This is a basic dumb idea that I didn't see around a lot: Use the Tarot to find lost objects.
You know, when you are not sure if an object is even in your house, why don't use Tarot?
I personally use my own Oracle but the basic Major Arcana should work fine, still I find important that the cards have a good amount of images, since what you will use to find the object, is based in the images that you see, not in the meaning of the card itself. For this, very minimalist decks, or basic playing cards may not be useful enough.
So, let's say that you are an unmedicated AHDH as me, so you need to find things because your brain just can't cope with basic order. You sits and start to ask. Where is the Thing? Is in this house, outiside, in a specific room? Then the spread can help you.
Usually I find a basic 5 cards spread useful in this case, but is mostly because I use an Oracle. If your deck have tons of images, maybe 5 are too much... Too much info can lead to contradict itself or turn confusing, so start with a basic 3 cards and see if you have to add more. If your deck have little amount of images, it can need 5 cards or more.
Cards where the "ambient" is outisde, probably mean "not in your house/ in other house or lost in the street" (The Fool, The World, The Wheel of the Fortune).
Cards with columns and chairs can mention a "inside the house" (The High Priestess, The Justice, The Hieropanth).
Some cards can point where in reference to other objects. The Magician have stuffs over the table, it can point things over a table or furniture.
You have pets? Maybe is close your pet, and for that, cards with animals can give a hint (The Strenght, The Chariot).
The cards with suns can hint that is "at sight" (The Sun).
Cards with moons and stars can point the Bedroom (The Moon, The Star).
Card with little light? Inside a closet! It have water? Maybe in the bathroom! Have plants? The garden! Chairs? Check close a chair or the kitchen! Fruits? Maybe close the fridge! Have clothes? Maybe on your bed!
What's matter, is that you focus in the objects that you see, and specially based on YOUR DECK. Since not all the decks are the same, it can have a lot of variations that you need to consider. Example, The Hermit have a light in his hand, which can point to be close a lamp, but if your card is an Hermit Crab, of course it will not mean the same. Be smart, be creative.
The origami lucky star is so easy to make, but it looks so pretty soon youāll be making hundreds!
Step 1: Start with a strip of paper. Tie a āknotā in the end of your paper.
Step 2: Pull gently to tighten, then flatten.
Step 3: Fold the end of the strip down and tuck it into the knot.
You can cut a bit of it off if itās too long.
Step 4: Now wrap the other end of the strip around and around this pentagon you have formed, creasing gently as you go.
Step 5: Keep wrapping until you get to the end of the strip.
Tuck the last bit of the strip into the pouch. You should be left with a cute little pentagon.
Step 6: Now to make this little pentagon into a star, very gently and slowly use your fingernail to press on the centre of each of its edges. The star should puff out.
And you should have a lovely little lucky star!
It may take some practise to get the star to puff out perfectly, but stick with it. youāll get it!
If you are having a lot of trouble, try different papers, or try wrapping the strip of paper around without creasing it too much. This helps a bit!
Good day! Iām going to teach you on how to make a Tulip. It is relatively simple and looks so sweet when bunched together with other tulips, or different types of flowers. š·
Use lovely colourful paper for this one, it will brighten your day!
Step 1: Fold in half, then in half again, as shown. Crease well, then open out again.
Step 2: Turn the paper over and fold in half diagonally and in both directions. Crease well and open out once again.
Step 3: Holding the points shown, bring them both down to the centre point on the bottom line. Flatten model. This is called a waterbomb base.
Step 4: Fold bottom corners of front flaps up to the top corner. Repeat this on the back as well.
Step 5: Turn the front flap to the left, like turning the pages in a book.
Do the same to the other side of the model.
Step 6: Move the upper flaps toward each other, and tuck one into the other, as far as it goes.
Step 7: When you flatten this, make sure the distances A & B shown are equal.
Step 8: Repeat steps 6 & 7 on back of model, to get this.
Step 9: Blow into base of tulip to inflate and shape the flower.
Step 10: Peel each petal down, slowly and carefully. Your tulip is now finished.

Spell:Ā
Spells differ from other methods of magic because they can be so versatile and can have so many different effects. Essentially using your power to influence, change, or accomplish a goal would be considered a spell. Spells can have many components or none at all and can be traditional or new. Some spells suggest you cast circles before performing them and others do not. Some call for specific placements of altars or herbs and some are spontaneous and chaotic. Both forms of spellwork are valid because ultimately weāre just trying to achieve a result.Ā
Charm:
Charms are physical objects made for a specific purpose that must be left in specific places to carry out their intentions. For example if you make a charm to ward off nightmares you would keep it above your bed. The difference between charm and enchantment is that when you have a charm youāve made it for a specific purpose. You make a necklace to ward off worrying. You make a satchel, or a cake, or a painting and therefore it is a charm.Ā
Enchantment:
An enchantment is an object that already exists and performing magic on it for a purpose. You would enchant a necklace to help ward against worrying. You would enchant your shoes to help you run faster. You would enchant your lip gloss to help you speak clearer and be more charismatic.Ā
Curse:
A curse is a spell that is casted with negative intentions or outcomes for the target. There are no rules as to why curses should be cast, norĀ āreal reasonsā for them. Some people feel curses arenāt for them and that is perfectly acceptable. Some people feel like cursing people for no reason and that is also perfectly acceptable. Cursing itself has no ties to 3 folds, laws of returns or anything of that nature. Those specific beliefs are not curse related, they are typically though not always either Wiccan, or Neo Wiccan beliefs.
Hex:
A hex is similar to a curse as it is a spell with negative intentions on a person. However a hex grows and develops and binds closer to its intended target when certain actions are performed. For example you may hex someone speaking ill of you. Every time they do a negative effect would take place and with increased frequency the hex would become stronger and more powerful.Ā
š«Get the thing you wanna enchant-necklace, ring, cup, blanket, what the fuck ever
š«Hold it and close your eyes
š«Imagine your energy rushing into it
š«While youāre doing that, say what you want the energy to do-Ā āWhenever I wear this, I am protected from bad spiritsāĀ āWhenever I drink from this cup, I feel energizedā you can program that shit to do WHATEVER YOU WANT
there you go. this is my go-to method for enchanting anything, but it might drain you, so if you feel drained make sure to recharge by eating, meditating, sitting in the sun, what-have-youĀ
Magic symbol of the triple moon favorite all the witches! I often make it on the cover of the Grimoires. Do you know what it means?
šThe maiden.
Represented by the new waxing moon. The maiden embodies purity, youth, creation, pleasure, naivety, and new beginnings. The maiden invites you to explore your spirituality, creativity, and desires.
šThe mother.
Represented by the full moon. The mother embodies love, fertility, nourishment, responsibility, patience, power, and self-care. The mother invites you to master giving and receiving love.
šThe crone.
Represented by the fading waning moon. The crone embodies fulfillment, endings, wisdom, death, and culmination. The crone invites you to accept that without death there is no birth.
i never realized cuneiform was made with the corner of a cuboid tool, i thought the wedge shapes were carved such that you would press straight down with the tool at a 90Ā° angle to the clay
No, seriously, that is the best-known way, but there are also a variety of what are called āwalking meditationsā meant to get you into that same mental state. Yeah, you can just walk in a gentle circle in a room somewhereā¦ or you can go for a jog. Or practice martial arts forms. Or dance to your favorite music playlist in your room.
The important part of meditation isnāt what youāre doing, itās the getting into a space where you can let your mind naturally empty and calm. I have ADHD, sitting still does not come naturally to me, especially in that awful cross-legged-straight-back-classic-meditation-pose. But I can achieve the same effect by dancing in my room to my youtube playlists.
And I keep running into other people who like the idea of meditation but who have never run into anything other than the sitting-still version that sounds like their own personal hell, so I thought Iād share this, at least get the term to type into Google search out there.

Carl Jung theorized the existence of three levels/spheres in the human psyche: the Ego, representing the conscious mind, the Personal Unconscious where memories are contained and the Collective Unconscious, where all knowledge and experiences of the species are shared.
Each Sphere has in it a certain number of Archetypes, used to better describe the components of those structures, and the Shadow is one of them.
What is the Shadow
The shadowĀ can be seen as a instinctual or primitive part of ourselves, it exists as part of the unconscious mind and is composed of repressed ideas, weaknesses, desires, instincts, and shortcomings.
It is this archetype that contains all of the things that are unacceptable not only to society, but also to one's own personal morals and values, normally going against social norms and rules as well as what we personally consider right.
The Shadow is often described as the darker side of the psyche, representing wildness, chaos, and the unknown, and it is common for people to deny this element of their own psyche and instead project it on to others.
The Shadow in Witchcraft and Benefits of Shadow Work
Art: Unknown
The Shadow, in witchcraft, can represent The Unknown, hidden depth of ourselves. Speaking in terms of energy, this is an area that can be a deep source of energetic issues, because itās locked up in the dark and always striving to reach the light.
To not work with oneās Shadow is to make it greedy and aggressive, as well as denying a big part of oneself, making everything a half of a whole.
Through that brief explanation, we can already establish the importance and role of the Shadow in witchcraft, and with that in mind, comes the concept of Shadow Work.
Shadow Work can be seen in a number of practices, meditation, trances, inner journeyās, lucid dreaming, astral travels, spells and divination.
The method can change, but the principle is simple: Centering your intent to self discovery, self knowledge and self acceptance.
Working with oneās Shadow is not only beneficial to oneās craft, as it allows one to get in touch with their intuition as well as allows for easier connection with oneās guide/guides, but it also allows for healing and acceptance of oneās feelings and needs.
Think of all aspects of life as a wheel. If there is one part bent, the wheel can turn, but with more effort. If the owner spends time fixing that bent part, the wheel will turn in a much more smooth manner.
That is what happens when you take the time to do Shadow Work, you have to put in effort, and most of the time itās not easy, but once done, all other components on the wheel of your life will be relieved to move on without that obstacle that makes their job harder.
The Shadow is not evil, as evil is just a moral compass invented by humans. It is a part of oneās nature, and to deny it is to supress a connection with yourself.
Take the time to know and accept your shadow, and youāll see that life will be a little easier.
