Headcanon
Along with dying his hair a few shades lighter and insisting it’s his natural color, Autumn does the same thing with makeup. He doesn’t really need it as he’s religious about his skincare routine, but he’s very self conscious about his the light smattering of freckles on his cheeks/nose and any other ‘imperfections.’ Probably no one other than his mother knows he has them, and the only time he admits to wearing makeup is when he’s doing a #look with eyeliner, eye shadow, lipstick, or anything actually noticeable.

even though Autumn is hypersexual, he is also asexual. Basically he does have a pretty high sex drive, but he is never really sexually attracted to those he has sex with. More, it’s a mixture need for intimacy/love and the trauma from his past that made him believe that was the way to get it. When he sees someone he’s attracted to emotionally, aesthetically, etc, he often confuses it for sexual desire.
By having sex with a person even if he isn’t seeking out a relationship he gains validation through attention and being desired, which in turn is a filler for the love he desires.
He often can become obsessed with someone after sleeping with them if they flip that switch in him
