You were very confused on how you threw up a flower, maybe Lisa had a book about it. You went to the Knights of Favonious Library and went to Lisa to ask if she had any information about it.

Lisa then went to search for a book, "The Hanahaki Disease" was the name of it. It said it is a fictional disease in which the victim coughs up flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love.

His mind was racing with all of the horrible things that might have happened to you. It was truly horrible sight for him, you were his bestfriend and to see you like this would stick with him for the rest of his life.
Diluc was left with unanswered questions, like " I should've just told him how I truly felt. "
