Ok so this is random but I’m going to list my favorite sodas to my least favorite, you can comment what you like I don’t care.
1) coke - it’s good and my grandma and I used to split a glass
2) sprite- it’s less sugar and I love it, it makes me think I’m not really drinking Soda while drinking a Soda
3)Pepsi cherry- I like the cherry flavor
4) Mountain Dew- my inner gamer girl RISE!
5) Pepsi- it taste like dirt but when you let it get a little warm it’s good to me
6) mellow yellow- my dad’s favorite, it’s like a off brand sprite to me
7) grape Soda - I am a walking stereotype of a mixed black girl, pass me a grape Soda at a cook out, then I’m running to Starbucks in the morning
8) root bear- I like it once and awhile, great for a root bear float
9) 7Up- I thought this was just a game until I looked up Sodas
10) blue raspberry Fanta- my favorite fanta drink, smerf lips come to me!!!
11) grape Fanta- meh, like grape Soda but weird after taste
12) green apple Fanta- I like but not my favorite
13) orange crush- it’s good but it has a weird taste when it gets warm
14) pineapple Fanta- ew, my brother only gets this to piss me off
15) peach Fanta- mehhhhhhh they tired to copy minamaid
16) berry Pepsi- fuck anyone who came up with this, it taste like a child mixed juice with Soda
17) Dr Pepper- BBQ WATER! I HATE THIS SHIT SO FUCKIN MUCH IT TASTE LIKE NOTHING THEN YOU GET THIS REALLY BLAND AND GROSS TATSE! I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY ANYONE WOULD LIKE THIS LET ALONE GET DIET!

Hanako dub! Part two!!!
Final thoughts.
1) I stated in my last review that I wanted to give a little more time before I 100% judge the VAs. Even though we only have 3 episodes out with the English cast I feel like we have enough dialogue for anyone to make a complete impression on each role.
Hanako’s voice.
It’s a 8/10
I love Justin Briners voice for him, I said in my last post that I wished hanako would be voiced by a female to give him a more kid like voice but I think Justin’s voice sounds perfect for a young boy. But I don’t like how he’s kinda making a classy tone for hanako sometimes.
Yashiro’s voice
It’s a 9/10
I think Tia dose a perfect job for nene as she has that little fire in her voice that makes it high but also kid like. I think she’s amazing in nenes romance scenes and scared scenes, but she needs to work on her bossy/nagging parts I think ( like when she was nagging the boys ) I feel like it sounded way to whiny.
And Kou’s voice
It’s a 5/10
And it’s because, at some points I really liked it ( I’m not gonna lie ) I like to when he’s like really hyper and a little shy. But when he’s talking normally he’s voice gets really deep, like deeper than a 14 year old should be. I think it’s not a bad choice but I feel like there are many more people I would have chosen for kou. Like Kylie phillips ( He plays the English Va for kaminari in bnha) I just feel like he would have added a better kid like voice for kou.

Hanako English dub My thoughts so far.
It’s only two episodes out so I don’t think I can 100% judge it just yet.

Hanako voice...
It’s Justin briner
I love Justin briner, he’s really talented and I believe he’s one of the few males in the voice actor scene that can sound like a young boy ( he plays Sho from fire force )
so when I first heard his voice I didn’t think much of it.... but I did wish Hanako was voiced by a female like Brina Palenice ( the English VA of ciel from black butler )
I feel like it would have kept the little fem/boy charm that we hear in the Japanese VA. But I think the director was paying attention to hanakos lines in the first episode, they knew they needed a flirty/goofy light hearted voice that could go deep and Menacing in a matter of seconds... and I think briner can pull it off.

Nene/yashiro voice....
It’s Tia Ballard
Tia plays many of my favorite Anime girls like (zero two from darling in the franxx )
I feel like I didn’t react much to her voice because I was excited to hear who voiced the others. But I kinda wish they had gotten Brittany Karbowski ( she plays Wendy Marvell in fairy tail )
All because I feel like I wanted a softer voice for her, but I like Tias take on Yashiro.

It’s Tyson Rinehart
I’m VERY disappointed in the Casting directors voice, when I first heard it voice in episode two my first reaction was “ WHY? “ “ REALLY? “ “ HOW THE FUCK DO YOU SOUND OLDER THAN YOUR OLDER BROTHER?? “. In the English dub Tyson’s voice puts a little scratching undertone in everything kou says, and I think he meant to do that for kou to sound like he’s going through puberty or younger but it just sounds terrible. The only time I found his voice even a little adorable/likeable is when he’s screaming at nene to move out of the way before he try’s to exercise Hanako on the roof top. I don’t think Tyson is a bad VA at all!!!! He’s amazing! ( he plays the English Vocie for Bartolomeo in one piece )
he’s amazing for bartolomeo role because Bartolommeo character is goofy/airhead where a raspy, scratchy voice works perfectly but for kou a 14! Year old boy it’s cringy and just Dosent fit. Compare it to the Japanese VA, who sounds like a hyper kid and then back to the English version who sounds like a 30 year old trying to hard so sound like a teenager.
Changing the lines and dialogue.
It’s not that bad, nothing they 100% change from the story, but it’s because it’s made to appear to people who are American and who won’t get confused over what a “ sir name “ is or what’s the difference between “ Kun “ and “san “
Like In episode two
Yashiro wants Hanako to feel more like a friend by calling him “ hanako KUN “ meaning that she’s willing to address him at a male with respect.
But if an American person were to see the episode they would probably be confused of why it’s so significant about her calling him “ Kun “ so instead I’m the English version they changed the lines to
“I’ll call you Hanako Kun “
Into
“ I’ll give you a nick name “
In America nick names are something that have way more significances between friendships then in Japan. Now In the English dub the nick name they gave Hanako is just “ hanako Kun “ because they can’t change any part of the story.
It’s a bit less serious tho... and they add way more jokes with I’m ok with, again they can’t change the story so they can’t change much.

Kagami and Marinette
Ok so the latest episode has people a little pissed.
But let me remind you.
Kagami, DID give marinette a chance to confess her love for Adrien. She even told her to get to him before she dose.
She knows that adrien talks so much about marinette so she belived that she could have a chance at getting with him if she just confessed.
Kagami in the recent episode stated that she didn’t want to hurt marinette. And she even was the first one to give her complements on her hair and even said that she would walk with her home.
Kagami is a true kind friend.
She gave marinette a chance.... but our baby girl was just to shy to do so.
So I don’t see why everyone is upset at adrien or kagami because, marinette didnt put her feelings out in the open to them yet.

Hey jess! I have a question about the characters ethnicity’s and how you handle racism within your stories!
I’m 16 and black! And I love your stories!
I love that you have a cast full of diverse characters within your stories! And the way you handle and explain racism with the different “ races “ is amazing!
But I have a question, what are the real ethnicity’s of each of your characters? Or at least the main cast?
I’ve seen many people saying that they believe Lucinda is black, and I don’t know how to feel about it. I would love to see a black character in your story that I know is 100% black but it’s weird to see others changing the races of your OCs.
I know kawaii~ Chan/ nana is at least Japanese, her name says it all.
Some people think that garroth, vylad and Zane are Greek or German.
Laurence is mixed? ( black and white )
We know aphmau/you is Hispanic.
Some think Aaron ( A-A-Ron .... sorry had to do it ) is mixed as well.
