THE 10 DIFFERENT TYPES OF LOVE ON A VALENTINE'S DAY CRUISE
THE 10 DIFFERENT TYPES OF LOVE ON A VALENTINE'S DAY CRUISE.
Valentine’s cruises have become a popular getaway for couples everywhere. Why wouldn’t they? These romantic overnight cruises are the perfect mix of food and music. And of course, infinite quiet spots to just lay back and enjoy the beautiful view, the soothing sound of the sea and the company of your loved one. It's no wonder you're able to find all kinds of couples while aboard the Valentine's Bahamas cruise.   Like....
•        The Homebodys
This is the couple that doesn’t generally leave the room, no matter how many activities they would miss. (Hey! We're just glad they got out of the house) But with a massive queen sized bed, state-of-the-art amenities we really can't blame them. Our Oceanview Staterooms afford our lovey-dovey cruisers gorgeous views of the ocean and the star-filled night sky. If you're lucky and you've booked in advance, you could enjoy our luxury Deluxe Terrace Staterooms. These are located on the topmost deck and come with private terrace too! Hurry though, there's just 14 available for booking!
•        The "Let’s try everything" Cruisers
Unlike the previous duo, this couple wants to try everything! The food, the parties, the spa treatments, the gambling tables... With all the activities onboard, 2 days just doesn’t seem like enough time to experience all of them. It's a good thing then that they have the option of extending their stay with our Valentine's day cruise packages.
 •        The Been-There-Done-That
Look, we get it. There's a lot going on aboard the MV Grand Celebration cruise liner. And if this is your first time sailing, it's easy to get a little overwhelmed. Worry not, because the Been-There-Done-That couple is here to guide you. These are the seasoned cruisers, the frequent floaters if you will. How do you spot them? They'll find you. Somehow, these veterans of the sea have a knack for spotting first timers. Don't be hesistant, these guys probably know the ship better than we know it ourselves. From where to eat, what to eat and even when to eat. (Beatrice and Benji say it's best to not head straight to the buffet, since that's where everyone goes once they board. "Head to pool in ya skimpies, or work up an appetite at the discotheque") We wouldn't argue, it's their 19th cruise.
•        The Love Birds You know this couple. You've seen this couple time and time again. These are the ones who are SO in love. Hand holding, constantly whispering sweet nothings to each other and other public displays of them being cutesy. But this time, this one time it is fine. After all, it's a romantic overnight cruise. Besides, with 11 decks, 8 nightclubs and lounges, 7 restaurants, a spa, a casino, 3 pools and jacuzzis, there's plenty of getaways available if all the mush becomes too much.
•        The Lone Wolfs These are the best kind of cruisers on valentine's day - Singles exploring a little self-love and me-time. They can be found blowing off steam at the jacuzzi or getting worked upon in the spa. You can find them lazily luxuriating in deck chairs by the pool, at restaurants, tucking into hearty meals or even flirting with lady luck at the casino. There's plenty to do for singles at a valentine's sunset cruise.
•        The Glass Half Full Cruisers There's plenty of reasons to be full of life and exuberance on a Bahamas Paradise valentine's day eve cruise. This next set of cruisers find those reasons at the bar. We honestly can't blame them. We've got 8 nightclubs and lounges stretched across the entire cruise liner. Add to that our master mixologists-nay, magicians, concoct some truly sublime sundowners. For cruisers like these, variety is truly the spice of life aboard the Valentines Bahamas Cruise.
•        The Buffet Buffs These are passionate lovers, lovers of food that is. These are the cruisers you’d find at every restaurant trying everything on the menu. Their valentines date is the gourmet burger on their plate. If you relate to this, you’re in for a treat. This valentine day eve cruise has 7 different restaurants that offer cuisine from across the globe. Take your tastebuds on a trip!
 •        THAT couple “You forgot to pack the sunglasses” “You never listen!” “You're just like your mother”, sound familiar? This is THAT couple. The passionate ones who can't help but butt heads and fight over absolutely anything. The only time they don’t fight is when they are preoccupied. It’s a good thing there are activities like jeep adventures, snorkeling, swimming with the dolphins and more to keep them happily (and thankfully) busy. If that doesn't work, well, we've mentioned the bar didn't we?
 •        The ones looking to get lucky
At the Par-a-dice Casino that is. These are the ones looking to flirt with lady luck at our 13-game table. You'll see them with their significant others doing all sorts of superstitious pre-roll antics. Be on the look out for blowing the dice, kissing the chips, heck! We've even seen a couple that took a sip before every turn. We'll leave the outcome to your imagination.
•        The #FamJam-ers
Mothers, fathers, uncles, aunts, twice removed cousins and the lot. These revellers are easy to spot. They usually come with matching tees with the same holiday slogan printed across all. Never a dull moment when you have so many people to share it with. And what makes it better is, it's stress and worry free! This Valentine's Bahamas cruise comes with 3 dedicated kids' clubs. Fully supervised that too! So kids can make merry while the parents explore the ship at leisure.
So what are you waiting for? Come see how many of the lovey-dovey cruisers you can spot yourself! Book valentine's day cruise and surprise your significant other today!

A healthy lifestyle will make your heart healthier. Here are 10 things you can do to look after your heart.
Give up smoking
If you’re a smoker, quit. It’s the single best thing you can do for your heart health.
Smoking is one of the main causes of coronary heart disease. A year after giving up, your risk of a heart attack falls to about half that of a smoker.
You’re more likely to stop smoking for good if you use NHS stop smoking services. Visit the Smokefree website or ask your GP for help with quitting.
Get active
Getting – and staying – active can reduce your risk of developing heart disease. It can also be a great mood booster and stress buster.
Do 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity every week. One way to achieve this target is by doing 30 minutes of activity on five days a week. Fit it in where you can, such as by cycling to work.
Manage your weight
Being overweight can increase your risk of heart disease. Stick to a healthy, balanced diet low in fat and sugar, with plenty of fruit and vegetables, combined with regular physical activity.
Find out if you are a healthy weight with the BMI calculator. If you’re overweight, try our 12-week weight loss plan.
Eat more fibre
Eat plenty of fibre to help lower your risk of heart disease – aim for at least 30g a day. Eat fibre from a variety of sources, such as wholemeal bread, bran, oats and wholegrain cereals, potatoes with their skins on, and plenty of fruit and veg.
Cut down on saturated fat
Eating too many foods that are high in saturated fat can raise the level of cholesterol in your blood. This increases your risk of heart disease. Choose leaner cuts of meat and lower-fat dairy products like 1% fat milk over full-fat (or whole) milk.
Read the facts about fat.
Get your 5 A DAY
Eat at least five portions of a variety of fruit and vegetables a day. They’re a good source of fibre, vitamins and minerals. There are lots of tasty ways to get your 5 A DAY, like adding chopped fruit to cereal or including vegetables in your pasta sauces and curries. Get more 5 A DAY fruit and veg tips.
