Last year there was the @lost-legends-zine project and it was the very first time for me to be part of an international project in this dimensions with so many cool people! :D
My piece was a version of Stan’s rescue for the Comix Up! section. I tried to mimic some of my favourites, some of them are easy to point out, some could be a little tricky ;D

Hi, I placed an order for the extra merch back in February (it was all I could afford at the time) and my package never arrived in the mail? I was wondering if there was a delay in shipping, or if I should try reaching out via email. I have my transaction number, if it helps.
We’re sorry to hear that. Unfortunately not all packages have been delivered yet. As such if your order has yet to arrive it may still be in transit, or may at your post office being processed. If you email us your transaction number we can check and get back to you.

We’ve made the donation, meaning this project is officially at it’s end! Thank you again to everyone who supported us in whatever way you did, whether by purchasing a copy or just following us. Because of you, we were able to donate $4,117.67 to The Trevor Project.
Several of us, mods, artists, and writers, have never participated in a project like this before, and so we’d like to thank you for making that possible as well. It’s been a long but rewarding journey, and a nice final hurrah to Gravity Falls from the fandom. And it’s all thanks to you. c:

Is there any chance at all they will be opened again in the future for PDFs?
I’m so sorry about the timing, but unfortunately we won’t be opening the store again. However, you can enjoy all the posted artwork and fanfics right here, or on our twitter! :>

My Gravity Falls comic from the Lost Legends zine!!
Today I finally got my hands on my physical copy of the “Epilogue: Lost Legends Fanzine” I participated in last year! I’m BESIDE MYSELF WITH HAPPINESS.
It’s so beautiful and professional-looking and the charms are ADORABLE and I love all the art pieces and I can’t wait to read the fics!!
Tumblr media
So to celebrate I decided to post my piece for the zine.

So, how did you make your keychains? Apps? Websites? I’m having a hard time trying to figure out how to do mine.
Ah, we used @acornpress! They have some very handy guidelines right here for making your design and placing an order.
Though I should warn you that the charms come without the straps. I bought those separately on amazon. It wasn’t too much of a hassle though, and the holes in the charms were big enough that putting them together was actually very easy. :>

One more bit of art advice from one of our artists ^^
Tumblr media
AlexTWDgf01 here. (Too lazy to sign in at the moment) I was wonder what app or website you used to create your lost legends zine cause I was thinking of starting one at some point. Too, what apps do you recommend in general to make digital art and apps/websites for selling fan art? Thank you and I think the the collaborated zine turned out well. ☺️
Hello, Mod Provider here! Thank you, we’re so glad you enjoy it!
To answer your questions, I’d recommend Discord and Google Drive. Discord to gather and organize all your contributors and teammates, and Google Drive to store finished works and resources, as well as make surveys, application forms, etc. You might also want a tumblr blog or a twitter account dedicated to the project, to advertise it and whatnot. (But bear in mind that the most important thing you’ll need is a good mod team. Try to get co-mods that you can rely on and be sure of, and especially ones that you can communicate well with. Communication is key. ^^)
As for making digital art, I personally use Firealpaca, which you can download for free from their website and learn easily. But I also thought it’d be good to get advice from the other contributors, and here’s what they have to say!

Finally, there are lots and lots of resources out there for making zines, and I definitely recommend doing plenty of research! In fact there’s a whole server filled with zine resources and experienced people happy to help. If you come message us off anon later, I’d be happy to share an invite with you. ^^
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help with, and good luck!
