What a lovely idea !
So do you like actually playing the sims? Do you want to make friends that also like to play all/any of the sims games with little to no posing and just living at the whims of your sims desires?
Well I have a new discord for you! The Sims Gameplay Society!
Just set up by my friend Kiwi and I, we're looking for fellow simmers who simply wish to play their sims games and to share their legacy families and challenges. Whatever version of that game it may be at the time. So while we love cc creators and pose-based stories this is only for folks who wanna take that work out of the game. We're just here to play!

Some come from our 2017 release and are updated now, some are maxis based mesh but redux with a new mesh and of course new texture, some are free Nobiax based mesh and "re-meshed" to fit the Sims 4, two are meshes from Mango, three or four come from the Sims 3, the white dahlia is a S3 mesh from Nanu ( converted by mrs Teaqueen ) but reworked and retextured, some at last are our own creations ...
There is never enough plants for us in Sims. We love the diversity of plants, leaves and pots. We are not much into flowers but plants. All the greens, all the leaves !

There's so much different style and we clearly need more modern paintings.
NEW ABSTRACT MONOCHROME ARTWORKS & PAINTINGS
So ... to complete our Artwork section, something we wanted to do for a long long time, say hello to some new monochromatic art :)

The 2nd set of Fantastic Beasts Artworks come from forgotten but re-found pictures we had for a long time in the deep guts of our Hard Drives :D And indeed the most beautiful posters of the movies : the Chinese illustrations made in 2018 for the Crimes of Grindenwald ...
We added some other posters too ;) And those 11 Artworks completes the first set of 7 posters we released in November 2016 :)
Next week, we should have finished our update of our old artworks ( Malevitch, Magritte, and few other things & stuff )
We are currently working on some kitchen stuff ( counters and islands ) ... stay tuned ;)

HOGWARTS ARTWORKS BOLD UPDATE + NEW ARTS ...
Well, well, well ...I know ... I was not supposed to make some artworks but as I build and manage terrains for 2 months now, I think I needed to make something else, for changing, as a break ;)
So here comes our Artworks update, since some of those artworks are 8 years long ! And this post is going to be long too :D
Let's face it : our Sims, the ones who are ex-students of Hogwarts and other schools of witchcraft and wizardry such as Beauxbatons or Durmstrang, are a bit lost when arriving into a new Sims World and some of them are eager to bring in their new home as many wizard stuff and things as possible ... These Artworks are some of these things and stuff ;)
But let's begin with something new ... Some of the Arts included into the game HOGWARTS LEGACY and let's rock in Hogwarts ;)
HOGWARTS LEGACY ART – 11 ARTWORKS x2 – SETS 1 & 2
Modern technology bringing back to life the history of Hogwarts ?! Well, if we can’t read History of Hogwarts, we’ll take whatever Hogwarts Legacy can give us …
Those 22 Artworks all somehow related to Hogwarts history. Some are explicit, where you can see the castle or its grounds, some are completely up to your imagination with skulls or fruits. Some are pieces of lost tapestries, part of a larger story ( and fully based on Gryffindor dormitory in Harry Potter movies which are themselves based on vintage French Tapestry Hanging Needlepoint of the Lady and the Unicorn ). They are all beautiful and will enhance any room.
This object is a new mesh, it doesn’t override anything, and works fine in-game :)

HOGWARTS PAINTING – 11 PAINTINGS – SERIE 1
UPDATE ! PLEASE GRAB YOUR UPDATE BEFORE JOINING YOUR DORMITORY !
We added 4 more paintings, we slightly modified the colorimetry and we refined the textures :)
Yes, we agree : enchanted paintings are superb and you don’t need to be an artist or art-lover to appreciate any of the paintings from the Hogwarts Staircases. In fact, the paintings don’t ask to be seen or admired. Wouldn’t be awkward for anybody to stand before a moving painting all day long ? :D
But art is art and the Artist behind the impressive gallery of headmasters deserves attention. Thus, we made a series of headmasters portraits. They have been painted by Rembrandt, Vemeer and Van Eyck ... They don’t move but they are just as beautiful. Incidentally a good topic of discussion at evening with friends :)

HOGWARTS VERTICAL ARTWORKS – 21 ARTWORKS – SET 1
UPDATE ! UPDATE ! GET YOUR UPDATE !
The Hogwarts Vertical Artworks have been updated with more artworks and diverse visuals. Wand permit from MacUSA or extract from a famous Howler, an artistic rendition of Dolores Umbridge torture ( can't believe that happened ), special editions of the Daily Prophet, Ministry of Magic recommandations and book covers and details. Now you have up to 21 artworks to choose from. Colorful ( or not ) and unique.
Many of those Artworks are based on the fantastic work of minalima ... the ones we admired in every Harry Potter movie ;)
Many Hogwarts students, after their studies, moved out to many different places, including some Sims Worlds ( yes, it’s true ! )
So, you can imagine how good it is to remember Hogwarts and its famous houses wherever you can live, as Wizard/Witch, and as Sim. And all the memories related to Platform 9 3/4, the Hogwarts Express, etc ... By the way, in which House the Sorting had sent you when you were 11 ? :D

HOGWARTS MORE ARTWORKS – 33 ARTWORKS – SETS 1-2-3
UPDATE ! UPDATE ! UPDATE !
The Hogwarts More Artworks series have been updated and augmented with new stuff and 10 more artworks. Yup, you read that right. More Daily Prophet front pages, education decree, book covers and various artworks ... International Quidditch World Cup poster or exemple of famous Howler. There's something for all taste in these complete sets. Wondering what the small characters are ? Zoom in ! Mesmerized by the details of the famous Marauder's map ? Have a look in big ! Studies in propaganda ? Oh boy are you in for a treat …
Framed posters are a good alternative if you are a wizard ( or witch ) living incognito in the muggle world. Who would suspect the Daily Prophet to be a "special" newspaper with its weird headline of a defeated dark lord named You-Know-Who ? Muggles might even think The Quibbler cover to be a nice modern art. And they haven't seen the sad Ministry of Magic propaganda when Lord Voldemort ( he's dead, we can say his name now ) took over the government.
As you can see, we added really a lot of Artworks ;)

K-505 WINDENBURG ( GET TOGETHER ) BOLD UPDATE 2024
As you surely remember, we mentioned in a previous post the coming k-505 updates for every city of the Sims 4 expansions ( except the last ones, from Cottage Living --> For Rent ). We thought Windenburg was really the one to begin with :)
So, here it is, coming very very soon ( this week ), a BOLD UPDATE of Windenburg k-505 ... And more ! ;)
Going back to the k-707 work. Stay tuned !

LAST BUT NOT LEAST ... TOMARANG K-505 - K-101 - K-606
Hello everyone and of course Happy New Year :)
To begin 2024, let's start with something bold :D the ALL textures override of Tomarang ( 4 Rent expansion ) aka k-505 Terrain Mod ...
While some are experiencing new forms of torture with their Sims ( landlord harassing tenants or tenants harassing landlord ) and others are marveling on exotic or homy surroundings, we were wondering how to tackle Tomarang ...
Indeed, it is a nice place and we had a special spot for it since the first images. Urbanization thought differently. So many trees, so many corners to explore ! So, we tackled, nature, urban and roads of Tomarang. Details and textures. Also minor corrections to better up the world. Like the lotus flowers. Or the hidden temples. Well, they are not really hidden but they are quite far away and not accessible which is a loss for all of us. And all the Sims ! See people, that’s how Sims-story is forgotten, when you can’t access to cultural landmarks.
We also updated the Architek Mod ( k-606 ) and the Builder Mod ( k-101 ) : Tomarang’s roof are fully re-texturized and floors are partly re-texturized and available for your own build :) We left the tiled floors untouched until further notice ;) or not ... We rather think to make addendum for those ones :)
Well ... 250 files has been reworked, most of them in a Maxis match style. That's why we waited for this new year to release the k-Mods ...
These pictures have been made using the CURRENTLY AT WORK K-707 redux <--- hope I still get your attention here :D
the k-707 for Tomarang is not yet available .. Because it is next on the roadmap : we are working on trees - sometimes it feels like we are always saying this ?_? : what we are really working on is an overhaul of the k-707 Mod ... A HUGE ONE ... It is becoming nearly impossible to work properly and across all EP/GP. Expect something on that … sometimes soon. Because we really have to work the trees in a different order ... We'll talk about this
As not to burn ourselves, we’ll probably make some k-303 releases along the road ( such as our new Natural Clouds, for example ) And keep an eye on what’s cooking at EAxis …
Gosh ! 2024 is already a full of projects year ... And as already said, there are too the Sims 3 Worlds projects :D

K-303 - XMAS TRAMWAY !
As mentioned back in October when the Tramway to Hell was released, we had ideas for various paint on the tramway.
We did more than changing the colors, we added decorations ! For the festive season, get a nice red and green tramway with socks and lush garlands.
It seems that the kindness expected in this season has touched me since we might do a Simlish version ...
Base game compatible of course, this object is a replacement of the Maxis Trolley of Willow Creek. DO NOT put multiple recolors of this object at the same time 😉
THIS FILE OVERRIDES THE TRAMWAY GAME FILE AND WORKS FINE IN-GAME …

K-202 GROUNDY MOD MAJOR UPDATE 2023
Hello everyone :)
As the last expansion is out for around a week now, we have updated from the ground the k-202 Groundy Mod ...
Maxis made some real changes inside its painting terrains since 2022 and an update was a long time due ! That's why we called it a Major Update :)
missing base ones have been added AND updated
the Get Famous terrains have been removed by Maxis so we did
the Cottage Living ones are completed
the only one terrain paint from Wedding World has been added
the Chestnut Ridge ones have been added
Most of them are Maxis match but a few are really different :) Everything has been updated until for Rent Expansion but Tomarang has no terrain paint ...
The ones which have terrain paints are : Willow Creek and Oasis Spring ( base game ) - Granite Falls - Windenburg - Evergreen Harbour - Sulani - Chestnut Ridge - Tartosa - Henford-on-Bagley
For those who do not know what is the k-202 Groundy Mod, they are terrain paints, the ones used by Maxis for the terrains you may modify AND all your inside lot terrains :) They are different from the k-505 terrains ( which cover the worlds ) ... And speaking about the k-505 : WE MADE A SILENT UPDATE OF THE K-505 BASEGAME ONLY IN ORDER TO REMOVE THE DUPLICATES AND TO BE FULL OK WITH THIS K-202 UPDATE !
ALL THE K-202 FILES OVERRIDE THE GAME FILES AND WORK VERY FINE IN-GAME …
These updates are our last updates before the new year. But rendez-vous before Xmas for a k-hippie talk & news related to the Sims 4 :)
For everything related to our Sims 3 Worlds, we know we are a bit late but do not worry : THERE WILL BE UPDATES for Lost Cove, Oaksoak Hollow and Eureka Valley :) and a new World incoming :

WELCOME TO ... CHESTNUT RIDGE K-505 TERRAIN MOD :)
Get back on your horse and ride in the distant sun because it is finally done. All of Sims4 world are k-hippied. All pixelated. Yeah, even hooves can feel the differences ( we know 'cause we asked ) :D
It's always a mess on EAxis side but we had been told they had made an effort with texturing. It is true. It was better texture-wise than any other neighborhood, still it couldn't be left untouched :)
Straw on the ground, rocks, riverbed, grass, large rocky structure ( ? ) Let the hooves have nice pixelated floors too. No discrimination here : feet, paws, hooves. All at the same level. Now you just have to worry about something else than letting your animals graze plastic ;)
THE NEXT ROADMAP is to wait for the coming World : Tomarang, and at last ... to release all the necessary updates, from base-game to horse-ranch for the k-101, k-202, k-606 ... and work backwards on the mega update of the k-707 ...
Some k-303 are coming too :)
After the Bold November, here comes the Fast December :D and we'll talk about in a few days ;) And as always, Have Fun !

OP,
It bothers you because that stupid font it bland like everything graphic since 2010 when flat design was the hype and web design stopped existing because devs started making website using Bootstrap ( less cost )
That's also when internet died and Sims4 is part of it.
The graphics are full blown Facebook like.
Even Civilization VI use a bubbly graphic style. ( 2016 )
We all died 10 years ago.
( and don't get me started that with that last font, the Sims was to gather more people and get rid of its image of "silly" and "weird" )
