Thank you for MakoHaruRin Week 2k15!!!!

The week is finally technically over and we’d like to take the time to thank everyone for making this a wonderful success. We didn’t really know what to expect participation-wise since this is an ot3 and therefore has a more minor fandom than your usual ship week has to work with, but so many people came out and participated, some of you participated multiple times, and our goal of inspiring the creation of more fanworks for our wonderful OT3 and celebrating it was exceeded beyond expectations. Thank you!!!

Some of the stats we were both surprised with and immensely proud of ~

228 total submissions!

84 total participants!

An average of 2.7 entries per participant

Two participants, iwatobiaquarium (submission tag) and trixiedragon (submission tag) participated all 10 days! swimmingharumaki (submission tag) and cymeteria-pencils (ballet-themed submission tag!) participated all 7 non-bonus days! Thank you for the dedication!!

All but one of the 30 prompts were used

Over 550 followers

Participants from all over the world, some of which submitted non-English content (fics in Spanish, art from Japanese artists.... The language of free!some is international~!)

All kinds of submission: art, writing, graphics, cosplay, song mixes, amvs, merch pictures, crafts! Thank you for so much creativity!!

All this was made possible thanks to the fandom, and we’re so glad we all came together to do this. We hope you all continue keeping this ship alive, and that the love that made this event possible stays strong. All three of us admins feel very deeply about our OT3, and our dear wish is for it to remain alive in fans’ hearts for as long as possible. Please keep the spirit of this event alive!

Marinka Week - Day 3 : Mermen

I did every prompts for the Marinka Week except one for the 3rd day because I was too tired at the time. So, here it is (very late I know) !

The San Francisco Ballet did a Little Mermaid Ballet and they used lots of drapes for the mermaids tails and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Check it out ! Kuddos for you if you guess which scene I’m illustrating here (thanks go to my roommate for the idea).
