Considering you like flower imagery with Qilby, have you ever thought of drawing him with flowers braided in his beard and or hair?
Good old times....
-I have a bunch of ideas like this but I want to keep those for later.
Headcanon :
Qilby was the first born among the six Eliatropes of the Concil, and amazed by how cute he was, the Eliatrope Godness chose to name him after the nicest thing she knew.
I love to think "Qilby" actually means Flower or small/wild flower in Eliatrope language. And I wouldn't be surprised if all of the other Concil members had a name related to nature, like Yugo for exemple, it sounds so much like something evoking the sky/wind or even a bird.
PS : I didn't forget his tattoos on his forehead I just think he hadn't them before the Mechasms "incident".

The shining waters rolled on the quiet sea.
Split into white waves by a small ship the wind pushed. Its sails swollen under the bright sky where pink lights of a September sun met vast clouds, pure and vertiginous. So big they seemed to touch the summit of the world; if it had one.
Amicia liked them so much.
She rested against the ship edge, her multiple braids flying in the wind. Sometimes a blond strand of hair whipped her thoughtful face.
The journey had been long from Spain, and not without difficulty. But despite the many struggles of a life at sea, she had won some precious memories. Scents and sounds of her trip were still freshly anchored in her mind. Fabulous fragments of a world she was dying to explore even more with every new port she discovered.
The impressive walls of Barcelona and its countless towers, the vast market of Valencia, filled with so many spices she would never have believed it possible to know them all. And in the remotest waters of the coast; the Balearic Islands, with their mysterious lagoons so bluish they looked unreal.
Her skin had darkened and her fingers became rough over the years, traveling through many kingdoms, learning more than she could have ever imagined. She wielded the sword and sometimes took the helm, she knew who to find her way on the sea and name every ship she met. She could speak a few words of Catalan, Italian and even Arabic from a land where the wind could burn your eyes, and wherever you looked the sand spread endlessly. She had seen islands covered with hundreds of white houses, storms so strong thunders seemed to torn the sky in pieces. But warm and safe in the comfy seat of a tavern, listening to the old stories of her crew; she would have fallen asleep lulled by the rain pouring outside.
Obviously, she was going to miss it all terribly. And Sophia knew it all too well.

Hear ye ! Hear ye !
Chapter 1 of my Plague Tale fanfiction "Redemption" in DONE.
The title is "The child of miracles" and it is currently 30 pages long and 8.2k words. And has probably drained all of my vital forces.
But it's here, and "currently" 8.2K words because I still haven't re-readed it. It should take me one week more, to be sure everything is "okay" and be fully satisfied with the result. (or at least something close to it ^^:)
Thanks for your patience if you ever waited for this ^^ Just remember I'm a very slow writer because English isn't my native language and I work a lot to give you the best version of my texts !

Amicia and Lucas managed to reach Hugo, who gave himself to the Macula and was on the brink of destroying everything. Hugo used the last spark of humanity within himself to convince his sister and Lucas to kill him before it's too late. Despite the pain, Amicia and Lucas have to take the tragic decision to end Hugo's suffering and save the world he loved.

Ominis Gaunt - MC - Piano Session part 1
PART 2
My biggest comic project so far, (around 16-18 pages long) where Alia Grey (my MC) meets Ominis a few days after the Undercroft "incident".
I've seen some fanarts about Ominis playing piano, and I deeply think that this is an underrated headcanon and should be seen more often *-* It has something fascinating I can't explain and I really enjoy drawing him that way <3
