In a generation where the classics are underrated, you’ve come to a safe space that appreciates simplicity and style. Dating back to the 1900s, The Pink Lady has a rosy complexion, tartness with a hearty punch of alcohol. Don’t let the floral colouring fool you, The Pink Lady isn’t a sweet drink.
Ordering a Pink Lady is the perfect excuse for that dress you want to buy and the perfect accessory for a girl’s night out. Usually served in a martini glass make sure you hold the stem of the silhouette, and bottoms up.
The Cosmopolitan.
Anybody whose seen Sex in the City should know what a Cosompolition is. If you’ve been diligently reading you’ll see the similarities between The Cosmopolitan and the previously mentioned Pink Lady.
From the curvature of the glass, the sweetness, to the taste. The Cosmopolitan is synonymous with every bar in the western world. Cosmopolitans also Cosmos are medium strength typically made with vodka and have their specific designated glass. A Cosmo is a perfect blend of delicious, and aesthetically pleasing.
Red Wines
Instead of highlighting why or which red wines are a good choice, I’m going to be writing about how to select a good red wine.
This will include the attributes you should be looking out for and how to properly know what will appease your palette.
To choose the best red wine, you have to familiarize yourself with red grape varietals. To note the difference between red and white wines.
Reds usually have
High levels of tannin
Higher levels of alcohol
Heavier body
increased complexity
To place faces to attributes below I listed red wines and their most notable features.
Pinot Noir – acidity
Pinot Noir is the perfect red wine for understanding acidity.
When tasting Pinot Noir for the first time, you’ll experience a puckering sensation in your mouth, as though drinking a fizzy drink.
White Wines
Similar to red wine in order to pick something palatable you need to know the grape variations. White varieties vary from clear colouring to medium-bodied, to full-bodied coloration. Here I’ve listed the main pillars and their perspectives on white wine that are widely known.
White wines often have fewer calories and more health benefits than Prosecco. Wine isn’t everyone’s cup of tea wine, however, if you enjoy flavoursome, full-bodied beverages, then the perfect bottle is out there waiting for you.
