I feel like everyone at Camp Half-Blood and Canp Jupiter has a crush on Percabeth, or at least one of them. Reyna definitely has a crush on Annabeth, Hazel clearly gets flustered around Percy, and I guess it runs in the family because Nico would rather die than admit that he has the hots for him. Piper definitely wants both of them, and she’s constantly getting ruffled by their PDA. Annabeth is at least 10 of the girls bi-awakenings and Percy is this hero stud who someone manages to get the attention of all the girls and them some. I feel like a few guys feel super jealous of him, thinking “I wanna be him” until a few weeks go by and they start to realize “I want to be with him”. Percabeth just wreaking havoc on the camps turning people gay.

i have this headcanon that percy and annabeth are raging accidental flirts. but not with each other. like. they'll go to the coffee shop on fifteenth street. and compliment the barista on his hair and clothes and tip really well. but only for him. and they have no idea this boy is absolutely swooning over them. or. each time they to go the bakery downtown. they take the time to converse with the waitress at the counter as they eat her homemade muffins. and are incredibly vocal about how she's their favorite server. and how much they enjoy seeing her. and suddenly they're the only two customers that can get her services for free. except, they just think she's like that with everyone.

Headcannon:

I can just imagine Percabeth waking up next to each other in New Rome once the ware finally dies down. They’ve finished their last year of high school and they’re finally in New Rome to start their life as young adults. Percy would surprisingly be an early riser and he would just stare at Annabeth, like wow, this is really the love of my life and we’ve actually made it past 18 as demigods. When Annabeth wakes up, she finds him just smiling at her while gently playing with her hair, and they’re both so content with each other. More than content. I can just imagine them in bed all morning talking and cuddling and kissing because they finally have the time to just relax and spend time together. And that’s all Percy has ever wanted for them.

I think it’s cute how at first, Annabeth initiated everything in their relationship. But as time goes by, Percy gets more and more confident, even to the point where he’s kissing Annabeth shamelessly in front of Piper, the kiss lasting so long it leaves both girls breathless and red in the face.

Percy’s protectiveness over Annabeth is simply perfect. He is fully aware of how capable she is and always lets her fight her own battles. But at the same time, he is fiercely protective of her in the sense that he gets set off by even the thought of her in danger. He will go to any lengths to ensure her safety, to ensure that he is by her side through it all. If keeping her safe means risking his own life, he doesn’t give it a second thought. His loyalty never wavers and he makes sure she knows it too.

this has been said a million times but I will never get over how annabeth “six steps ahead” chase is the one living in the moment when it comes to her and percy. she never had 2 seconds to plan for a future with him. for years she thought she would lose him to the prophecy and chose to let her guard down anyway. she spontaneously breaks rules to be with him, and initiated basically their entire romantic relationship. meanwhile percy impulsive jackson only ever thinks about their future.

Percy: I’m never letting you get away from me ever again. I’ll fight anyone, any monster, any god to be by your side. I would die for you.

Annabeth: … I’m just going to the grocery store.

Give me Percabeth pre-HoO. Give me Percy driving after school to go see Annabeth, and staying in her dorm way too late. Give me Annabeth being genuinely happy for one of the first times in her life, all because this seaweed brain stole her hat and made her kiss him three times to get in. Give me Percabeth having a weekend sleepover at Sally Jackson’s apartment watching movies and stealing kisses that last a little too long. Give me Percy taking Annabeth out on their first proper date where he’s super nervous and slightly awkward, but it’s perfect because they’re together. Give me promises under the night sky that they’ll be together forever, and kisses that make their hearts ache in a way they’ve never felt before. And then give me Annabeth crying with Sally because Percy’s been gone for two whole weeks without a single word.

Annabeth definitely has to take care of Percy when he’s drunk.

Headcannon:

Percy started calling Annabeth his wife long before they ever got married. It started at some point in New Rome, they’d been living together for a few months in college, and some girl at a party had been getting a little too closer for Percys comfort. She’d asked him something along the lines of “what are you doing later tonight?” to which he replied “going home with my wife.” At first, Percy had shocked himself with his own words, but it only took a few seconds of thinking for him to relish in the idea. He’d known he was going to marry Annabeth for a while, but calling her his wife out loud made him feel some type of way. Annabeth of course found out, but she only scolded Percy once, because secretly she loved the label. After that, he just started referring to Annabeth as “my wife” to other people, and it gave him a feeling of euphoria which he knew would be nothing compared to the day when she would really be his bride.

Which percabeth do you prefer?

It’s actually pretty comedic how Percy views himself as this average guy whose sword fighting skills aren’t up to par.

Meanwhile, the rest of Camp Half-Blood watches as he goes on life threatening quests every single year and comes back having fought and defeated multiple gods. Like, you just know they’re terrified of him. They completely understand that he could kill every single one of them with no trouble, and that he could probably overthrow Mount Olympus if he wanted to. Whenever he gets mad or sees something unjust, he goes psycho and demonstrates just how much devastation he can cause. Especially around water. And most of the time, the other campers don’t even see how truly powerful Percy is. I feel like Annabeth is the only person who has seen him pop off so she’s knows she has to keep him in check.

The other campers just watch him eat blue cupcakes and follow around his girlfriend all day.

Headcannon:

Fred Weasley is extremely protective, but not in the way you’d expect. Like he’s not stalking over other guys and threatening them if they flirt with you. Nope. He’s playing right along entertaining the fact that they think they have a chance with you. Then he’s pulling a prank on them to get a good laugh out of the whole ordeal. And he’s definitely teasing you about it later in between kisses and tickle fights. I think it would be pretty hard to make Fred jealous, mostly because he’s so secure in himself and in your relationship. But if he does get jealous, oh boy. He’ll usually contain himself out in public simply because he knows you wouldn’t want him to cause a scene, but once you’re behind closed doors, he makes sure you know you’re his. And it’s times like those that you almost wish he’d get jealous more often.

“Darling, wake up.”

Your eyes fluttered open to Fred dimly lit face next to yours.

“Mm, what time is it?”

“It’s almost 6.”

You shot up in his bed, earning a little chuckle. The drapes of his bed were mostly shut, with only a small stream of moonlight illuminating the covers. Fred sat up beside you, placing his hand on your cheek and pulling you close as he pressed a tender kiss onto your head. You relaxed as you slumped into him. You’d fallen asleep in his bed last night after a late night of essay writing. Of course he’d let you sleep in his bed, Fred was just kind like that. And of course he would wake you up early so you could sneak back to your dorm before anyone noticed. A lot of people thought him and George were reckless and irresponsible, but the more time you spent with them, the more you realized they were two of the smartest people you’d ever met. And the most caring.

It had been a month since you had kissed Fred hastily after his quidditch match. He was sweaty and out of breath as the crowd rushed onto the field, and for some reason you had kissed him as a form of congratulation. You had been so taken aback from your actions that you were hardly paying attention when he grinned and pulled you into a second, more eager kiss. It only took off from there. Your classroom crush had transformed into an insatiable desire for each other. It didn’t help that he seemed to know just about every secret corridor in the whole school either.

And so here you were in Fred Weasley’s bed, waking up to a kiss and a sweet goodbye before heading back to the girls dormitory. You smiled to yourself. You could definitely get used to this.
