we won't call this love.
Léyah developed a fear of heights after getting yeeted off the nether brain lmao. But he can't say he dislikes the dancing, so they're settling for levitating only about 30 cm off the ground
i also posted this on twt but wanna put this here!!
"Why is your Tav (durge) romancing their partner? What drew them to said companion?" (from tavqotd)
At first it was just fascination + fwb for mutual benefit (his fucked up past was intriguing to léyah) and Emp's willingness to embrace a new self was something he find inspiring, as he is still often stuck in the past and haunted by guilt even post epilogue. Emp's attitude in life of striving forward despite past fuck ups is what makes him fall for him. There's a desire to prove that yes, even though we screw up before and both our species supposedly can't even feel love, we deserve to be happy too.
Neither will willingly call what they have love and they might be doomed (stay tuned), but I'd like to think they find their anchor in each other.
