one thing I really regret, is using "Gershowitz" often. so often that people actually took it and keep using it. to this day.

Quentin has no last name. it has been confirmed during a stream. it was objectively confirmed that they didn't count with a last name.

I kept using Gershowitz because I'm certain plot-wise (not lore. PLOT) that Quentin HG was in fact Ike Gershowitz from the books with slight changes. the story kept changing and only the blind don't notice that.

Quentin changed the very same way as Player changed into Nicky. first and last state and even the second were different characters.

so, if I refer to Quentin as Gershowitz - it's the HG one. I often call Quentin HN2 "journalist" because that's what he is.

I didn't even write the plot of the metallurgist au.

so, it takes place during socialism. free speech and free thinking is forbidden. Theodore is a worker in a local factory, in his 30's. Nicholas is the son of the man's boss. rumor has it, he's a spoiled brat and selfish just like his dad. The dude is turning 30. (ages don't matter this much in the story, but my stalkers whine if they don't see it). Nicky is sent to the factory to find mistakes in Theodore's work - he won't have an easy time, since the man is the BEST worker in the entire factory.

it's a freeform au, i mean, it won't have houses to break in to, neither basements. but it'll deal with the topic of "don't judge by first sight/what you hear from others., because others often want to cause harm"

here's some summary about my opinion on different HN eras.

prealpha-alpha 1 (faust era) -- love it. taste it, feel it, watch gameplays. play. IT'S FANTASTIC. also, that's where the Neighbor x Player ship originated from. and honestly, the deeper you get, the more you'll see why. that Neighbor had CHARISMA. damn. there's so much to add to this era. it's literally freedom itself.

alphas-betas (family story) -- I absolutely love it, but it's an entirely separated story for me. entirely. I don't do many fics which that are based on this era (only the kri origins) and I don't even draw art from this era. I did, but I think it never made it to the net. they were sad family :(

final game -- I get the message, but I barely touch this one. like, what to do here, story finishes itself. it's full. not much to add. it's ok, but if I want to make art, I mostly touch the earliest storyline, the one which others in the old fandom touched too.

HG -- yesyes love it. Boss au. smentin. fixing the boys, expanding the characters. there's much to do. what is Mayak? let's make a story. why is Mayak? let's get the boys there and find out. URBEX!!!

HN2 -- I should actually do something with the test build, that town is so nice!!! like, write a slice of life story but the current HN2.....no. maybe the drug theory for Quentin being high. that's for fun only.

CARTOON -- no.

books -- not really.

comics -- no.
