This is a great weekend to watch a musical. I recommend you watch All Aboard! I went to the Spa Week Media Event at the Altman Building this week and had a fun time getting pampered.  Who doesn’t like getting pampered?  According to research by the International Spa Association, 143 million people went to the spa last year, and the number one reason was to reduce stress and relax.
