so I am a member of a did system, and I'd like to share some terms you should start using!
"fronting" it means being in control of the body, but it's much more comfortable to see as a system
"alter" different people that make up the system, like marc and steven are not two 'personalities' they are two alters
"cocon" it's when two alters from at the same time!
"DID" disociative identity disorder, do not call it 'multiple personality disorder'
