago

I've heard from some people that he's a psychic but he considers himself more a jujutsu sorcerer instead of an esper, I guess those two things are different but kinda similar

But at least he does help me with my psychic powers even if they are different then he's own abilities

"Well now that is enough training for today" master geto calmly announces "why don't we stop for another time" I agreed "ok"

We walked out of the room then to the hallways intentending to go to the palace's entrance

But miss manami came over to me and geto, looks like she wants to say something to him

"Very well, I'll be there soon" master geto looks at me and put his hand on his chin

He asks "shigeo can you exorcise spirits yourself?" I answered "yea I can I did do that before"

"I see" my master seems to be thinking, "why don't you come and see how I do my job? You may be able to get rid of spirits easily but it could be a learning experience seeing how I usually do it don't you think so?"

"Are you sure? What should I do exactly?" Master geto shakes his head "you won't do much Just sit next to me and watch. Simple as that"

Thinking on it, he may be right. "ok I'll watch how you do it" master smiled "perfect. this way shigeo"

I followed master geto right next to him

We then got to the liberation room as miss manami called it master geto opened it's big door with both of his hands

There were the old couple. I walked with master geto to his small stand and we sat next to each other

"Now, you said your husband is haunted by a ghost no?"

The old lady began to speak "yes that's right but can I ask something first"? Master geto who seems nonbothered says "go ahead ask"

The old lady directed to me "who is this child with you? Is he your son?" Master has his attention on me "shigeo? Ah no he isn't, he's just a disciple of mine. He's here to see how I do the excorsim"

"Is that so?" She then nods worriedly with a frown "Please be careful little boy, don't come near my husband until the ghost is gone"

"Ok" I said, master geto put up his hand "he's with me so don't worry he'll be ok"

"Back to the main topic at hand. I can tell what are Your husband's probelms. His breathing is shallow, his shoulders are heavy and stiff, he feels like something is crawling on his back and he is unable to move his arms at all. Almost like something is wrapping not just his arms but his upper body as well"

I noticed when we entered the room that The old man has a spider like spirit clinging on him, it's colors are white, violet and blue with 10 yellow eyes with blue pupils and it looks like it wrapped him with it's web

The old man snickered with a gloom tone "you really are a psychic aren't ya?"

Master geto humed "I suppose you could call me that but that's not important, just don't move sir"

He opened his palms, then the spider like creature began being sucked into it while screeching as its webs have started to disappear from the old man and it got turned into a weird looking ball

The old mister moves his arms around with surprise "hey it worked! I can move them again!" The old miss cheered "is that so? That's great!"

Then we walked and got to the entrance of the palace, as the two seniors are about to leave

The senior miss shook my masters hand "Thank you very much sir, we wouldn't have done this without you" the senior mister chuckled positively "yea if it weren't for you I would have been spoonfeeded by my wife for eternity"

"It was no problem, it's pleasant to know your spouse is friendly even when cursed" said my master

"Oh he's usually like that, joking is how he copes" she quoted

"I guess you could say that" old mister said "hopefully this kiddo over here learned something new today, I'm sure someday he'll make those phantoms disappear as good as you did"

Master geto smiled "yea I believe so as well, now if you need my help again you can rely on me anytime understood?"

"Yes we'll do that thank you" The old couple have left, now it's just me and my master,

Curious about something I opened my mouth "hey master, how come your way of getting rid of spirits is different than mine?"

"Well I'd say that's just how it is"

Confused I replied "that's it?"

"Yes" said My master bluntly with a smiling face

Master geto ponders "Everyone has they're own different way shigeo in many things not just exorcising spirits, I know many people who do so differently"

"Dont be afraid to Use your own way of how to do what I did today and use it with pride and with confidence I believe in you to do so"

"I understand"

The master looks at the skies "well now it's getting late, why don't you go home for today?"

I noded "okay" then I began going to my house before waving master while grining

"Goodbye master geto"

My master although folding his arms, opens and uses one of them to wave me back "take care"

Training the young psychic

Fanfic scribble below

"Your welcome sir, please rely on me anytime you need help from me"

"Right I'll do that thank you" said from a man in casual clothes respectfully

He walked away from my place in a pleasant mood

Another day another cursed spirit obtained from a monkey

I'm not doing that for those weak monkeys anymore, it's simply for my goals now as I've abandoned those pitiful ideals of mine years ago

As the man In casual clothes left, a smaller figure appeared from the stairs and walked towards me

Ah that's shigeo kageyama the boy from yesterday with psychic abilities, yes that's right, today is whare he begins his training and control of his powers

"Hello Master geto I'm ready to learn to control them" shigeo greeted me respectfully

I greeted him in return "why hello there shigeo and.....wait master geto?" I was then a bit taken back

Shigeo nods "yea it's because your gonna teach me, do you dislike it?

I waved my hand "no no it's ok it's only natural for you to call me that, now then shall we begin?"

Shigeo proclaims "yes let's get to it"

"Good then follow me first" I began walking the hallways and shigeo persuded me from behind

Shigeo asked me innocently "so master geto, what's the first thing your gonna teach me?" I answered "well it's important to start small by using your psychic powers on larger objects, after all if you wish to master something you must start with the basics before moving on to the advanced"

We then entered a room with a large table on it but we moved outside from the behind door of the room

I questioned "now shigeo have you ever tried to make larger objects float?" Shigeo replied negatively "not really I just make small stuff fly or manipulate they're shape"

"I see well then how about you start by making that over there fly here along with the things on it" I pointed at the table "can you lift more than one object with your telekinesis?"

"Ok then I'll try" said shigeo,

the table, plates, spoons, forks and cups all began flowing with that blueish with purple energy on them from before, all coming outside flowing with each other as if they're dancing with the table seeming to be moving the most

It seems shigeo is particularly focusing on it

Shigeo asks "so master geto, can you do telekinesis too?"

"Well not exactly, my powers are different from yours"

Shigeo seeming a bit confused asks "what do they do then?"

"I believe it's best I show you" with my open palm I summoned a few curses

"Whoa, you can see spirits too?" Spoke shigeo with a Surprised expression "indeed I can and just as I thought you can see them as well can't you shigeo? Let me explain what they are, these are known as curses or cursed spirits, they are creatures born from the negative emotions of humans and can cause harm in some way, my cursed technique allows for me to absorb curses and use them at my command"

"What do you usually command them to do?" Shigeo tilted his head with curiosity

I looked away "Well......."

I can't exactly let him know I use them to hurt and kill others...at least not yet

"I simply use them to stop other spirits of course, I have many use for my powers and I'm sure someday you'll find use for yours as well" I commented

I counseled "Shigeo your powers are a wonderful gift that have no need for you to fear them, they are just a beautiful part of you that make you special, it just takes for you to accept them slowly, with time and patience I'm sure you'll be able to properly utilize them to the fullest someday like how i did with my sorcery"

With reassurance in his eyes shigeo responds "you really think so?" I noded "of course, you are special with them after all and you did do fine with them a lot of times no?"

"Yea I did, ok I'll keep that in mind" grinnly shigeo ponders on my advise positively

Then the young esper wondered to me "you mentioned a cursed technique, what is that exactly? Do all jujutsu sorcerers have it?"

I answered "Yes they do and it's not the only thing known about jujutsu"

"Please tell me about cursed techniques and other jujutsu stuff master" the little psychic looked up to me with wonder

I smirked warmly "alright I'll tell you, you still have much to learn after all"
