I thought I had posted this when it came out, but it must have slipped my mind - Rhapsody DS now has a translation/hack patch that restores the removed cutscenes, done by TeraAngel! Additionally, this patch reintroduces the English songs, where available. This patch can be downloaded here! From personal experience, this patch runs best on an emulator, or, for original hardware, booted off of TWiLight Menu++. Happy playing!
