To Catch a Leaf

The entire noodle shop shook las MK let out another loud hiccup, The twins merely giggled as they watched her hiccup.

"This is the worst case of hiccups I've ever seen!" Pigsy grunted, as he heaved himself to his feet, using the counter as a way to lift himself. "How'd it happen?!"

"Well, uh, do you remember meatball eating contest you told her not to enter?" Mei chuckled nervously, avoiding eye contact with the concerned pig demon.

"Yeah, I remember, under no circumstances, why?"

The dragon girl showed the two pictures of MK chowing down meatballs, both Tang and Pigsy gave the kids looks of horror. "Yeah...We think they may have been cursed."

"I broke my own record though, yeah boi!" MK grinned with a thumbs up, before letting out another hiccup. Pigsy growls in frustration. "MK, out of all the things you've done.." He trailed off.

"We tried everything to get rid of them!" Mei whined. "I tried giving her water, rubbing her belly, giving her a good scare, and hitting all her pressure points! But nothing worked!"

"Perhaps you should try holding your breath for a minute?" Rumble suggested, her tail swishing back and forth.

MK took a deep breath while everyone watched, After a minute she exhaled and smiled. "Yay! It worked!" MK cheered until she hiccups again. "Augh!!"

"I may have a suggestion!" Sandy spoke up, from the booth where he'd been listening in on the conversation. "What if we used the Crimson Jimsonweed it could cure MK's hiccups!"

"Ah, I see he's in this episode too?" Tang commented, looking at the viewers.

"Hm, If I remember correctly, that is an ancient and powerful flower that blooms every Crimson Moon."

"Exactly!" The water demon smiled, acting as if he didn't just asked one of them to go into a dangerous lake.

Pigsy, Tang and Mei all deadpanned at the water demon, who flinched with a nervous chuckle, as he realized what they were implying. "O-oh no, I'm strictly a Water Adventure kinda' guy."

"Pwease Sandy?~" MK pleaded in a cutesy voice, eyes watery, quivering her lip.

"Aww, you got it, I'll do it for my friend!" Sandy said and ran out the noodle shop to get ready for his journey.

"Bye Sandy," MK and Mei called out after the tea drinker. "Good luck!"

Tang looked around "Uh, where did the little rascals go?" He asked.

At the outskirts of the forest Sandy takes a deep breath of the fresh mountain air as he push some bushes away. "Ah! Could this day be anymore perfect?"

"Meh, we've seen better places." Voices made the cat owner jump in surprise, and look behind him, to where Rumble and Savage were stepping out of the shadow portal.

"O-Oh my?!" Sandy sputtered, sending the young monkeys a worried look. "How'd you two get here?!"

"Savage saw that you were leaving, so I followed him, well then followed you." The little she-monkey mumbled, pushing her glasses up.

Savage sighed, looking up Sandy. "Look I know we're gonna get lectured for this, but we promised our father that we'd keep MK safe, and that's what we're going to do," He looks at the river demon with pleading eyes. "Please. We just wanted to help."

Sandy gave a sigh and gently patted the simians heads. "It's alright you two. I know you mean well. I want you guys to stay close to me so that that way we don't get separated, okay?"

"Yes sir!~" The young cubs saluted, and jumped onto his back as they started walking off towards their destination.

"The Crimson Jimsonweed!" Sandy said in awe as they approached to their destination, noticing the fully bloomed flower.

"Alright, we did it!" The twins cheered.

"Now to get this back to MK" Sandy gently taking the flower off its stem.

"Actually, I have a different idea~" A new, but gruff voice spoke up from behind him flinching and turning around to see Huntsman standing before him. "Now big guy," Huntsman smirked, the clanking of his metal legs on the stone, echoing across the valley. "How about you hand over that pretty flower?~"

Savage narrowed his eyes at him and crossed his arms as he chuckles and plasters a sinister smile. "How about no?"

Turning his back to the demon and quickly, but gently, placing the Crimson flower into his tea book, Sandy stood up with a frown, "He's right. This is for our friend--"

Eye twitching, the purple skinned arachnid tuned out the other's rambling with a growl, teeth grinding in agitation as he spoke to himself, "Is this guy for real?!"

Lunging forwards, Huntsman aimed one of his sharp metal legs in an attempt to skewer the cat owner, Fortunately enough, Sandy was able to dodge with a yelp of surprise, before he bolted for the path down the mountain, the book and the twins in his arms.

Huntsman hot on their heels, the sound of his laughter echoing around the pair of adventurers, "oh, oh, oh, I love it when they run!~"

Back in the noodle shop, MK now lying on a mat drenched in sweat and groaning in pain. She was getting worser by the minute.

"Hang in there sweetheart," Tang reassured wiping the sweat of her forehead with a wash cloth. "You're going to be okay."

"Baba, I *hic* everything hurts..*hic* MK said through hiccups, tears leaking from her eyes.

Pigsy stared out the door his arms crossed "C'mon Sandy what's taking so long?" Pigsy murmured clenching his arm tightly praying for him to return.

A rumble shook the valley, followed up by screaming from the twins and Sandy, as they both fell down from the top of the rock spire, Huntsman still following.

As they approached the rocky floor, the water demon was quick to shift his backpack from his back to his arms, using himself as a shield so that his little simian companions wouldn't get hurt from the impact, right before getting back up and continuing to run straight into the forest.

"Come on, don't you want to stick around and fight?" Huntsman's voice echoed around them. "Or are all those big muscles just for show?~"

"H-hey, there are children present!" He sputtered, pink in his cheeks. Sandy lands on the rocky ground hopping up in the air while dodging the web, he gasps when he saw the Crimson Jimsonweed flower fly out of his book and quickly jumps in the air closing his tea book with the Crimson Jimsonweed Flower in it and nearly got hit by the web.

He soon lands and run/slides with the book reading out the map in his book. "Past the sleeping panda rock, across the winding serpent stream, turned left at the marker I--gasp!" All the red ribbons the pair had tied the trees with earlier were gone.

"What happened to all the ribbons!?" Rumble asked, looking around frantically.

"Trying to find your way back, gentle giant?~" The spider demon's voice mockingly cooed. "Might be hard without these!" The sound of a fist hitting bark echoed around them, before a rain of shredded red fabric fell like snow in winter around both the companions.

"We're lost..." The blue skinned tea drinker yelped in surprise, when he stepped back on a trap that Huntsman had set up in the forest earlier.

"So what's your deal big guy?" The lilac skinned arachnid hummed with a smirk, slamming down onto the floor from the tree he had hidden in "A frame like that? Now that's a warrior's build!"

"Leave him alone, you ugly little spider!" Savage growled before getting in a pouncing position, He then pounced towards Huntsman, he yelped when he's suddenly tying stringing up on a tree.

"Savage!" Rumble cried out before going to her brother, trying to set him free.

"You know," Huntsman smirked, turning his attention back to Sandy. "I've heard some at the docks say you were quite the fighter back in the day~"

"I'm n-not like that anymore!" Sandy sputtered out, paled at mention of his past, memories flashing in the water demon's mind. "H-how about we talk things over? Yeah? I have this nice Chamomile tea blend that--!" Sandy was cut off when the spider demon grabs the net and with a quick motion wraps the water spirit in a cocoon. "I have a better idea." Huntsman said and swung the trapped Sandy around, slamming the said cat owner into a rock wall.

"Oh, that's gotta hurt?" Huntsman replied with a sadistic laugh. "Come on!" The arachnid shouted, slamming the larger male into a boulder. "I want to see you go crazy!"

Sliding down with a groan, Sandy looked up as Huntsman--who was now on his normal two legs, approached with an angry scowl.

"Seriously? Nothing?" The shorter demon huffed. "What is with you?! All that potential, wasted, being that little chimps errand boy?" Huntsman said his hands on his hips.

"Well you threw did save me the hassle of tracking this down myself, for that I gotta thank you," Huntsman laughed mockingly. "You guys keep doing that, your making this whole endeavour real easy for me."

"Hurting others isn't a measure of one's strength, it took mean a really long time to realize that," Sandy groaned, looking up at the demon restraining his friend.

Huntsman let out a groan. "Oh boy, here we go." Huntsman grumbled.

"As long as I'm doing something to help out a friend, I don't mind what it is, I just wanna be there for them, when they need me." Sandy said as a snake he helped pulled on the webs around him.

"Yeah, sure, whatever you say blue." Huntsman said with a shrug.

Sandy continued on. "Because at the end of the day, helping my family, is more important than anything else in the world!" Sandy exclaimed.

While tied up, the twins teared up, tails wagging happily at Sandy's speech exclamation. "Wow~" they said in unison.

Rumble looked to see the animal friends that Sandy helped were surrounding them, possibly wanting to help.

"Lightbulb," Rumble muttered, an idea formed in her head. "Savage, I got an idea. Have you managed to form your weapon?"

He nodded, a little confused. "Yeah, but why...Oh." He suddenly got what she was planning.

"But what are you doing huh, why are you her errand boy?" Sandy asked, raising an eyebrow.

Growling, Huntsman clenching his fist tight. "I ain't no one's errand-Ow!!" Huntsman felt a sharp pain in the back of his head, and he turned to see Rumble, a rock in her paws as she shook in place, trying to be brave. "Hey ugly! Why don't you pick on someone your size!"

Scowling, the spider stalked over and grabbing the young monkey by the back of her clothing, "You have a real smart mouth, little chimp."

Rumble narrowed his eyes at him and chuckles, a sinister smile appearing on her face. "Well we do take after our father."

Huntsman noticed something, Savage was no where to be found. "Wait, where's the other one?"

"Isn't it obvious...I'm the distraction...~" Rumble grinned. "Now!"

All of a sudden a bird swooped into Huntsman's face and started pecking the spider demon "Ugh! Damn thing!" Huntsman groaned, dropping the book he was holding.

Savage then landed on the ground, in his arms was a mallet. "Savage Attack!" He cried before charging towards the spider.

"No, wait!" Sandy called out, just then the monkeys came and attack the spider demon as the water spirit watched in fear.

"Yeah, get 'em Savage!" She cheered for her brother, she summoned her weapon as well, that which was a spear.

Enraged, Huntsman roared and with a quick motion throws all the monkeys, even the twins off him.

Savage fell to ground holding his injured arm, as Rumble hit her head on a sharp rock and passed out.

Sandy gasped as a ringing noise filled his ears as he watch his fellow companions land on the ground hurt, his mind glitching to a battlefield, all of the bodies that surrounded him.

'No...No...' He thought in his head, the tears started to form around his eyes.

A butterfly lands on Huntsman's hand, Sandy's breathing quickened as he looks around at the hurt monkeys as Huntsman chuckles.

"Bye bye, little butterfly~" Huntsman said with the butterfly in his hand as Sandy look at a hurt monkey his mind flashing and then....

He snapped.

The beads on his necklace broke and floats in the air becoming fireballs as a large gust of wind appeared ripping Sandy's sweatshirt to shreds, Huntsman shields himself from the blast of wind and looks up to see Sandy standing there as multiple orbs hovered around the river demon.

Huntsman chuckled "Is that it? All it took to bring out the beast inside you was to smack around some of your woodland friends," Huntsman taunted. "Are we doing this, or are you gonna brew me another cup?"

Not responding to his taunting, Sandy began glaring daggers at him making a large gust of wind blows at Huntsman who tried to stand his ground but was soon flew against a wall.

he flinched as the water spirit was already in front of him staring down at the spider demon with glowing pink eyes.

"What's wrong? Isn't this what you wanted? Now let me show you why I promised NEVER TO FIGHT AGAIN!!" Sandy shouted, with enough power from the orbs Sandy throws his fist towards Huntsman who gasp and close his eyes for the impact.

But the fist stops when it was about an inch away from Huntsman's face, the spider demon open his eyes and saw not only was the water spirits fist an inch away from his face but a blue butterfly was on the fist gently opening and closing their wings.

"Leave this place." Sandy commands with that, the demon disappeared into the forest, leaving the pair of heros confused, the blue giant opening the book with a gasp as he saw that a single petal was missing from the flower.

After Sandy had gone over the twins injuries, to make sure that they were both still okay to make the journey back, he'd noticed a map drawn in his book, leading to the way back to the city. The two resting in his arms. When he made back into the noodle shop, he made the tea right away and gives it to MK.

MK takes a sip of the tea, all of her friends looking at her expectantly. "Well, are you still in pain?" Mei asked curiously.

MK laughs triumphantly. "Ha! This tea really works! Im cured. Thank you, Sandy!" MK turned to the gentle giant smiling.

"No problem little lady, although I couldn't have done it without these two fighters." Sandy said, patting Rumble and Savage on their heads.

"Thank you my little sweeties, I'm so proud of you~" Mei cooed, cuddling the both of them.

"Aww~" Savage sighed lovingly into her arms, a light blush on his face.

"So, why did the Spider Queen wanted the Crimson Jimsonweed?" Tang asked wondering why the Spider Queen wanted the flower.

Mei gasped, "You think she ate cursed meatballs too?" They all groaned.

while the others discussed about what happened, Sandy looks down at his book opening it to the page where the petal of the Crimson Jimsonweed flower was taped on his mind thinking about Huntsman.

Meanwhile, back in the Spider Queen's lair. The child looks at the petal in disappointment. "Is this is all you managed to retrieve?" She asked.

Huntsman replied nervously, "Uh... Yes, M'Lady"

"No matter. This should suffice. That will be all Huntsman." The child dismissed him, Huntsman pulls out a small tea bag from his jacket pocket as he looked at it.

Sandy must have slipped this into his pocket.

"Was there something else?" She asked, making Huntsman quickly hide the tea bag away.

"Uh, nothing. Uh, well I was, uh, haha.." He fumbled his words before asking, "Why am I doing all this for you?"

The child had a confused and an annoyed look on her face. "You're asking me this now? Because that is your role to play in this game." LBD stated as she looks at the hologram mech.

"Uh, For the Queen..?" He asked, but she didn't reply and then Huntsman walks away, leaving LBD alone.

Here Comes a Thought

Days have passed since her encounter with The Lady Bone Demon, MK's behavior has changed since then. She hasn't been sleeping, due to the constant night terrors. She hasn't been eating, giving the bags under her eyes.

Not to mention she's been ignoring everyone.

The others tried talking to her but she would always say "Don't worry about me" but they weren't buying it.

"MK, please come out, you haven't been out your room in days," Mei called out through the other side of her door, MK didn't respond. "Please! We're all worried about you especially Mr. Tang and Pigsy." Mei said trying to get her friend to come out, but she got no response.

Mei sighed in defeat. "MK, I'm always here for you, just remember that." Mei said before walking away.

She headed back into the kitchen where the others were waiting. "Is she okay, is she coming out?" The little one, Savage asked. Mei shook her head, ruffling his head. "Sorry Savage, she still won't budge." They all groaned.

"I don't get it, why is she acting like this?" Tang questioned. "Yeah, She's never acted like this before." Pigsy said crossing his arms.

"What can we do then?" Savage asked, fiddled with his tail a bit, his sister rubbing his back in comfort.

Mei hummed in thought, an idea suddenly came to her head. "I got it! I think I know how we can get her out." She exclaimed.

Tang raised a brow. "How exactly?" He asked Mei, who only grinned. "I need to make a phone call."

Meanwhile, MK sat in her room with her headphones on trying to block out outside noise. All of a sudden MK's bedroom door was knocked down, startled, she looked to see it was Red Son standing by the doorway his arms crossed.

"Noodle Girl!"

"Wha-Red Son? what the hell are you doing!?" She yelled.

"I was told that you're not in the best mood, and I intend to fix that." He told her, before she could say something he grabbed MK and lifted her up, bridal style.

"What, hey what are you doing? Put me-" She was cut off when he teleported out of her room, with her still in his arms.

MK groans and open her eyes, she gasped as she looked at her surroundings. "Wha..." She trailed off. She was standing in the middle of a Flower field near the mountains, nowhere else in sight.

She turned to Red Son who was standing in front of her. "Red, what is this place?" She asked, still amazed in awe. The fire demon raised his hand to silence her, silently took her hands and guided her to sit down.

"So, What is it?" He asked with an irritated huff.

"What are you—?" She looked at him with a confused expression.

"Your depressing attitude is starting to get annoying," Red Son grumbled. "So let's make it simple and just tell me what's wrong, so I can return you back home."

MK hesitated for a moment before finally speaking. "I...I just feel like such a total failure. Every time I try to do something right I just gunk everything up," She looked down at her hands, clenching them tightly. "I try and I try, but...nothing is good enough."

MK sobbed a little, looking down at her lap, "I just feel so—"

"You feel like an utter disappointment?" He finished for her, frowning. MK was shocked at his response but silently nodded.

He wiped away her tears, he then folded his hands. "Try to clear your thoughts, empty your mind." He instructed. MK was confused by this, but did what he told. "I'm not really sure how this will help." She folded her hands, positioned herself in a meditation position.

"It will, meditation teaches us calm, focus, how to harmonize the wild energy and emotions that are burning within us," He explained as fire flickered out of his hands as he twirled it.

"Wow.." MK stared in awed, she's never seen him so calm and collected.

"However, in your case. You're off balance."

"Im off balanced?" She questioned. He nodded.

"An imbalance mind can cause you to lose touch with reality, see things that aren't there, and eventually fall apart. To find balance, you must understand your feelings. To understand your feelings, you must see them clearly without running from them."

"And this will help for sure?" She asked.

"Trust me, it will. Now close your eyes," He instructed. "Breathe.."

"Okay..." MK did just that, closing her eyes, taking in a deep breath before slowly exhaling.

"Here in darkness, everything's okay. Listen to the wind and let them fade away. Here Comes a Thought."

Red Son sighed as MK glanced up at him for a moment, the dark stripes under her eyes, her cheeks stained with tears. The fire demon softly smiled again before MK looked back down in sadness.

The fire demon reminisces about how difficult it was for him growing up, his constant tempers, loosing his father, watching his mother struggle to hold up the family name all by herself.

No matter how much he tried to help, it just...wasn't good enough.

The little prince would sit in his room, angrily crying to himself in a corner, feeling useless, unworthy, and unwanted.

He shook away the memories, extended both arms out, butterflies landing on each hand. He smiled. MK stared in awed, then one landed one her finger. She had a nervous look on her face, Unsure of what to do.

Red Son shook the butterflies off him and held his hand out for her, MK slowly grabbed it, letting him help her stand up. Red smiled when she stood, he held her face in his hands, wiping away her tears with his thumb. Which made her smile, leaning forward to hug him.

Lady Bone Demon's voice echoed in her head, causing MK to flinch, releasing herself from Red's embrace. MK held her head low, eyes shadowed.

She recalls what happened back in the Spider Queen's lair, How terrified she was when she saw her, how she got inside her head.

Suddenly swarming and, oh

Why couldn't she do anything right, if it wasn't for her hair sample, Spider Queen wouldn't have almost taken over the world, she'd let that key get stolen and the city almost got destroyed because of her.

MK held her head as her a she was surrounded by a swarm of butterflies, and not in a good way.

Maybe Monkey King really did choose the wrong successor?

He stands up in front of MK, extending his hand. His face feeling red with nervousness and excitement. MK cocked her head to the side in confusion, then realizing that he meant, She felt heat rise to her cheeks, she nodded and takes MK by the hands as they begin to dance.

Red Son grasps his right hand, linking his with hers and raises it in the air. His other hand wrapped around to MK's waist. He pulled her in close with a grin.

MK squeaked at the sudden gesture. Red Son chuckled to himself before started to lead them in a slow dance.

They spun around together, laughing together. Red Son twirled MK and from there.

Finally, Red Son dipped MK, he looked into her eyes. Those big, beautiful, deep brown eyes that made his heart melt as MK smiled up at him. He wanted nothing more to look at her gaze and hold her for the rest of his life.

They finished their meditation session. MK opened her eyes, slowly exhaling. Feeling all of her emotional baggage was somewhat being lifted.

"Feel better now?" He asked her, she nodded.

"Yeah, I think so," A smile graced the teen's face, and she leaned onto the fire demon's shoulder. "Thank you, Red Son."

Sparks flew from the demon's hair, as a red hue coated his face, he gulped. "You're welcome." He leaning into her embrace.

The two sit there in silence, staring off into the horizon. Red Son glances away, then back at MK, he opens his mouth to speak, though nothing comes out.

He couldn't hold it in anymore. He has to say something now.

"I...I have to say something."

"Hm, What's wrong?" MK looks at Red Son, curious on what the he wants to talk to about.

Red Son was sweating bullets and was a nervous wreck on the inside, "Ever since I met you I've been...having these unnerving feelings," Red Son eventually admits. "And it so very frustrating."

MK blinks, a blush coming to her cheeks at what she thinks Red Son is saying.

"Red I think—"

"When I came to your house after the invasion with The Spider Queen and so rudely...kissed you..." He trailed off.

"Red Son.." He interrupted her again.

"I meant I shouldn't even have done such a thing, I didn't even asked if you wanted too! I just let my feelings get the be feelings get out of hand..."

"Red Son..."

I admit it! For I-I was I who have been sending you all those gifts, the flowers, the poems, and that Monkey King plush you've been wanting." He stared at the ground, eyes shadowed as he was trembling slightly. MK stared at the nervous demon, Her eyes slowly began to sparkle, a blush slowly formed in her cheeks.

"Red I think you're—" He continued his confession/rambling again. Her eyebrow started to twitch a bit in irritation.

He clenched his fists tightly to the brink on whiteness. "I can completely understand if you're not interested and don't return them but I just couldn't hold it in anymore." He stated, looking up at her, his face now as red as his trench coat.

"So just do us both the trouble and reject me already—" The Monkie kid cuts off the rambling demon by roughly grab him by his mouth.

"MMPH!?" He muffled against her hand.

"You know for a so called villain, you talk too much," MK released her hand from his mouth, giving him a smile. "I like you too." she says, moving her hand to rest it on his cheek.

"Y-You do?" MK brought her hands out to cup Red Son's face, gently thumbing his cheeks. Red Son nuzzled into MK's touch.

"Yeah, but...This is moving a little too fast for me."

Minor Scale

Ice constricted around her wrists and waist. Her legs were somewhat free but with the heavy body on top of them, all she could see was Darkness, hearing the constant sound of eerie whispering.

"Why so sad, little one?" A voice said. Bai-He looks up from her imprisonment to see none other than the one who's currently taken over her body.

The Lady Bone Demon.

The Lady Bone Demon is a demon with white skin, red eyes, and prominent cheekbones. Her hair is white and a part of it tied into a bun while the rest of it is straight and loose. She has magenta lips and medium blue eye shadow.

She wore a black dress with purple around her upper waist, gray designs at the sides, and white long-sleeves, a white chestplate with one row of rib bones at the bottom and a gold half circle at the center, as well as sharp purple shoulder pads.

The young girl glared silently toward the bone demon.

"There's no need for that face child, this is a day for celebration," She smiled. "Destiny is upon us." She cooed.

Bai-He held a deadpanned expression on her face. "You know, Dad said you were crazy. But I didn't think you were a complete psycho!" She yelled angrily.

Lady Bone Demon frowned, "I don't expect a child like you to understand, but no matter. In time this world will cease to exist, and a new one shall take its place."

Bai-He scoffed, rolling her eyes. "Yeah you say that now, just wait until they come and save me, you're gonna wish you'd- " Lady Bone Demon grabbed onto Bai-He's face, digging her nails into her skin. Bai-He grunts, attempting to push the demon off her, but the chains held her tightly.

"I think your sassy little mouth is starting to irritate me," She growled, eyes flashing red. Lady Bone Demon then lets go of her face, stands back up. "But no matter."

Bai-He raised a confused brow. "Why?" She asked. The bone demon smirked, leans down and whispers something into the girl's ear.

Bai-He gasped, a feared look spread on her face that send shivers to her spine. "No...y-you wouldn't..." She trailed off.

Lady Bone Demon just smiled eerily, "Now if you'll excuse me, my destiny awaits." She gave the girl a bow before walking away into the darkness.

Bai He attempted to stand, but the more she struggled the more the chains held onto her tighter. "Wait! No! You can't, leave her alone!"

Deep within of the Lady Bone Demon's old lair, the two monkey demons were dodging traps, as they looked for information on The Lady Bone Demon. Monkey King grunts as he holds up a spike ceiling trap threatening to crush him, "Baby! A little help please!?" He shakily asked for Macaque's help.

"Hold on for a second, Peaches!" He yelled, as the shadow trickster was dodging traps himself.

"Any minute now, Honey!" He exclaimed, quickly pushing the spike ceiling trap above him away. Macaque dipping himself and his husband into a shadow portal transporting them to the outside of the throne room.

Wukong pants, sighing in relief, wiping away sweat. "Thanks hon. I told you this place would be full of traps," Wukong grumbled.

"I know. I'm sorry, okay?!" Macaque whined, tail drooping as he followed his husband.

Monkey King turned and caressed his mate's face. "Macaque you gotta calm down, I know you're worried about her, we'll get her back." He reassured him.

"I know, Wukong..."

"It'll be okay...~," Monkey King smiled, giving his husband a quick peck on the lips. All of a sudden a golden projection of MK appeared. "Monkey King, it worked!" The teen cheered smiling at her achievement.

"MK?" The husbands gawked in surprise. "Hey guys! I finally got a hold of Astral Projection," She smiled. "And it only took five nosebleeds!" MK grinned wiping the thin trail of blood from her nose.

"What!?" The husbands screeched in horrified unison, their tails puffing up.

"But that's incredibly unsafe!" The Monkey King said in a worried tone.

"Aw don't worry you two!" MK said in a reassuring manner. "Im fine, right guys?" As soon as she mentioned the shadow twins, they appeared on the Astral Projection. "Father!" The two greeted, their tails wagging happily.

"Hey there little ones," The shadow demon smiled gently, yelping as he had to duck, not realizing that he'd set off another trap.

"Is everything okay?" Savage asked in worry. "Are we distracting you?"

Monkey King shook his head. "Nah you're not, just more dead ends," The Monkey King sighed. "But hopefully, this old lair will give us something we need."

Macaque's six ears perked up, hearing the sound of eerie whispers. "Wukong..." He trailed off.

"Uh bud, I'm afraid I'll have to cut this a bit short," Wukong spoke up, giving the trio an apologetic look. "But! I do have some new lessons for you guys to try."

This make them excited. "MK, keep working on shrinking and growing yourself." MK nodded, "You got it!" Macaque then turned to the twins.

"Savage, I want you and your sister to practice summoning your own weapons. You're going to need them sooner or later, okay?"

The twins nodded. "Yes, sir!"

"Oh! I just remembered something, MK got kissed by a boy!" Savage suddenly blurted outs

"Say what!?" Monkey King yelled, causing his husband to cover his ears.

"Uhh, i think we have a bad connection, Kay bye!" MK waved as the projection ended. MK groaned, glaring down at the little monkey.

"What, I'm right ain't I?" Savage asked, looking innocent.

Meanwhile in the Sewers, The little girl held up her arms, she was still currently creating the mech. The powerful artifacts that were needed hovered next to it. "I don't know who taught you to take revenge, but it ain't normally this boring! Can we hurry this along?" Spider Queen demanded, hanging upside down her arms crossed.

The girl blinked, her eyes focused on the hologram. "With time and patience, the mulberry leaf becomes a silk gown." she said as she spun a small part of the projection in front of her. "There are still more items we have yet to add to the furnace, destiny cannot be rushed my queen." the little girl stated.

The Spider Queen huffed in frustration. "So you keep saying, well my patience is growing thin little miss mystery." She rolled her eyes. "At least lighten up a little, your creepy whisper business is getting on my nerves."

The little girl turned her attention back to the furnace uninterested in her patience. "Let me out, let me out of here!" Bai-He voiced echoes through her head, making her run her head in frustration.

MK let of a sigh of exhaustion as she mopped the floor for the third time. "I'm finished, Pigsy."

"Thanks kid," Pigsy sighed in relief. "This place needs to be spick and span! I got a very special guest coming!" Pigsy said as he cleaned every surface, organized everything so it was perfectly in line.

"Did someone say free noodles for a special guest?" a voice said making Pigsy and MK looked towards the entrance, seeing Tang leaning against the door as he pushed his glasses up.

"Im sure it ain't you hon, if that's what you're wondering." Pigsy growled as Tang took a seat. "Honey, that anyway to speak to The Golden Cicada Yum yum?" Tang asked smiling at his husband, Pigsy huffed.

As the two husband argued a bit, MK's mind wandering back to her lesson. 'Shrinking myself huh? How the hell am I supposed to do that?' MK's thoughts were cut short as her body started to glow. She let out a shrieked before she started shrinking.

She fell through the pipes, hitting against the side at every turn before finally falling to the ground in a large cavern.

"Ow! F**k that hurts!" MK groaned standing up rubbing her sore head but the looks down at herself. "Hey, I did it. I shrunk myself!" She exclaimed.

The poor girl realized that not only she finally shrunk herself, but she shriveled up in fear when she recognized she's back in the Spider Queen's lair.

"No, no, no, No! The Spider Queen's lair" She trembled in fear as her arachnophobia started kicking in. "Not here, not now, come on!" MK yelled, her voice echoing throughout the lair walls.

Spider Queen perked up when she heard a familiar voice echoed the the walls. "Ah, The Monkie girl!" Spider Queen grinned, landing back on the ground. "My day just got a little more interesting. She said with a smirk.

The little girl sighed, "My Queen, perhaps you should-" The Spider Queen interrupted her.

"Sorry! Can't hear you over the sound of me rushing destiny, kay bye!" Spider Queen taunted, swinging her web MK's location.

'Hm, perhaps I can use this to my advantage' She thought, The little girl smirks, her eyes flashing blue.

Meanwhile, MK continued focusing on her breathing, trying to calm herself. "It's okay, it's going to be fine! I'm going to be fine!" She panicked.

She looked towards the viewers.

"It's finally gonna happen! A spider's gonna wrap me in its web and eat me!"

She shook her head, "No! I am the Monkie Kid, I ain't gonna keep being terrified of spiders my whole life!" MK said clenching her fists. "I can do this, I can get out of here!" She shouted before closing her eyes and focusing.

Before she knew it, MK turned back to her normal size. "Yes! I'm normal sized again!" MK cheered. The teen froze when she heard the sobbing of a little girl. "Hello?" MK called out slowly walking towards the sound pulling her staff out in case it was a trap, she peaks around a corner and sees a little girl sitting between some rocks. Her hair was rolled up around a jade green bun holder that curved up into sharp tips on its ends.

She's dressed in a qixiong ruqun with a standing collar. The ruqun consisted of a white top that secured the right blue trimmed lapel using two blue bone-shaped buttons, and a long, flowing black skirt.

"Stay back!" The girl cried out, flinching and frantically backing away from the MK.

"It's alright, I ain't gonna hurt you. I-" She stopped as she started to recognize her. "B-Bai-He?" She stammered.

"Monkie Princess?" She said in disbelief, "I-It's you..."

MK let out a sigh of relief, a smile spread across her face. She couldn't that she's here, and okay. "I can't believe it- you're-" But before she could finished "Bai He"quickly hugged her. "I knew you'd come!"

"I'm so happy, I-I thought-"

"Please, you have to help me, there's not much time!" She said looking terrified, she gasps as she heard whispers coming from the pipe.

"What was that?" Bai-He asked curling back to the wall sobbing.

"Hey, it's okay. I get it, it's scary being alone," MK said kneeling down to her, trying to ease her sorrows. "But you're not alone now, I'm here now. We'll find our way out together," MK said, smiling. "I promise." MK held her hand out for her.

Bai He started to reach out to her but stopped. "Wait! If you're here then that means..." she muttered, Her terrified face turned into a determined one as she quickly got onto her feet.

"This way! You have to follow me!" Bai He exclaimed running off, in the direction of Spider Queen's lair.

"Wait, Bai He, Stop!" MK cried out, rushing after the child, trying to stop her from getting hurt. "Not that way!"

"We really shouldn't be here!" MK panted, finally caught up to her. "We can't go yet. Spider Queen is building something...evil." she said pointing at the giant blue hologram of a mech suit.

"Whatever she's planning, it has to do something with that," she told her pointing at the furnace. "I-I've seen you use your staff, surely you could use it to smash that thing?" She suggested.

MK stared at it, staff at the ready "MK, you have to do something. Don't let her hurt someone else, please?" She begged.

MK turning to look at her. "Okay, you might want to stand back though." She told her, watching her take a step back as she prepared her staff.

"Here..." she launched herself forward with her staff. "Comes..." she pulled it above her head. "Monkie kid!" She was about to hit the hologram.

Until she saw her reflection in it, begging her to stop. "Don't do it!" The reflection told her. MK stopped right on her tracks, "Wait! Is this...this is the trigram furnace! From the celestial realm! How-"

She gasped as blue spirits came out from under the furnace, whispering quietly. MK gasped, recognising the whispers from when she fought the Demon Bull King.

'No, it can't be.' She slowly turning around as she remembered everything she'd seen and it sends chills up her spine.

The sound of Cackling came from "Bai He"a light blue storm of spirits surrounding her as her true form was revealed.

MK yelped and backed away, hitting the furnace, dropping her staff. "It's you- you're-"

"I am the Lady Bone Demon," "Bai He" chilled whisper rang in her ears as her head started to hurt, the pain getting stronger as the seconds roll by.

"You...you tricked me!!" MK growled out, clutching her head, breathing heavily.

"My, aren't you quite the observant little girl," she started, getting closer to her with every unstable change of scenery. "MK, I do apologize, but I need to take that staff," She demanded. MK, in a panic, quickly got to her feet, collected her staff and tried to make a break for it, but with every step she took, the pain kept growing bigger and bigger.

"Calm yourself," A whisper came from behind him, "It is pointless to deny me," MK couldn't take it anymore. She turned around and aimed her staff towards the girl, her not even flinching, stood there with a calm collected smile.

"What going on, W-Where's Bai He!?"

"Bai-He?" She questioned, tilted her head to the side, "Oh yes, the little girl. Quite clever is it? This body is useful...for now." she said smiling.

"Body? What do you-" She stopped, she remembered what Macaque had told her before they left.

It was her all along. She's the one that took her.

"Let her go! She's just a little girl!" Lady Bone Demon stood there for a second before she began to giggle.

"It's so cute, you really think you can stop me," LBD cooed mockingly at the girl, who groaned in pain as her vision flashed blue once more, the world around her glitching sporadically.

"I'm not going to let you win, Monkey King and Macaque will stop you and-" She gripped her head more as the glitches continued.

"Monkey King? Do you really think he can stop me? Curious that he is not with you now? Perhaps that he made the wrong choice, he picked the wrong successor" her voice seem to come from every direction,

"You were right you know," His attention was drawn back to the bone witch, holding her hands in front of her as his vision switched from her host form to her true form. "It's scary being alone!" She whimpered in the little girl's voice before her eyes were shadowed. One glowing a bright blue as she grinned. "I do pity you."

MK gagged as the Lady Bone Demon slowly started to rise out the ground below her, grabbing tightly onto her neck as she smirked at her.

"You're just a piece in a game you simply cannot possibly comprehensive." she grinned squeezing tightly, MK tried to loosen her grip but to no prevail.

Then, an explosion shook the room behind MK, making her let go and MK left gasping for breath as she dropped to her knees, her eyes filled with fear.

The Spider Queen cackled as she slowly made her way through the hole in the cave she'd just exploded, grinning. "Monkie kid! Im done waiting! I'm going to enjoy this!" She said happily, launching herself at her.

"Think little!" MK shrieked as the Spider Queen hurtled towards him at a frightening speed. She quickly managed to shrunk herself.

The Spider Queen was sent flying with a huge wave of energy, slamming into the wall and creating a shockwave. MK took that chance to retreat into the rubble, all the while gasping and trying not to trip over her own feet.

The Bone Demon watched her leave with glowing blue eyes and a satisfying expression. "It would seem that she has left you little girl..."

'No! Wait! MK, don't leave me. I'm here! MK, come back!' Bai He's voice screamed, calling out for her.

Run…

Run along as you wish, Destiny will find you soon enough.

Chapter Warning: Sexual Assault

Another day of delivering noodles.

Happily whistling a tune as she got out of the Noodle Cart, MK danced to the beat of the music in her headphones, The house she was going to was only across the street so it was no big.

Doesn't matter where, doesn't matter when

Danger or trouble, I'm there on the double

All of a sudden, the sound of a motor driving full-speed towards her direction, yelping, the delivery girl jumping up and backflipping onto the cart's roof, right before the driver could hit her.

"Hey! What the hell is wrong with-" MK glared at the guy, only to gasp as she saw that it was one of those Speedy Panda drivers, who had skidded to a stop to glare at her.

She turned around hoping to get away, only to be cornered. The brunette laughs nervously, gulping. "Oh boy..." Lately these guys been harassing and sabotaging her food delivery routes all week, trying to destroy the food and actually tried to harm her.

"Uh, alright now," She got into a fighting stance. "I'm warning you, don't make me put the hurt on you guys." She shrieked when one of them grabbed her from behind. "Look at her, isn't she just precious~" One of them grinned. MK started to panic as she struggled out of his hold, She felt a hand go up under her shirt, groping her chest.

"GET THE HELL OFF ME!!" She growled and raises her leg, kicking the guy in the nuts. The guy yelled In pain, holding his legs.

She gets back up and slowly starts to back away, There was a sudden silhouette behind MK, she gasps as more surrounds her. Her screams echoed throughout the city.

Back at the shop, sounds of books can be heard as Pigsy was ducking and dodging incoming text books.

"I can't believe you!"

"Hold up, Tang! Wait a minute!" Pigsy tried to reason with the somewhat angry scholar, only to duck when he threw a book at him.

What could possibly be wrong with our favorite married couple? Well....

"After all these years of being married, You forget our anniversary!?" Tang yelled angrily, throwing another book at the pig demon.

Yep, today is Tang and Pigsy's 40th anniversary, and it completely slipped the little pig demon's mind. I mean it wasn't on purpose, there's been so much going on and.

"Tang, sweetie, please calm down--"

"Do I really mean so little to you, Pigsy!?" Tang says as he looks to Pigsy, tears threatening to spill from his eyes.

Pigsy stared at his husband in disbelief, does he really think what he thinks of him. Before he could respond, the bell to the front door opened, entering MK.

"MK?"

She was bruised and batted, her hair was a straight up mess, she was soaked in water and possibly food. And what's worse....

Her clothes were slightly torn.

"Are you okay? Tang asked worriedly.

"I'm fine."

"Are you hurt badly?"

"No, I managed fought them off."

"They didn't...touch you did they?" Pigsy growled, already feeling a rage growing inside him.

"No," replied MK, rubbing her sore eyes a bit.

Rumble and Savage were each standing beside MK--She gently pressed an ice pack against her--and Savage was applying ointment on MK's cheek.

Tang gently pulled her into a hug. "There, there MK, it's okay. Everything is gonna be okay." He spoke softly, rubbing the back of MK's hair.

"No. It ain't fine, Those no good hooligans almost," Pigsy seethed, couldn't even bring himself to say that word, gripping his wooden spoon tightly. "If I wasn't stressed enough I'd go up there and shove my-Ow!" He rubbed the back of his head, seeing Tang threw another book at him.

"Stop it already Pigsy, You're making the children here uncomfortable!" The scholar scowled at his husband, not wanting him to swear in front of the twins as he held MK tightly.

Pigsy growls, clenching his fists, but eventually calms himself down. He just really, really hates those speedy panda asshole.

Those punks with their flash frozen microwave junk! As if Convenience could ever replace a traditional home-cooked family recipe, He turns his attention towards the shelf behind him, looking at the various photos.

One was him and his mother, him and his father, another where he was first opening his shop, him and Sandy as teens, the pig demon's wedding day with Tang, one was when they first took MK in, one where they all ate together after "The Wall Race"

Suddenly, a brick with a note tied to it crashed through the window, luckily no one was hit. Pigsy pulled the note, opening it. "What does it say, Pigsy?" Tang asked.

MK, Rumble and Savage peered over Pigsy's shoulder as he reads the note. "Hmm, it reads.."

'Attention! Pigsy's Noodles!

Prepare for your worst nightmare! We challenge you, to Food Wars!! To determine which restaurant truly reigns supreme!

So basically, Pigsy's Noodle Shop has been challenged to the ultimate Food Wars: The ultimate arena for chefs to duke it out, where the victors are hailed supreme above all others. And of course he accepted the challenge.

"Welcome one and all to Food Wars! Today two teams will compete in three rounds in food combat in order to be crowned champion! Introducing first for Pigsy's Noodle shop, Pigsy and his assistant MK!~" The announcer said through the intercom as the crowd cheered, the two looking up and smiling with determination.

"Oi! Monkie Kid!" A familiar British accent called out, MK knew that voice all two well.

"Oh no, you've got to be kidding me." MK groaned, her eye twitching in irritation.

Remember us Monkie Kid?!" Jin smirked. "We're--"

"Jin and Yin, my worst enemies," She flatly interrupted, having getting sick and tired of these two. "What do you two want?"

"Okay, So here's the plan right, if we put your place outta business, the Monkie Kid wont have a job!" Yin said grinning.

"And without a job, she'll be so weak and tired, and then we'll be able to destroy her!" Jin finished as the two laughed, high-fiving each other. MK could practically feel her blood boiling in anger, So these two dumbasss are the reason she was constantly sabotaged and almost molested.

"What a couple of Dumb-dumbs." Rumble and Savage deadpanned.

"It is now time for the first round! The competitors will have to gather all the ingredients they need and race from the food wars ultimate pantry to their respective kitchens at the center of the courtyard. In three, two, one!"

A blaring sound was heard, Pigsy grabbing every ingredient he needed in a flash of pink, and tossing them over to MK, she easily caught the various foods and sped off.

Jin and Yin's jaws dropped at the girl's speed, quickly shaking themselves off and tossing over a box of their frozen food to the Speedy Panda driver, said driver was off like a flash.

They didn't manage to catch up on time, as when the driver was halfway across the track, MK was casually hopping out of her cart and setting the foods down on the counter.

"Round One goes to Pigsy's Noodles!"

The crowd cheered, Pigsy cheered as well. "Way to go kid!"

"Go MK!" Rumble and Savage cheered too, chirping happily.

"In round two, competitors will put their culinary prowess to the test, in a cook-off! With the winner being chosen by a panel of randomly selected judges!"

MK and Pigsy nodded to each other and got into the rhythm of making an old but familiar recipe, while Jin and Yin simply microwaving their food, The two continued cooking and MK was on edge, looking at the time.

"Relax kid, There's just an ingredient missing." The pig demon hummed in thought. Unaware that Jin and Yin were making an attempt to cheat, by dropping a bottle of hot sauce in the broth.

But they were sorely mistaken, a pair of tiny legs came out and tripped him, knocking them down. The two looked with a nervous gulp, seeing the dark glares Rumble and Savage were was giving off.

"Don't. Even try it..." Savage growled at them, foaming at the mouth, making the twin demons tremble in fear. Pigsy felt something tug on his uniform, looking down at Rumble. "What about this Mr Piggy?"

Pigsy looked at the sauce in the she-monkey's paw, and smiled. "Perfect! That's what was missing." Finishing up the food the chef duo walked over with the dishes in hand.

"And that's the timer! both competitors must now present their culinary creations to our panel of judges! introducing the first judge, Princess Iron Fan!"

Princess Iron Fan sat down in her chair, resting her elbow on her hand, which was leaning on the chair.

"Mrs Iron Fan!?" MK exclaimed, shocked that she of all people was here. "You're not really here to fight are you!?"

"Please, as much as I would love to battle with you, I have no time for that. I'm here to settle a debt and that's all." Her eyes glanced towards Jin and Yin, who grinned, both giving her a thumbs up.

"Ugh, I knew I shouldn't have made that blood oath," She grumbled.

"Judge number two, is none other than Prince Red Son!"

Huge swirls of fire swirled around, revealing Red Son, who slumps in his seat, arms crossed. "Ugh, Let just get this over with, shall we?" The Bull prince grumbled, definitely not wanting to be here.

Then he noticed MK and Pigsy. "Y-You!? You're the competition?!" He asked.

"Hi Red Son!" MK waving at him, smiling brightly. Red Son gulped, trembling, feeling his heart race and palms sweating.

He didn't think he'd see her again, I mean not after he...kissed her after the battle with the Spider Queen.

“Our third judge, and apparently a fan favorite: The Golden Cicada Yum-Yum!~" The curtains open to reveal Tang, who sat down in his seat. "Thanks for having me! Great to be here!" Tang smiled, waving.

"You're the man, Tang!" MK exclaimed happily. However, Pigsy seemed to looks nervous. "Uh, Pigsy what's wrong?" She asked.

Tang turned his attention to Pigsy, frowning as he sat down, his glasses gleaming. Guilt started flowing through the pig demon's head. His mouth felt dry as he gulped.

"Oh, I bet you're worried that he's gonna vote against you as some form of revenge cause you forgot y'all anniversary and the fact you treat him like garbage all the time, right?"

"Would you be quiet!" Pigsy hissed.

"First up is Speedy Panda! With what looks like an assortment of mushy Dim-sum filled with--"

Jin and Yin walked up and presented their so called 'dishes' "Mystery Meat!~" Jin explained with a smirk.

"And a side of Deep Fried Spring Rolls, topped with whatever sauce was in this packet," Yin joined in, showing a sauce packet. "It's edible...enough."

"I'll take your word for it," Princess Iron Fan said, nose scrunched up in disgust, merely lifting it with her chopsticks, and shuttered in utter disgust.

Tang took a bite of the Dimsum, his face turning green as he threw up.

Red Son gagged, pushing the dish away. "Ugh, as if I would ever eat something this disgusting."

"The judges aren't giving anything away, now onto Pigsy's noodle with what looks like..."

Pigsy approached the table, setting down the dishes and revealing it. "Family Recipe Xinxiang Pulled Noodle Soup, Qing man yong!" Pigsy smiled, spinning his spoon.

"Ahem," MK approached Red Son, setting down a dish at the table, revealing desserts. "It's probably a good thing you didn't try their food. Here, It's Steamed Creamy Custard Buns, made them myself~" MK gave a proud smirk.

Red Son looked at the dish in awe and curiosity. She made this, for him?

Tang was the first to take first bite of noodles, followed by Red Son who takes a bite of the custard buns, his eyes widened at the wonderful taste, As if fireworks had exploded in his taste buds.

'It's the wonderful thing I've ever tasted~' The bull prince hummed in delight, little hearts floating in the background.

Princess Iron Fan hesitantly followed behind and took a bite. her eyes widened at the flavor, moaning, as a tear fell down her cheek.

But...as good as it was, she still had a debt to fulfill.

"Hmph. There's no way I'm voting for your restaurant, my vote is for Speedy Panda!" Yin and Jin high five the other, grinning in triumph.

Next was Red Son.

"Um, I suppose these buns are okay, I guess. He grumbled, rubbing his head trying to hide his blush. "My vote will go to the noodle pig."

MK and Pigsy cheered, hugging each other.

Next was Tang's turn.

"Well, well, well. I've been waiting a long time to say this to you, Pigsy..." Pigsy gulped, feeling fear course him.

"My vote goes to...Pigsy's noodles!" That seemed to catch the pig demon off guard, staring at Tang. "His food is a work of art!"

Yin and Jin grumbled, MK and Pigsy sighed in relief.

"Round Two goes to Pigsy's Noodles!" It was now time for the final challenge."

An idea sparked in the demon brother's heads. "How about we make this more interesting? A Sudden Death round!~"

"What do you mean?" Pigsy asked.

"Loser has to close their shop down," Yin finished for his sibling.

"FOREVER!"

"Ha! You're on!~" MK shouted back.

"And now the final competition! Mascot Combat!"

"Huh?"

"Say what now?"

Pigsy and MK blinked in confusion, turning over to where the smirking Gold and Silver duo stood, pressing down a button on a panda themed remote, summoning forth a massive Panda Mech.

MK scoffed, "Yeah that cool and all, but that ain't got nothing on our-" MK look behind her as the truck was beaten up and broken.

"Oh..okay, so, we might have a little problem."

"I can't believe it, I dedicated my life to that shop, but now I'm gonna lose it to a couple of demons because I was too arrogant to stand down." tears welled up in the pig demon's eyes as he looked down at a photo in his hands.

"I guess no one cares about tradition or centuries old recipe's anymore. They're being forgotten and replaced by instant microwavable junk."

"Dadsy..." MK whispered, Tearing up, MK looked at the chef, anger starting to fester and bubble to the surface.

She had finally had enough. "No!"

"MK it's okay-" He tried to reassure her.

"NO PIGSY!!" MK interrupted, she clenched her fists, to the point where her knuckles turned white. "You worked so hard for your restaurant! I may not no much for your love of culinary arts. But you're are always there when I needed you. It's where you and Tang first brought me into your home when I didn't have one! It's my home!"

Yellow light and electricity started to surround the Monkie kid, her eyes became slits, her teeth were starting to look sharper, Pigsy's jaw dropped, Rumble and Savage looked shocked as well.

"Uh, MK..?" Pigsy trailed off, taking a step back.

She growled, pointing towards the twins. "And I refuse to let these assholes take it away from me..!" Tears streaming from her eyes, A flash of light swept over the crowd, who all gasped in awe once the light had dispersed.

Somehow, the beaten up food truck was transformed into a Noodle Tank. MK standing on top of it, looking down at the pig chef.

"We can't give up now, because Pigsy's Noodles are worth fighting for!" MK shouted, a look of determination on her face.

Pigsy smiled, nodding his head. "You're right sweetie, It's too early to give up. Now let's go beat up some demon punks!" Pigsy said smirking, MK grabbed his hand tossed Pigsy into the air, landing next to her.

Jin and Yin stared at the mech in shock.

"Listen up! Us little guys are fighting back! your tyrannical reign over the food sector of this city is over!" Pigsy exclaims.

"No amount of convenience will ever win the hearts of food lovers!" Tang's voice chimed in.

"Tang/Baby!" Pigsy and MK shouts happily.

"Oh, I was never gonna vote against you, Honey." Tang smiled.

"Oh yeah?!" Yin shouted,

"Bring it on, little piggies!" Chimed Jin.

"Alright MK, what do you say we show these two what being a real chef is all about?" MK nodded in agreement, Speedy Panda drivers then jumped towards the group as the two rivals proceed to battle each other.

"I knew I shouldn't have come back this season."

Princess Iron Fan sighed, She glanced over to her son, who had goofy look on his face. "Son?"

Red Son sighed, a lovesick smile on his face. MK's determination, her admiration, it's all the qualities about her that just makes his heart sing.

But, he couldn't help but wonder about her sudden aggressiveness towards those demon brothers and those Panda workers.

"Psst! Hey Excuse me," The fire demon felt something tugging on his trench coat as he look down to see Savage standing there beside him. "Hey You're MK's boyfriend, right?"

"What? N-No I-" He became flustered at the young one's comment, glancing over hoping his mother didn't hear that. "Why would you ask me that?"

"Well, because..." Savage gestures him to lean down and whispered something into his ear.

Whatever the shadow clone was telling him, Red's eyes suddenly widened and gasped softly. Before the two teams could lay a hand on each other. A female demon steps in with her arms out. All eyes stared at her in confusion, as she stopped the teams from fighting.

"Oi! What's all-" Yin began to shout, A clipboard falls from the air as she caught it before turning to Yin and Jin, showing them the clipboard.

"Well, you spent all your profits on that panda mech. we ain't got enough money to pay our drivers! Speedy Panda is bankrupt."

"Say what? give me that!" Jin shouts. He took the clipboard from the female demon, looking over the billing with wide eyes.

Yin hummed, "Oh yeah, must've been the hydraulics, I told you about that." He nodded.

"We're not getting paid?" One of the Speedy Panda workers spoke up with a growl.

"Okay, yeah, so..." Jin shrugged nonchalantly, neither of the male demons realizing how much trouble they were in. "Traditionally, people expect money when they do work."

"But It's like the pig man said," Yin continued. "No one really, cares about traditions anymore, right?"

The workers didn't seem to agree with them, as they were about to beat the living crap outta them, there was an explosion. The crowd immediately dispersed as a furious Red Son stomps over towards the drivers and Jin and Yin.

A shadow fell over Red Son's face as he clenched his fists, he looks up and with a furious look on his face.

"YOU...HOW DARE YOU FILTHY PEASANTS TRY TO DEFILE MY WOMAN!!" He roared in anger as he was engulfed in his flames.

"Excuse me?" Iron Fan and Pigsy looked shocked at the raging demons outburst.

"U-uh," Yin chuckled nervously, taking a step back along with his brother and the workers. "Wait a minute now, let's just take a breather."

"I'LL F***ING KILL YOU!" He charged towards and began to beat the loving SHIT, out of them.

Princess Iron Fan stared in complete shock as she watched her precious son beating them up. With that, she leaned back in her seat and ate another bowl of noodles.

Pigsy and Tang covered Rumble and Savage's eyes, preventing them from seeing what happened. Pigsy, however, smirked in satisfaction. Tang did a side glance towards MK, who grinned nervously.

"LET ME GO! LET ME GO! I'LL KILL THEM!"

It wasn't long until his mother had to drag Red Son away, still shouting angry threats.

"Order up!" MK called out in the kitchen, while Pigsy, Tang, and the twins sat at the counter. Pigsy peers over at the bowl in MK's hands, a smile on his lips.

"Looks good, kid!"

MK looked a bit unsure, placing the bowl in front of him. "Are you sure? Im not sure if i got the broth right."

Pigsy smiled, "It's alright, You've got plenty of time to learn. Hey guys, thanks for having my back... back there."

"You know it," Mk grinned.

"No problem sir!" The twins nodded, munching on their food.

"Always, hon." Tang smiled.

Pigsy turned to Tang, a guilty from on his face. "Tang, I'm sorry about, you know, about forgetting our anniversary. And taking you for granted. I didn't mean to-" Pigsy was interrupted when Tang shushed him.

"It's okay, I know you didn't mean to." He smiled lovingly, leaning over for a short and sweet kiss, which Pigsy gladly responded.

Savage gagged in disgust, along with Rumble. "Yuck, I'm not hungry anymore." He sank back into a shadow portal, Rumble too.

"Besides, Tang whispered into Pigsy's ear. "We can make up later~" Pigsy's face turned red and steamed came out his ears.

MK suddenly became uncomfortable by the married couple. "Uh, I can see you guys wanna be alone So..." She zoomed out the restaurant and into her apartment.

Today may have started out bad, but at least she helped saved her home.

Sleep Bug

Below in the sewers, The Spider Queen was stewing and brooding over the new year's defeat, destroying her lab. "I had the Monkey King's power! The city was mine! and I still lost!" She shouted, huffing.

"My Queen, you will have your revenge," Her attention is turned towards the mysterious girl, who smiled. "Now that we have the trigram furnace, it is time to take the next step towards your destiny."

A blue flame flickers in her hand, changing shape, revealing a small blue box. The Spider Queen scoffed, "And how is that supposed to help? Actually, better question. What is that?"

"The first of six powerful items that we will need," The girl replied. "It must be retrieved from the cloud."

"The Cloud?" Syntax shoved Huntsman and Goliath aside, a smirk played on his lips, as he crossed his arms. "My Queen, allow me to break in and bring you this item."

"Oh really? and just how are you going to do that?" She asked.

Syntax smirks, rolling up his sleeve. "The cloud is a labyrinth of information," he informed, pulling up a green hologram. "An unrivaled collection of knowledge. It is guarded by fearsome beings who cannot be overcome by brute strength, Or the ability to follow footprints in mud."

This earned him a glare from Huntsman, making him smirk. "However, it is connected to all the technology in the world. therefore I can exploit it." he grins, pulling up a screen of apps. "Has anyone heard the story of...The Sleep Bug?" he cackles, the screen turning a reddish purple color.

Outside, The citizens of Megapolis looked at their phone notifications simultaneously the same goes for the TV screens.

"Sleep Bug?"

"Wow, cool."

"Woah, that's looks fun!"

At Pigsy's Noodles, Mei was laughing has Pigsy yelled at Tang again, "That's it! I'm cuttin' ya off until you cleared this tab!" She then noticed her phone lit up. She grabbed her phone and looked at the screen.

"Sleep bug?"

"No, you can't leave!"

"Yeah, please don't leave me alone with her!"

Macaque groaned as Rumble and Savage clings to his legs, the shadow demon was too busy making sure they had everything, that way they'd be prepared for their trip.

"Peeeaches~ Macaque whined, looking over his shoulder at the copper furred monkey. "Can you please help me out here?"

"Can't here you, sugarplum. I'm packing." The Monkey King flies around the cave, packing a suitcase.

Macaque scowled, "Lousy husband."

MK watched as her mentor flies around the cave, packing a suitcase. "And just why are you guys leaving again?" She asked shuffling nervously on his feet.

Wukong stopped mid-pack, glancing over to his husband. "It's okay, she needs to know." He tells him.

The Monkey King sighed and walked over, "Sweetie, remember our battle with The Spider Queen?"

MK nodded, "Yeah..?"

"Well, let's just say she had some help. Instead, it was someone by the name of...The Lady Bone Demon." An angry snarl escaped Monkey King's lips.

MK gulped, felt a shiver run up her spine. "Really? W-Who is she then?"

"She's this evil demon I battled during my 'Journey to the West' days. She thinks she can reforge the world in her 'perfect image'..." Wukong mocked, air quoting his paws.

"And the one responsible for taking Bai-He." Macaque clenched his fist at the thought of Bai He.

"What?" Rumble and Savage gasped. Wukong nodded as he continued.

"After that Tàng Sanzang sealed her away to think about her actions until she learned the error of her ways. But it seems she never did."

"Then...that was the strange power that DBK found, the whole point of that key and the reason of his behavior?" MK asked, rose a brow, when the two nodded. "But... I saw the canisters break, how did she?"

"She can't survive without a host to possess much like she did with DBK.” Monkey King hummed.

"That is why we're leaving," Macaque continued. "To find any information on her, and possibly a weapon that could defeat her."

"Father, take us with you." Savage pleaded, letting go on Macaque's leg, followed by Rumble. "We can help you get Bai-He back!"

Macaque sighed, bending down to their level. "No, this will be too dangerous, even for the both of you. You're both staying here."

"But we can-" Macaque cuts him off.

"I Said No!" He shouted, the two winced at the tone of his voice. He calmed down, letting out a small smile. "Besides, I have a have a task the two of you need to do."

"What is it?" Rumble asked.

"I need the two of you to look after MK, help her protect the city, and stop any sort of plans she might have." Macaque explained.

"Of course sir, we promise!" Savage nodded, a determined look on his face.

"We won't let you down!~" Rumble smiled, her tail wagging happily.

"I know you two won't," Macaque pulled the two clones in for a hug, "I promise, I'll bring back your sister." A silent nod was all he got in return, Eventually, they all said their goodbyes, Monkey King summoning his cloud.

"Remember, I'll check in on you soon, MK!"

"Okay!" MK nodded. "You'll be great, don't worry." He smiled, "Monkey kings out!" They vanished and within a second, A shockwave was left, nearly knocking MK and the twins over.

MK returned to the noodle shop, the streets were quiet when she entered the city and people were asleep on the floor, but MK didn't notice. MK parks the cart and barges into the shop.

"Hey Pig--what?" MK blinked in confusion at the sight before her, as Mei, Tang and Pigsy all lay asleep on the shop floor, phones in their hands. "Uhhh, guys?"

"Woah, Is it nap time or something? Savage asked, poking the sleeping Mei with his tail.

"I don't think so, Savage," Rumble hummed, scratching her hair. "Okay, everyone's asleep but how, it couldn't have been anything they ate." She questioned.

Then MK's phone started to vibrate again in her pocket, she pulled her phone out to see some sort of dancing neon green bug on her phone screen.

"Sleep Bug! Download it now on the nap store!"

Rumble looked at her phone in confusion. "What's that?" She asked. MK shrugged her shoulders, "Some kind of new game...I guess?"

'Strange, I thought I shut my phone off?' MK thought, looking at the game closely.

Rumble silently glanced between her phone and her sleeping friends. 'Wait a minute...' She gasped, her eyes widened in realization.

"MK! I think it's the app!" Rumble exclaimed. Savage looked at his sister in confusion. "Say what now?"

"It says "Sleep Bug" and everyone is asleep. That must be the answer!"

"So if this app is responsible for this, then there has to be some sort of source but...where is it coming from?" MK said placing a hand under her chin. She came to a realization "The cloud!" She exclaimed.

“The what now?”

"No time to explain, let's go!" MK said running out the shop with the twins following behind, She swung her staff, slamming it onto the ground, making a motorcycle.

They all hopped on, "Here Comes Monkie Kids!" and with that, they speed off.

Slowing the cloud down as the temple came into view, a nervous expression made it's way onto MK's face, they hopped off when they reached the temple.

"Woah, This is amazing!" Rumble said in awe, looking around. The teen noting how the tech-like clouds surrounding the building, seemed to glitch the teen pulls out her staff as they approach the two large doors.

"No guards....somethings is definitely not right. Stay close to me you two." MK said keeping her guard up.

Savage put his hand on the doors, leaning on it before slipping through them with a yelp.

"Savage!" MK and Rumble cried. Rumble quickly ran after him, MK followed behind stumbling, falling face first on the floor.

"Savage, you okay?" Rumble asked, She only got a groan from her brother in reply as got up.

"This is the worst day of my life." The shadow monkey huffed, his tail flickering. The three walked inside seeing a large library in front of them, red fabric laid over them with gold detailing. Two stairs stand on either side of the two, both admiring the place. As they walked around, MK sighed, scratching the back of her head. "How are we gonna find the game?"

A flash of red caught Savage's attention, turning to see a small red bug. "MK, look!"

MK looks over as the small bug flickers red, blowing a raspberry, turning green as it scurries away. "Ah-hah! red means bad! ah, sometimes it means good, ah, you what that's probably it. let's go!"

She blasted from the floor, jumping around the place. "Where are you, little bug?! I'm gonna find you!"

"This can't be real....all this damage is caused by that one tiny thing." Rumble said in disbelief.

"Well they do say Big power comes in Small package." Savage snorted, earning a tail whack from Rumble. "Ow!"

"Ha! Found you, bug! Thanks for making it easy for Us," MK grinned, pulling out her staff. "Time to set things right again!"

A strange scent of filled Savage's nose, his eyes widening, growling looking around, he got into a defensive stance. "Someone's here."

"Well, well, well." A voice made the three jump, whirling around to come face to face with one of Spider Queen's henchmen, Syntax. "If it isn't the Monkie Kid."

"So am I too assume that your the one responsible for the virus." MK said gently pushing the twins behind her.

"Hmm, well you're certainly not as dumb as you look sweet thing~" Syntax smirked. MK shivered in disgust, creeped out. 'Why am I always getting hit on by the creepy guys' She thought.

"Ew, I'm nineteen you creep!" MK shouted, flailing her arms around.

"Is that so? Maybe I'll give you a call in the near future~" He flirted. His eyes turns wandered down to Rumble and Savage. "My, what fascinating little creatures. Shame that I didn't bring my tools with me, I'd love to open them up, and see just what kind of powers they have." Syntax said smiling sinisterly making the twins shiver in fear.

"Don't you even THINK about touching them!" MK growled, gripping her staff, that her knuckles were turning white. "Tell me how to get the city back to normal!"

Syntax laughed mockingly. "Please, you don't have the mental dexterity to debug my game, You're just a motherboard with a decent GPU and no central processing unit."

Rumble gave the Spider Demon a flat look, "Says the meanie who didn't use the DELETE button on himself when he was born."

"Oh snap!" Savage grinned, high five his sister.

The hybrid blinked in surprise, not exactly expecting such a response, before gritting his teeth in anger, "Why You little--!"

"And look at that on his face, it looks like he drew it on himself," Savage mocked, as he cut off the spider's angered response.

Irritated, but knowing it was time to go, Syntax gave a huff, "As much as I'd love to swap insults all day, I must be going~"

The purple skinned hybrid pressed a few things on his keypad, before using his mechanical spider legs to climb out of reach of the bunch, "I have other things to attend to and you all are about to be eviscerated by the ancient guardians of knowledge. So I guess we're both pretty busy. okay, bye!" And with that, he was gone.

"Hey! Get back here!"

Behind them stood a pair of giants, both were dressed in golden armor and wielding spears, with one blue and one red, "Only those marked in the Great Ledger of Knowledge and Time shall be deemed worth to enter this temple of wisdom, and live!"

"Aw crap!" MK said grabbing the cubs and jumping out of the way right before the two spears slam to the ground where they stood.

The guardians were close behind them, their weapons raised above their heads and slamming them on the ground, causing it to crack.

Their wild ride came to a stop, when MK slammed into the blue guardian's palm, and was sent flying. Whilst the red guardian managed to grab Rumble by the collar, holding her like a scared kitten. The little monkey whimpered in fear, as the guardians walked up to stand before her brother, the blue one raising its spear to stab the male monkey.

"Eek!" Savage trembled in fear. "You are not on the Ledger! You are not worthy!" The Guardians spoke in unison.

Frantically thinking for a way out, MK decided to take a risk and shouted out, "Wait, Can I sign up then?!"

The spears stopped what they were doing, pulled their spears back. "Of course!~" The red giant cheerfully exclaimed.

"Knowledge is for everyone!~" The blue one finished.

MK, the twins sighed in relief, not even bothering to protest when the guardians picked them up, "Let's get you signed up!"

After signing up, they thanking the guardians, Everyone finally had woken up from the Sleep Bug virus. "That's quite the story MK," Pigsy said, placing a bowl of noodles down in front of the shadow siblings, they both cheered as they both ate up. "I'm just glad you're all okay."

"Yeah, me too," MK agreed, eating a bowl too. "Although I couldn't have done it by myself. Rumble and Savage helped too." She chuckled, giving him head scratches, making them purr.

Mei cooed, pulled both of them in a hug. "Awww~ they're just so cute!"

"My Queen...."

Spider Queen turns to see that syntax has returned, a grin on his lips, holding the box in his hands. Spider Queen grinned as the girl approaches the hybrid, pulling out the skeleton key. The key began to change shape and inserted itself into the box.

The box began to glow, a blue shockwave erupting, blowing the spider demons away. Spider Queen held her ground, looking up in surprise and confusion.

"What...is this?" she asked in shock. What stood before them was an image of a large spider-like mech.

"A guide. A pathway to greatness. with this, you will build your revenge one piece at a time, five more items of power must be collected and then, we shall forge your destiny."

Savage’s Lament

CW: Panic Attack

"Kitty. Come on, kitty," The cat only yawns as Bai-He struggles to reach for the feline.

Unaware that a blue ghostly mist travels into an alleyway then it sinisterly laughs as it spotted Bai-He.

Savage's ears twitched, hears whispering, gasping. "Sis, look out!!" He cried out.

"Huh?" Bai He looks over her shoulder, confused to what he's talking about, The blue smoke suddenly appears, She screamed in terror as it attacks her, seeping through her skin.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"No!"

Dark yellow eyes snapped open, Savage screamed as he shot up in his makeshift bed, panting and in cold sweat. He sighed in relief as the clone realized that it was just an awful nightmare and then slowly turned his head to see his sister and MK still asleep, somehow didn't hear him scream.

Savage sighed, trying to shake the creeping feeling of regret as he got in his gut. 'It's my fault, my fault.' He kept chanting in his head, rubbing his tired eyes.

After the events of DBK's possession, his mortal sister, Bai-He was taken by an unknown source of dark magic and was unable to locate her. His father and The Monkey King left the city to find some sort of weapon and that was it.

"And you're supposed to be the strong one.." He muttered to himself. Quietly, he climbed out of bed and into MK's bathroom to splash water in his face. As Savage turned off the sink and grabbed a towel to dry off his face, he was leaving the bathroom when he bumped into someone.

"You wanna tell me why you're up this late?" A voice called to him, startled him. He looks up to see MK awake, staring down at him.

"Oh uh, MK, I was getting a drink," He tried to brush it off. "Nothing to worry about." MK raised an unimpressed brow, she could obviously tell that the little monkey was lying, she sighed and stretches.

"C'mon."

"What? Where we going?" He asked, she didn't say anything as she takes his paw and leaded him downstairs in the kitchen. She sets him down on a stool and goes behind the counter.

"You know, I remember when I woke up in a cold sweat every night when I was little. Mostly due to nightmares. And you know what always cheers me up? A nice bowl of delicious noodles." She smiled, setting down a bowl in front of Savage.

Savage stared at the bowl with tired eyes, "Thanks, I guess." He shrugged before eating. MK sits down next to him on the stool. "So...you wanna talk about it."

"No. I'm fine." He said with a flat look on his face, trying to wave it off. He honestly knew he couldn't keep those feelings inside forever.

MK sighed, rubbing her eyes. 'This might be a hard then I thought.' She thought, she hummed scratching her chin. "Is it about Bai-He?" She asked, judging by the look on the shadow clones face, she's right.

Savage swallowed whatever food was left, his lips quivering as tears slowly seeped from his eyes. "It's...it's my fault..."

MK raised a brow in confusion. Those words shook the brunette. "What? Why would you ever think that?"

"Because it is my fault, okay!?" He yelled angerily, glaring at her, his fangs baring and fur all bristled up. "It's my fault she's gone. I should have protected her. It's what me and Rumble were created for," He clenched his fists, his eyes clenched tight. "I'm supposed to be the tough one! B-but I couldn't-I couldn't save my her and now she's gone! And Dad hates me, and so good am I if-" Savage said banging his paws on his head as tears streamed down his face.

A look of sheer panic spread across his face. His breath quickened, and his heart raced. "Oh no.." MK's eyes widened, a worried look spread across her face.

He's having a panic attack.

"W-What's happening to me?" He asked shakily.

"Savage, Look at me, please." Savage struggled to raise his head, but he made eye contact with MK, A look of total horror was written all over his face.

"You're having a panic attack, I need you to do exactly what I say, okay?" MK said to Savage. Even though he was in such a bad state, he nodded his head in understand.

She assisted him in sitting up and directed her to take deep breaths. "Take deep breaths. In, and out, in, and out," She repeated. They both sat for a few minutes, breathing in sync.

As Savage had calmed down, MK sighed in relief. "It's okay sweetie, Take your time, you're okay now." she said in a calm, soothing tone. She wrapped her arms around the young monkey.

Savage gave out a small whimper as returned the gesture. She pulled back and looked him in the eyes. "Savage, listen to me. What happened was definitely not your fault, I know you probably think that you have to be tough and all that but you're still just a kid. You shouldn't be blaming yourself." She rubbed his head in comfort, hearing him chirp and purr in response.

"And I'm sure no one hates you. They're just as worried about her just as you are." She held onto his shoulders, staring him into his eyes. "You know what I think? I think you're the bravest, toughest little guy that that I know."

"You...really mean it, MK?" Savage asked.

"Yeah, like back in The Cloud and when we took down that Spider Guy. And with your help we're gonna get her back, no matter what, Okay?"

Savage was silent for a moment, he sighed wiping away his tears. "Thanks." he let out a small smile. The monkie kid wiped his face before ruffling his fur.

"You feeling better now?" she asked.

"Yeah."

She picked the young monkey up in his arms, carrying him back to her room. MK gently lays him down and placed the covers over him.

"Night MK.." Savage yawned.

"Goodnight my little warrior~"

The End is Here

"Wow, today has been a...helluva day. Okay, let's take a recap of the things i've learned...."

1) Monkey King is married to Liu Ér Mihou aka The Six-Eared Macaque. Who I have to admit is a pretty cool dude, not because he's hot, but he's married to Monkey King! We both had much in common, we both loved the theater, likes to sing, and other stuff, but that's for later.

2) Apparently the reason why Macaque was absent was because that bitch Jade-Face Princess had stolen an artifact of his, A Shadow Lantern, and he had to track her down to get it back.

3) The two of them have a child, well...children together. The little girl I met last episode is their daughter, adopted daughter. And lastly....The two most cutest monkey twins I've ever seen!!

Their like major cuteness!

The Twins, Rumble and Savage are twin clone Monkeys that were supposedly created by Macaque himself.

The little male monkey, Savage, was dark furred with grey skinned, short shaggy hair, had red face markings, yellow eyes, wearing a red qipao vest and black pants.

His twin sister, Rumble, had the same markings, color scheme as Savage, but with longer hair tied with a Fire lily hair clip, wears prince-nez glasses, a short sleeve hanfu dress with yellow clippings and black pants.

Aw man, I definitely can't wait to tell Tang and Mei all about this..."

MK was driving back to the city after having stayed at Flower Fruit Mountain for the past week. After the whole mess with The Jade-Face Princess, Monkey King and Macaque wanted to make sure her wounds were completely healed.

"Are you sure you're well enough, bud?" Monkey King asked in concern, looking over MK for any injuries.

"I'm okay now, Monkey King. I'm all better now." She reassured him, he sighed in worry. Macaque came over to him and rubbed his back. "Ease up, Peaches. I checked her over myself, the kid is in tip-top shape."

Bai He, Rumble and Savage ran past the two monkeys gave MK a big hug. "See you later, Monkey Princess!" MK smiled and hugged them back, "You too!" She ruffled their hair making them laugh. "Bye guys! I'll see you next week!" MK waved goodbye before leaving.

"Man, after all the crap that's happened. I just can't wait to get back home to the sweet smell of Noodles and Tranquility."

MK hummed a beat to a song on her phone, as she made her way back home from Flower Fruit Mountain. MK had sent a clone to the city at the beginning of the week to help out the gang in case something happened. For some reason she hadn't gotten any calls so she hoped everything was all right.

She returns to the noodle shop, not noticing the cracked sign above him as she hops out of the cart. "Guys! Guess who's back from training with Monkey ki-"

Her eyes widened, now noticing the army of bull clones in front of her. They were groaning, eyes glowing a light blue. one of the bull clones jumped down, roaring, as the others jumped forward. MK gasped, holding an order of noodles as she backed away, screaming.

But before the bull clones could even attack her, they are knocked back, as Pigsy's truck appears out of nowhere. MK gasps as her friends step out of the truck.

Tang noticed MK and immediately bolting over and tackling her into a hug, crying out in relief "My baby girl, Thank Buddha you're alright!!" Tang cried out in relief.

"Guys! What's going on? whoa-ho-ho! You look so awesome!" She compliments on their wardrobe, almost a Mad Max kinda vibe.

"Yeah, so uh, some stuff happened while you were away, got really kind of intense." Mei informed, rubbing her head.

"Bu-but I left you with one of my clones!"

"Oh, yes...she's been super helpful.." Tang said in a deadpanned voice. The clone in question, who stood beside Tang blinks in confusion when noticing the stares she was given.

"I don't know what to tell ya, guy." With that, the clone exploded, leaving behind a pile of hair.

"What's going on? What's with all the clones acting so strangely?" MK asked confused and shocked at what was happening.

"After you left-" but Mei was interrupted by Tang "Ahem, If you'll allow me" Tang said with a smirk, Mei groans "Go ahead, Mr. Tang" Mei said rolling her eyes in exasperation.

"Well, after you left, the Bull Clones attacked, but they were more powerful than before, we believe it's all tied back, to the Demon Bull King himself....he's conquered everything" Tang said finishing explaining "We tried calling you, but they brought down the power lines." Pigsy said.

MK's eyes were filled with worry, slowly replaced with anger as she gritted her teeth and clutched her fists tight making her knuckles white.

"Where is he? Where's DBK?" MK growls out.

"We're not sure. But there's pretty scary noises coming from the mountain." Sandy said with a frown and pointed to a far off point in the city, an area which had been abandoned for a long time.

MK frowned, then had a look of determination.

"Everyone, Get in." the teen said, everyone turns to her in confusion, MK only grins with determination, punching her fist into her hand.

"We're gonna stop him and bring back our city" MK said with a determined smirk, everyone smiled at her filled with their own determination as they piled into the truck, heading for the mountain.

At the Flaming Foundry, Demon Bull King cackles, watching his bull clones wreak havoc on the city. "Look at them cower and run! With this power, even the great sage could not stop me!" Demon Bull King said with a sinister smile, Princess Iron Fan only frowns, her eyes laid on the glowing blue canister attached to her husband's back.

"Yes father we have finally taken our rightful place as the rulers of this city!" Red Son said looking at the screen, but suddenly the alarms sounded, as an image appeared on the hologram. Upon further inspection, they noticed it was a truck with MK and her friends inside.

'Noodle Girl.' Red Son thought happily to see her again. Whispers echo within Demon Bull King's mind, the image of MK distorting, replaced with the image of Monkey King. "Monkey King!? Come to take me? bind me? I will not let that simian triumph again!" He shouted in anger.

On their way to the mountain, the gang passed the construction site, screeching to a stop, before them stood the remains of a destroyed road, bent into a walkway, leading up towards bull shaped rubble.

"Alright, what's the plan?" Sandy asked turning towards the teen, everyone following the water spirits gaze.

"There's obviously going to be lots of clones waiting for us inside, so we have to go in as fast as possible without one of us getting captured or harm" MK said looking at the damage.

"Sounds great. Let's go!" Sandy shouted, grinning. "Yeah!" Mei cheered.

MK looked at them with a worried expression, "What? No, I didn't mean you guys too."

Tang chuckled. "You thought that you were going without us?" He questioned, making MK sheepishly nod.

Pigsy chuckled. "We get it. You're the Monkie Kid, eh? It's your job to go fight the bad guys." He told her.

Sandy put a hand on her shoulder smiling. "But we're your team, little lady. It's our job to get you there." The Water Demon reminded her, earning a smile from MK.

Pigsy steps on the gas pedal, charging at the base right as Mei used her sword to blast a hole through the front entrance, allowing the truck to drive straight through, landing on a built in road, hidden in the ditch that surrounded the base.

The sound of another engine roars behind them. Pigsy peered at the side view mirror to see bull clones driving up behind them. "We've got company!" He shouts looking back at the front, the bull clones swerve, hitting the truck and causing everyone to bounce out of their seats, Tang falling on Pigsy. But after a few quick maneuvers from the pig demon, he managed to loose the opposing truck.

MK looked around through the window and spotted something. "look there! DBK's throne room!" She calls out looking out the window.

"it's gotta be somewhere down...there!" The teen said, Tang screams in fear as the bull clones come closer, colliding their vehicles together, Sandy was quick to grab Mei, and MK and hopped out of the truck, the two teens clinging onto his back MK screamed while Mei laughed in excitement.

Sandy jumped into the air, punching the vehicle, smashing it into pieces Mei and Mk jumped off Sandy's back and ran towards the hole.

"Come on, MK! Let's go!" Mei called out and jumped into the hole with MK behind her not knowing how deep it was until they were falling.

Mei and MK latching onto each other as they screamed, Mei quickly took out her sword, stabbing it into the wall, stopping the two from falling just as MK latched onto Mei's waist. "Now what?" Mei asked looking at their predicament.

"They are coming for you," cold, ghostly whisper continues to echo in DBK's head. "The Power" The cold voice said.

Red Son smiled seeing this as a chance to prove himself, "Father, let me go up there and destroy those-"

But was cut off by Demon Bull King, who laughed, "You? Why would I trust you?!" Demon Bull King turned to his son. "You have brought me nothing but failure! Time and time again, nothing but disappointment!" Demon Bull King shouted. His harsh words strike deeply within Red Son, making his fists tighten and his lips quiver, fighting back his tears threatening to fall down his face.

Princess Iron Fan watched, anger rising before shock overtook her face. Her husband would never call their son a failure, this was not her husband at all.

"Traitor, He's a traitor! Kill him!" The voice screamed in his head.

"Traitor..?" DBK growled, eyes shining blue. "Yes, perhaps."

Red Son sputters, eyes filled with worry and slight fear. "What? N-no, father! I would never-"

"You thought you could deceive me?!" Demon bull king shouts, enraged and back hands the fire demon making Red Son hit the wall making the fire demon groan in pain. "Stand against me?!" Demon Bull King shouted raising his fist, Red Son couldn't help but flinch covering his face with his arms as Demon Bull King raised his fist until Princess Iron Fan ran in front of him to block it with her fan.

"Come to your senses! This power has clearly poisoned your mind!" She yelled at him. She then paused when she heard something whispers 'traitor'.

"Another traitor in my midst!" Demon Bull King yelled, snarling at the two. "I do not want to hurt you," Princess Iron Fan said and Demon Bull King laughed, "As if you could." He then lunged at her and the two started fighting.

"So, about getting down..." Mei laughed nervously. "Monkey King wouldn't have happened to...I don't know taught you his cloud trick by any chance?"

"Uh, that's still a work in progress," MK chuckled nervously, thinking back to the few times she tried summoning the Somersault Cloud, only to end up sneezing mini clouds.

"What are we gonna do?!" MK hissed, shaking to make things worse, someone's phone went off. The two stopped moving and froze, The ringing bounced off the walls, awakening the bull clones.

"Mei! Your phone, shut it off!" MK yelled at the dragon girl was quick to pull out her phone, but it fell from her grasp as she let go of the sword, trying to catch it. "Mei!" MK cried.

The teen screamed, letting go of Mei's waist and started swimming in the air towards the sword. MK quickly grabs it while grabbing Mei's ankle before she could fall They groaned and grunted MK sighed as Mei stopped the ringing.

“Seriously, at a time like this?” MK hissed.

Clones scuttled across the rock wall, their metal creaking and clanking, as they got closer to the two. "Yeah! Now's a great time to download the latest version of Monkey Mech-" Mei let out a gasp in realization.

"MK, you remember that cool mech you made, when we first fought DBK?" Mei said looking up at MK "Uh, yeah? But I don--" MK cut herself off with a gasp, as she realized where her bestie was going with this, and took out her staff in her spare hand.

"Give me hand Mei?" MK said. Mei nodded with a smirk, swinging both herself and the MK before launching them up into the air, allowing MK to slam the staff into the rock face, the earth crumbled upon impact, as golden light spewed out, the staff magically forming a Monkey Mech out of the loose earth, with the hero two inside.

Upon seeing the gigantic mech, the corrupted clones launched themselves at it, ready to tear the enemy bot apart, though a quick swing of the mech's staff, destroyed them, and giving MK enough time to make a plan.

"Alright, new plan, you hold off the zombie bull clones, I'll get down there and finish this" MK said looking down at the hole "Think you can handle this on your own?" MK asked with a smirk "I've always dreamed of piloting a blood thirsty mech!" Mei squeals with excitement but with a hint of bloodlust. The dragon girl begins pressing random buttons.

"On no, maybe putting Mei in charge of the mech isn't such a good idea—AAAAAAHH!!!' MK's thoughts were cut short when Mei pulled a leaver and the teen began falling straight down a hole as she was thrown out the mech, the teen screamed in fear and quickly whistled for her somersault cloud , the cloud flies down the hole and under MK slowing down the fall a little bit while Mei fought the hoard of zombie bull clones.

Princess Iron Fan grunts, landing on her feet and sliding back a good distance from her previous attack Red Son, however, was not so lucky, he tumbles backwards with a grunt, straining and hissing as he grips his hurt arm, Iron Fan wipes the blood from her lips, Demon Bull King laughs, stomping towards the two but stops, hearing shrieking All three look up to see MK on a cloud falling down towards them landing with a thud as she rolls on the ground, her cloud dissolving away from the impact.

"Noodle Girl?" Red Son yelled, surprised.

"The Little Thief," Demon Bull King's voice sneered another more sinister one, overlapping his.

The teen then put Red Son down before stretching her back, which gave a sickening crack, making Red Son winch at the sound as MK fell back, "Gimme' a minute..."

Demon Bull King then started growling in pain before looking at MK as she got back to his feet and did a couple of stretches that he'd learned from Wukong, Demon Bull King's vision split her into two turned into Sun Wukong.

As MK finished her stretches she turned to the possessed DBK, "Alright, I'm ready to fight now. Let's go!"

"Sun Wukong! Come to lock me away again?!" The Demon Bull's voice roared, making all of them turn to him in confusion. "I'll crush you where you stand!!"

MK blinked, then looked around to see if there was someone else there. "Uhm, I think you have the idea sir," MK said, leaning down to grab her staff. Whatever was going on with Demon Bull King and causing the whispers and delusions in his head.

Just then the earth shook, making MK look up just in time to see Demon Bull King charging at her. She yelped as she had to dodge several attacks from the raging bull, she finally got to put some distance between the two of them as Princess Iron Fan flung two blades of wind at the Demon, causing him to be trapped for a second.

When MK landed next to Princess Iron Fan she turned to her and asked, "So how do we free him?"

"Canisters on his back contain the ancient power that we needed the key to unlock. Its power has driven him mad," The Wind Demoness explained, motioning with her fan, to the blue tubes on Demon Bull King's back, who was currently breaking free from the rubble that'd trapped him.

"Okay then," MK said, uneasy before twirling the staff around, tensing up when Demon Bull King roared again, his roar shaking the cavern they were in. "Time for round two."

"No," Red Son told her, standing in front of her protectively. "This time, we fight with you."

The Fire Demon was determined to not let anything happen to his future girlfriend, flames surrounding his hands as he and his mother stood in front of MK.

"You'll only have one shot. Make it count." Princess Iron Fan tells her as she shoots forwards, letting out a cyclone of wind, which encompasses the snarling Demon Bull King, "You will all meet your fate together!!"

Both Demons were pushed back. Princess Iron Fan's fan had been chucked away somewhere in the room. The earth started to shake as Demon Bull King walked up to finish off his own family.

Demon Bull King lifts a claw to hit them, only to get hit in the head by a rock, everyone looking over at where MK stood smirking, another rock in his hand, "Yeah! I've got more rocks where that one came from!"

The Demon Bull King slams MK into the cave wall, his fist tightening around her body, snarling. "You have been an utter disappointment! I had hoped you would have learnt more of the Great Sage's little tricks!"

"I don't know what to tell you, man," MK shrugged, seemingly uncaring about her current dangerous situation, only panicking when Demon Bull King went to squash her with a thumb. "No wait!"

In a puff of golden smoke and hair, the now-revealed clone disappeared, angering the now-surprised Demon Bull King, "What?! A copy?!"

"Ha! turns out I actually did learn some of his tricks," MK called from above, making the large Demon look up in surprise as clones spawned. MK used several of them to spring herself further and faster, readying to hit him with the staff.

"Here...comes...Monkie Kid!" MK slammed down on Demon Bull King with her army of clones, managing to get a solid hit on the canisters and knocking them loose, causing them to crash and break on the stone flooring, releasing whatever was inside.

The ground shook, causing MK to yelp as she looked around. The Demon Bull King got up with a groan, looking around confused.

"What? W-What...happened?" He questioned, as Princess Iron Fan stopped her son from coming near him, just in case. Bull King looked at his wife and son, seeing their defensive looks, and frowned, concerned.

Princess Iron Fan went over to him, gently cupping his snout and placing her forehead against it. "You came back to me." That was all she said, resting against her husband as she wrapped the family in wind.

Red Son looked at MK, who looked back at him. "Thank you, and take care.." The Fire Demon told her, before disappearing with his family.

The mech stood at the edge of the battlefield, the group sitting on its shoulders, eating a bowl of noodles. "Well, ya did it, kid." Pigsy said as he ate his noodles.

"You beat DBK! again!" Sandy exclaimed.

"Thanks guys, but... I'm not sure I did." MK sighed, looking down at her noodles. "Whatever was powering him up, it made him...different, uncontrollable."

But we won, right?" Mei grinned, trying to lighten the mood. "I'm sure it's fine. You were done with this, hmm?" Tang asked, taking a piece of food from Pigsy.

"Hey! get your mitts off my bowl, Tang!" Pigsy yelled at Tang, making the group laugh.

MK headed back to Flower Fruit Mountain to tell all about what happened today. "Monkey King! Macaque?" She called out to the simian husbands, looking around for them. "You'll never guess what...Happened?" She trailed off, She found them in front of their house, but...Something was wrong.

Very wrong.

Macaque held Monkey King in a comforting hug, while he was crying his eyes out. Rumble and Savage were by his side, also trying to comfort him.

"Monkey King? Macaque? W-What happened?" MK asked, with a worried look on her face. Macaque glanced over towards the girl, not saying anything.

"What wrong!? Did something happened!?" She asked again.

Macaque sighed, went over to MK, putting a hand on her shoulder. "MK...It's..It's Bai-He."

"Bai-He?" She looked around to see the little apprentice wasn't anywhere in sight. "What happened, where is she?" She yelled, really concerned.

"She's...She's gone, MK..." Was all he said.

MK gasped, covered her hand over her mouth. "W-What?"

"And Just when things got better, it got worse. Really...Really...Worse."

The Macaque and the Huli-Jing Part 2

The next day at Flower Fruit Mountain, Monkey King, who was eating a bag of peach chips, while MK hammered at the mural. "Remember, Patience and focus! Step into the strike!"

MK growled in frustration, she was really starting to get sick and tired of this lesson. This was getting her nowhere at all.

She needs to get stronger!

"They are slowing you down. you have power inside you," Jade's voice echoed in her mind. "If you want something, take it! Take the power and destroy! Remember: You don't use the weapon," MK's eyes glowed as she took out her staff, twirling it and swung it at the mural.

"You are the weapon!"

MK threw the hammer at them as hard as possible, causing it to go through all four rocks and fly off. When the dust settled, standing there was an astonished Wukong.

Monkey King stared wide eyed, "Whoa. How'd you learn to do that?" He asked before gasping dramatically looking at the girl. "Have you been running around behind my back young lady?!" He asked angrily.

MK sneered as she turned away from him "Patience and focus. isn't that what you said?"

Wukong glares at MK. "Look kid, using that much power, your body can't handle it."

She scoffed. "Oh, is that right? Or maybe you just don't like the fact that there's someone who's actually teaching me what I need to know! Quit acting like you care, cause frankly you don't!!" She yelled angrily, her teeth resembling canine fangs for a bit.

Monkey King stared at her, had a hurt look in his eye. "MK..." he trailed off.

She huffed, turning away from her mentor. "Whatever, I'm outta here." MK then walks away. It was then that Monkey King saw MK's logo blue, the Huli-Jing grinning menacingly.

Monkey King frowned, furrowed his brows. 'Wait, It can't be...' He thought in his head, all of a sudden his ears twitched, he looks around hearing something.

It definitely wasn't MK, for sure.

"Alright, who's there! You'd know better not to mess with The Monkey King!" He called out to whoever was lurking, unknowingly that his shadow was starting to change form.

"Aww, you know I wouldn't dream of hurting you, Peaches~"

Wukong yelped and looked behind him, The mysterious shadowy figure from earlier appeared in front of him.

"Hey~"

Monkey King gasped, smiling brightly. "It's you!"

Later, Mk grunts as she continues to train in the dojo. Her logo shines a bright blue as she trains, making Jade smirk. MK pants for breath, her chest heaving as sweat fell down her forehead. She felt a hand on her shoulder and heard a chuckle. "You're ready sweetheart."

MK looks up at Jade, "Ready for what?"

Jade grins, leaning down to her. "You'll see. Luckily for you, I've found where it lives."

MK followed Jade up an old summit, holding the staff tightly in her hands with a frown. "The Monster you fought today is actually an ancient  demon. A very, very powerful one." Jade explained, MK was out of breath as she stumbled trying not to lose her balance. "I need your help to destroy it once and for all."

Jade told her before pushing the girl out, causing MK to stumble and look at her mentor with wide eyes. 

"Wait, what? Last time, I barely hit it!" MK panicked.

The fox demoness sighed as she glanced away. "I know. But since then, you've had me teaching you. You're stronger now," She turned to her with a smile. "You feel stronger, right?" She asked MK, who frowned but nodded.

Jade grabbed her shoulders. "Good. Remember. You're the weapon. Give it everything you've got." She then shoved MK towards the creature, Mk regains her composure, grip tightening around her staff.

"Okay! "Here... Comes... Monkie Kid." She twirls the staff in her hand unknowing of the glow on her jacket, lunging at the creature. The fox creature's eyes shine as MK shouts, spinning her staff. "I am the weapon!"

She lands of her feet, catching her breathe. She looks to see the creature had vanished.

"Woah, I did it! I can't believe I did it!" MK cheered.

Jade grins as she starts stalking towards behind MK, fangs baring. "Excellent, I knew you'd could do it...~"

MK beamed in excitement, turned towards her. "Jade! Did you see me? I was like, totally whooping a-"

MK's eyes widened as she felt an excruciating pain in her gut. Jade grinned, retracting her hand, bits of blood seeping from her claws.

MK falls to the ground, the staff shrinking, groaning in pain. Jade laughed, "You know, you really are a nice kid," Jade grinned, ruffling MK's hair before stepping back. "Super cute, but so naive~" She chuckled darkly holding a golden orb of light in her hands.

MK grunts, clutching the wound from her stomach, coughing up bits of blood. "Why..Why are you..?" She struggled to say.

She smiled. 'Why'? Because I can. Like I told you: If you want something, you take it." The ball of light that's in her hand, before she crushed it, as golden energy coursed through her.

"I..I trusted you!" She struggled to get away from her.

"Oh sweetheart, I hate to tell you this, but you're not my type. At all." Jade went to MK--who was struggling to stand. "Thank you for giving me all of Monkey King's power, Like really, Thank you." She told her, a cruel smirk appearing on her face. MK struggled to lift her staff, but couldn't.

"What's wrong, little Kit? Can't you hold the magic staff anymore?" She taunted her. "Well, you know what that means? There really isn't anything special about you. You're just some little girl with a heavy stick."

She grabbed MK by her neck, lifting her up. "Too bad, I was starting to like you." MK grunts, struggling to get out of the demoness hold.

"Just Who the hell are you, really!?" MK demanded.

Jade scoffed, rolling her eyes. "You really don't know who I am, do you? Figured since your such a little Monkey King Fan." She shrugged her shoulders.

"But if you insist, I'm Jade, as in Jade-Face, ringing any bells?~"

'Jade-Face' MK thought, she gasped, eyes widened in realization.

It was her, The Jade-Faced Princess.

"No, that's impossible. You can't be, I read that you were killed by Zhu Bajie long ago!"

She sneered. "Tch, don't believe everything you hear in the stories. It's been fun spending time with you dear, Anyway, I'm afraid this is where we part ways.." She summoned her tessen blade, raising it for the final blow.

MK whimpered and shuts her eyes, tears streaming from her eyes. 'I'm so sorry Monkey King..' She thought in her head.

"ENOUGH!!"

Jade was sent flying away from MK, MK falls to the ground, coughs catching her breathing. She looked up Monkey king landed in front of him, arms crossed and face full of anger.

"Monkey King?" She looked to see that it wasn't Monkey King.

The mysterious Monkey had dark hair, he has what looks like dark facial hair, violet eyes, but one was scratched and clouded, clothing consists of a yellow and black tunic with a black sash around the waist. Over his shirt is a brown and gold chest armor, that is crossed left, and an armored skirt. He wears a tattered red scarf, a singular red feather on his head and black and gold boots.

"I didn't think you'd be low enough to hurt little kids, Jade."

"Oh, Six-Eared Macaque! Well isn't this a nice surprise, Did you came all the way here to this city just to see me?" Jade said smiling at the darker simian.

"Don't give me that! You know exactly why I'm here, you have something that belongs to me." Macaque growls, frowning. "And I want them Back..!"

"Aw, you mean this?" She pulled something from her hanfu sleeve and pulls out some sort of lantern, two dark dots shining inside of it. "Well if you want it back so badly," She took a step back showing her true form, her dark green hair had turn snow white, her fangs and nails became longer, she sprouted nine tails from behind.

"Come and get it then."

"Bring it, you ugly bitch!" Macaque bared his fangs, before both demons charged at the other, roaring, their fists colliding. An explosion of white and purple followed them as they fought. MK couldn't comprehend what was happening, but she took the chance to get to a safe distance.

"Kid!"

MK looked up at the sky to see Monkey King flying down her way on his cloud. "Are you okay? He gasp noticing her wound. "You're hurt!!" He cried.

"Monkey King, I-I don't know what's going on, I was- and then she- them this weird guy shows up and-" She rambled on, holding her wound.

Monkey King shushed her. "Shh, don't worry we'll deal with all that later. Right now it's time for the Hero stuff." He told her before Wukong joined Macaque and both started to fight Jade, At one point, both monkeys are thrown back.

When they transform back Wukong is able to pin her down to the ground but Jade uses her tessen to slice his arm, releasing her. "Aaahh!" He screamed in pain, holding his arm.

"I'm sorry, did that hurt little ape~" She taunted him. Growling, Wukong runs up to finish her off, but she transforms into MK making Wukong hesitates.

"MK?"

"No Wukong, it's a trap!" Macaque cried out to him, but it was too late, A clone tackled him, sending him flying through multiple mountains. When he lands he tries to get up but is held down by many different clones.

Jade appears in front of him laughing, "Are you kidding, You fell for that? Ha!"

She then looked over to where MK was, Jade then turns and looks at Wukong and smiles before doing the same thing to her. She appears next to MK.

"So sorry little Kit, but playtime is over." She said before snapping her fingers. When she did, a whirlwind of blue fire foxes appeared in front of her. Soon they all merge to create one giant Kaiju form.

She gets ready to squish her, but before she could, a giant purple smoke monster appears stopping her and throwing her back. When she looks back, standing there was Macaque.

Jade huffed irritated, "You just don't know when to quit do you, Liu Ér?"

"Nah, now give me back my lantern!" He growled. She just stares at him, pretending to think. "Hm, no.." And before that the two started fighting again. Back at the mountain, Wukong walks up to MK, "We do not have long, he will not be able to hold her off for much longer. You need to fix your mistake."

"B-But how? I lost all my powers, I can't even lift the staff," MK said with shame and guilt.

Monkey King's face softens as goes up and puts a paw on her chin, making her face her, "You didn't lose all your power to her, you only lost the power you inherited from me, There's still power inside of you, I can feel it. You just need to believe in yourself and you'll be able to lift the staff and gain new powers."

At that moment the moment was cut short as they heard a painful yelp and look over, Jade had defeated Macaque's smoke monster. The dark furred monkey skidded across the ground.

"Macaque!" Wukong cried out, worried for the guy.

Jade laughed maliciously as she stared at her claws, "You're power is even more greater than I imagined Sun Wukong." She looked over at the mountain, growling, and then started running towards them.

Monkey King turned back to MK, "Remember patience and focus. Step into the strike," he said before fading, trying to hold off Jade.

MK closed her eyes and tried to find the power that was hidden deep in her, Jade jumped in the air ready to finish off Wukong and MK but before she can, MK's eyes opened to reveal orange. When she opened them it sent a powerful shockwave, throwing the huli-Jing back.

"Patience...Focus...Step in to the strike!!"

The battle ended when MK reached into Jade's Kaiju form and grabbed her, throwing her off into the distance. This caused MK to get her powers back, An explosion followed soon after, Wukong quickly holding onto MK, as Macaque appeared behind them.

She swung the staff, as it spun and twirled around the shadow monster, straight towards Jade. The monster splits in half, as the staff comes flying back, MK catching it with ease. An explosion followed soon after, Wukong quickly holding onto MK, as Macaque appeared behind them.

"You did it, bud. you remember what I taught you."

MK then looked at the ground and shame before saying, "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry for everything. For acting out, for yelling at you. I just wanted to be good enough for you and- And.."

Unfortunately, She started feeling dizzy as she succumbed to her wounds and started to collapse.

"MK!"

The last thing she saw was Monkey King reaching towards her.

"MK...."

"Wake up, MK...."

MK wakes up with a groan as she feels something poking her cheek, the teen opens her eyes to come face to face with the baby monkeys, all of them chittering happily before jumping her, giving her wet licks/kisses.

"Ew! Wait! Stop! I'm okay!" MK begs as she's bombarded by the monkeys.

"Wait, stop that's enough," A little girl's voice said, making the small monkeys all stop harassing MK. "Leave her alone." They were all shooed away.

Wiping the slobber off her face, MK gasped, "Monkey King!" MK tries to get up, She looks to see her wounds had been bandaged and cleaned. Bai-He gently eased her back down. "Woah, your wounds aren't fully healed yet."

"Where am..?" She glanced down to see torso bandaged up. "You're back on the mountain, don't worry you'll be fine." She said in a soft tone.

The brunette sighed in relief, gently lying back down. "That's a relief..."

Wait, hold on.....

MK's eyes snapped open when she realized something. "BAI-HE!?"

There standing in front of her was the same little girl she'd met a while back, Bai-He was wearing a light blue cheongsam with gold lining and buttons, maroon pants, Her shoes are black with white lining. Her raven hair tied in a high bun.

"Hi!" She greeted with a smile.

"W-what are- how are- What are you doing here??" MK asked, completely baffling as to why she's here.

"Um...I live here?"

"Say what?" MK blinked in disbelief.

"Ah I see you two have already met already." Wukong said as he entered the room with a tray of food in his hand.

"Monkey King! W-what is going on here?" She asked.

"Woah, calm down bud." Wukong said soothingly "I assure you everything is going to be fine."

"She's pretty freaked out, Bába." Bai-He laughed, making the confused girl more confused. "B-Bába?"

Wukong chuckled as he sets the tray down, "Okay, okay... I'm gonna come straight with you." Bai-He goes over to Wukong and he picks her up in his arms. "This is Bai-He, my daughter."

"Huh?"

"Well, I'm glad to see you're up and about Princess,~" Said a deep voice behind MK, she looked up to see the black furred simian looking down at her grinning.

"Eek!" She stumbled back, Monkey King had held her still, calming her down. "Woah, take it easy kid, Macaque's harmless...Sometimes."

"Oh, ha-ha very funny Peaches." Macaque rolled his eyes playfully.

'Peaches?' MK thought, raised a brow.

"Wait, a minute," She pointed towards Macaque. "Who the heck is this guy!?"

A laugh escaped Macaque's throat, and the black furred simian walked over to MK, using his tail to bring the teen over and set her on the couch.

"At ease soldier. The name's Macaque, well "The Six-Eared Macaque" is my full name." He takes her hand, kissing it. "Au chante mademoiselle~"

MK's jaw literally dropped, she couldn't believe that standing right in front of her was Liu Ér Mihou, The Six-Eared Macaque. And damn! She knew Monkey King was gorgeous but this dude is fine as hell!

However, MK wasn't all that convinced, "Wait, Are you sure you're really him?" She began poking and pulling at Macaque's clothes and fur. "You look way too old, and where's your other sets of ears? Aren't there supposed to be Six, not Two? And I don't remember him having a beard."

Macaque's eyebrow twitch In irritation, he glanced over at Wukong who watched in amusement. "A little help please?" He asked.

Monkey King chuckled, setting Bai-He down and happily walked to pull the girl off him. "Trust me kid, he's the real deal. I think I would recognized know my own husband~" he smiled, hugging him from behind.

Husband...?

HUSBAND!?!?

It took MK a moment to process what he said, before she jumped up in shock, looking between the two monkeys, and little girl.

Monkey King's Married?

And he's got a little human daughter?????

"SAY WHAAAAAAAAATTTTT!?"

This was all way too much for her to comprehend as the poor girl fainted, lying back on the couch. Macaque and Monkey King sweat-dropped, glancing at each other. "Wow, That's a fine kid you got there, peaches."

"Pfft! Please...wait until she meets the twins."

The Macaque and the Huli-Jing PART 1

"You know, when I found out I was going to be trained by The Monkey King, Great Sage Equal to Heaven," MK grunts as he slams the hammer down onto the old mural, Sweat drips down her face. "I had no clue that...I'D BE STUCK HERE HAMMERING WALLS 12 HOURS A DAY!!" MK shouted chucking the hammer away in frustration.

The Monkey King hummed, tail waving lazily below the cloud as he tossed a chip in his mouth, a scroll laying beside the sage half opened.

It's been days since Red Son and his family stole that Skeleton Key from her and Mei, she felt that something bad was heading her way so needs to up her training.

Easier said than done.

"Why am I doing this again?!" MK complained loudly.

"Because it is a good way to practice your strength, plus It be nice to make a nice lil' breakfast nook, get some light up in here." Monkey King said smiling.

MK huffed, annoyed. "But I'm meant to be Monkie Kid not 'Construction Girl’ How am I supposed to do the hero stuff if I don't know the hood stuff?!" She grumbled.

Wukong snorted, looking up at her. "Oh? So you want to know the 'good stuff,' huh? Like this?" The sage used his eyes of truth, throwing the staff clean through the second rock.

MK grinned and nodded, sliding over to him. "Whoa! Yes, exactly like that. I am ready for something awesome," MK told him. "I feel so underprepared for when demons attack and something like that would help!"

Monkey King laughed, sat up and ruffled the the girl's hair. "Look, sweetie, You can't rush this stuff. You'll get there. You just need practice." He told her. "I'm never going to teach you something you don't actually need to know, okay?"

MK frowned, looking at him. "Promise?" She asked.

Monkey King nodded. "I Promise kiddo." He replied, leaning back again. "Now, these rocks are not going to destroy themselves. So remember: Step into the strike."

MK nodded and was about to strike the wall again until her phone started to ring.

"Ooh I love that song!" She heard Monkey King said, humming along to the song. MK quickly answered her phone, to reveal that it was Mei calling her. "What's the Sitch Mei?"

"MK!!" Mei's panicked voice came through, loud enough that she had to hold the phone away from her ear. "We really need your help, some kind of monster is attacking the city!" Mei said in a panicked expression and moved to the side to reveal a giant blue monster attacking the city.

MK gasped in worry. "A monster attacking the city? That's terrible." She glanced behind her mentor, who was still lounging on his cloud.

"Dang. Guess I got to go do some boring hero stuff instead of this," MK said sarcastically pointing to the rocks. MK ran out of the cave.

"Kay, bye!!"

Monkey King sighed in exhaustion, he knew MK meant well, he just hoped the kid knew what she's doing.

'I really wished you were here right now.' He thought in his head. There was suddenly a loud crashing noise.

"Bai-He! I thought I told you to stay in your room! You’re still grounded, young lady!”

In the city, MK arrived just in time, then soon landed next to a worried Mei, who stared up at the monster. "What did I miss?" MK asked her, gripping the staff.

"MK, what took you so long?!" Mei said panicking.

MK winced slightly. "I know, I'm sorry! Monkey King was making me do house chores." She told her, she then looks up staring at the giant monster. "Is that the bad guy?"

The monster looked liked some sort of fox, with Piercing white glowing eyes, sharp claws, who stared down at them growling menacingly.

"Don't worry Mei-Mei, I'll handle this." MK said twirling her staff. Mei tried to warn her but was too late has MK launched herself towards the monster.

"Here Comes Monkie Ki-" but before she could hit it, the creature used it's tail to wrap around her ankle, flinging her back. When the dust settled MK lying on a crater next to Mei. "Ow, that hurts."

"Yeah," Mei said, rubbing her head as MK got up, "We tried that," she then pointed to Sandy and Pigsy, who lay in another crater next to MK's.

Suddenly, a shadow zooms over them, catching their attention. MK squinting her eyes at the mysterious figure trying to get a better look.

"Monkey King?"

The figure lands on top of a nearby building, summoning two bladed tessen fans, spinning it around with a grin.

The creature was ready to attack, but the figure spun her fans around as a powerful circle of wind tornados surrounded her, sending it towards the creature, the creature's body was engulfed in the wind and disappeared.

"Hmph, well that wasn't worth the effort." The mysterious lady grumbled.

"Yes!"

The mysterious lady nearly jumped out of her skin at the young voice. She whirled around to see MK, who had climbed the side of the building she is on.

"Monkey King!" She attempted to scramble onto the platform only to fall off the edge with a loud screech and then a thud. The lady just blinked before turning around to leave but the moment she faced forward again MK was in front of her.

"That was awesome. I can't believe you came back to--" She gasped when he realized that this wasn't Monkey King. "Oh! You're...not Monkey King."

"I'm so sorry. Are you okay?" Standing in front of her was a tall, beautiful woman. She had an hourglass figure that would put other women to shame. She was attired with a long light green hanfu dress with oversized sleeves, with a black undershirt.

Her hair was dark green wavy hair, At the top of her head is a blue and green crescent moon shaped headdress, with a gold crown tied to her hair. She's wearing red eye shadow and a red shaped diamond at the center of her forehead.

"Woah..~." MK stared in awe, more softly and obviously embarrassed. "Oh, I'm fine, I'm fine. I just thought you were, you know Monkey King."

The mystery lady chuckled, scratching the back of her head grinning bashfully. "Oh, I'm sorry, were you expecting someone more...Manly~" She teased.

MK shook her head, worried that she offended her. "Oh- n-No No! Ma'am It's just...I'm sorry, who are you?" MK asked raising an eyebrow.

The lady thought about it, scratching her chin. "Hm, Well I've gone by many names. But you can call me...Jade."

The woman now known as Jade, extended her hand towards MK, shaking her hand. "And am I to assume you're the adorable Monkie Kid, right?"

MK nodded, eyes shimmering. "How did you--" She blushed a bit at the "adorable" comment.

She points towards the staff in the mortal's hands. "Your staff kind of gives you away, silly. Not just anyone can wield that thing," She stood up, dusting her dress. "Honestly I'm quite amazed by it."

MK lets out a shy chuckle as her face blushed some more, rubbing the back of her head. "Oh I-It's nothing. I mean, you're the one that's amazing, I mean I don't wanna sound awkward. But we're just, I, I'm awkward, you're gorgeous." She rambled but catching herself.

"Wait, what?"

When MK looked up, she had to gulp. She saw Jade giving her a sweet smile let out a cute laugh which made the brunette's insides churn.

"Are you always this articulate?" She asked in a teasing tone, wiping a stray tear from her eye.

"I..I.."

Clearing her throat, Jade scratched her cheek bashfully. "Well, it's been fun but I should be going...see you around little Kit." Jade waved as she walks away.

MK whined and runs after Jade. "Can you teach me those awesome moves ma'am!?!" MK asked standing in front of Jade, smiling wide and eyes sparkling, Jade quickly backed away, a small drop of sweat on her forehead.

"Uh, don't you already have a Master? I thought The Monkey King was training you." She asked.

MK looked away awkwardly. "Ah, yeah, yeah, no, he-he is. But you can never have too many teachers, right? I'm sure he would agree."

"It's not like he would want to hold you back," Jade said. "You want to be stronger, right!"

"Um," MK contemplated as she looks at her staff, it was true, she does want to get stronger. But all of the simian's teachings it feels like it's getting anywhere with her. How was she going to protect her loved ones If she couldn't defeat a single monster.

She clutches the staff in her hand and glances up at Jade. "Yeah. Yes! I do want to be stronger. He totally would be cool with it."

Jade hummed in thought, she smirked, placed a hand on her hip. "Well then, I graciously accept your request!" The demoness drapes her arm around MK's shoulders. "Come along, kit. I have so much to teach you."

Unknown to MK, Jade lowered her hand onto MK's back, light blue energy lined it's frame over her Monkey King logo turning it into the symbol of a Huli-Jing, a sinister looking one.

Neither of them noticed a pair of binoculars was watching at them from afar, a shadowy figure in the form of a monkey.

The shadowy figure growled as he watched. "I found you, you little (BLEEP)” The mysterious figure disappeared and vanished, speeding up to follow the two.

Later that afternoon, Jade took MK to an abandoned dojo as they began training, MK grunts as she was thrown towards the weapons rack.

MK gasped at Jade's tessen blade was a few inches from her face. "Not bad little Kit. But, I was kind of expecting a little more from someone with...more power." Jade commented.

"Hey! Hey I've got more, I could give way more than that! I can do better!" She proclaimed, she gets up dusting herself off with a smirk on her face."

"Okay then, show me more then." Jade said as she gets into a fighting position, MK huffed as she does the same. The two then engaged in hand-to-hand combat. After a while, the two were left panting, sweating coming from their bodies. "Not bad, I must say you're a very special girl." Jade winked at MK before walking away. "Class dismissed."

As MK left the dojo she couldn't help but let out a sigh of exhaustion. The next couple of days were the same as before, MK would meet up with Jade at the dojo and the two would train.

Often times Jade would make cute comments at her, calling her 'cute' and 'adorable' making her embarrassed.

Right now, MK was sitting on a bench wincing at the touch of her newfound bruises on her. "I said I'm fine Jade, I can handle this kinda thing."

The fox demoness had her back turned from her, putting some ointment onto her hands, hiding the suspicious grin on her face. "Please I insist. Beautiful girls don't deserve bruises."

That got MK feeling all giddy up in the inside, she couldn't remember the last time someone's been like this to her.

Jade lifted her shirt up, placing her hands on MK's shoulders, gently rubbing the ointment onto her bruises there. MK lets out a content hum as she works into some of the knots in her shoulders.

"Feeling better?" Jade asked, working on her back next. MK nodded, eyes closed.

"Uh, yeah yeah. You're fine, I-I mean, I'm fine! The pain's going away." She caught herself, hiding her face in embarrassment.

"Aww, I ain't you nervous now, am I?", She teased, his ever-present smile turned to a sly grin.

"Um, no. Not at all." MK couldn't stop himself from leaning into Jade's hands, the tension from shoulders and neck just washing away in an instant.

"So, tell me kit, Any romantic interests in your life?" She asked, trying to start a conversation.

"Uh, no. Not right now," MK groans at the feeling, her legs started shifting slowly, although she's too lost in the moment to notice. "I can't really recall the time I've had an actual boyfriend, or a girlfriend." She admitted with a shy blush.

It's true that she's dated in the past before, but in the end they've all never worked out. Either they were complete jerks, using her, hitting on Mei behind her back, or just awful in general.

Jade hummed, raising an amused brow. "Really? That's too bad, a beautiful maiden such as yourself could get anyone you wanted~" Smirking behind her, Jade leaned down and murmured against MK's neck, feeling a gentle shudder from the mortal.

MK continued to moan, loving the feeling by of hands. After a few moments, the massage stopped.

"All done!"

"Huh??" MK opened her eyes, Jade sat up and was wiping the ointment off her hands. MK frowned, sitting up a bit, she was kinda disappointed.

Later on was more training, more bruises...

Enough! If you want to get stronger then stop holding back! You want something, you take it. Your first strike should be your last strike!" Jade shouts as she and MK sparred aggressively. The more they sparred, the logo on MK's jacket begins to glow.

"Everytime you attack, give it everything you've got! Other people will tell you to be patient."
