I feel like your point of Duncan only pursuing sexual relations would be evidence for headcanoning him as aromantic, no? since he's only ever shown wanting a sexual relationship, and nothing romantic, which are different.
That's a fair point. The reason why I didn't believe him to be aromantic is that his pursuit of sexual encounters is a direct response to his previous failed relationship, as explained in this post I made. I'm inclined to believe sexuality is innate, and experiences of heartbreak do not change it.
Duncan may have been interested in the romantic aspect of relationships in the past but suppressed it after his breakup to protect himself from further heartbreak. He may still be capable of romantic attraction, only he denies that for himself as a coping mechanism. His avoidance of romanticism is grounded in the fear of devoting himself to a person only to be left with nothing once again. So he prefers sexual relationships to feel validated. It is an attempt to alleviate the loneliness he feels.
I do want to mention that this is all of my opinion and that I understand if you disagree. Thank you for the follow-up.

Do you think Ian Duncan would like Taco Bell? 🌮
I do think he likes Taco Bell. He seems to enjoy Mexican food, not only from the DUI story but the end credits scene with him asking the Dean about a particular Tex-Mex place.
I would try to analyse this part of his character as him settling for convenience despite its inauthenticity, but I suppose people can just like fast food too 🤷‍♀️

Has a duncan enthusiast is he aromantic to you or do you have a fav ship with him (or both)
I believe him to be straight and I don't think he is aromantic since he had always tried to pursue sexual relationships whenever he encountered the opportunity to. When he was hitting on Britta and Slater, his motivations were purely sexual. At the tranny dance, he asks Slater to leave with him for that purpose, and in S5E7, he specifically asks Jeff to help him seduce Britta.
I haven't shipped him with anyone in particular. It doesn't feel right for me to ship Duncan and Britta because most of their interactions are limited to him seeking sexual relief. He has shown little interest in getting to know her on a deeper level, he just finds her attractive. How he responded to Britta's admission that she was vulnerable indicates that he would have taken advantage of the situation had she not opened up to him. One moment of clarity driven by moral obligation does not make him a good person. So unless the foundations of their relationship are rooted in the desire for mutual emotional connection, it would not be healthy bounds for them to date, especially for Britta.

Found some more stuff on the old GCC website. There's profiles of the main seven and faculty, and a writer's column called Greendale Weekly based on a lot of the episodes. The site doesn't go beyond Season 4 though.
You guys should check it out and, if you have the time, explore for yourself. It's a hidden gem of Community content. Or at least, what's left of the website. Not everything is recovered unfortunately, so I couldn't access the photos and videos that used to be on there because of Adobe Flash shutting down.

Why Duncan is always horny
When browsing the Community Reddit page to read about Duncan, I came across a DVD Commentary Observation post on the S1E05 'Advanced Criminal Law'. Source of the Reddit post is at the end. To cite Dan Harmon:
"Andrew [Guest] and I wrote a lot of this episode on the set. It went through a lot of changes. Originally, Duncan had just published a paper called “Born to Leave” about how women always left men."
It's implied that the break-up he suffered left a lasting negative emotional impact on his view of relationships and love in general. He holds bitter feelings enough to write a paper on it. This could translate to a fear of commitment stemming from the heartbreak of a relationship failure. This is also aided knowing his turbulent upbringing under an abusive and absent father.
Thus, Duncan's fear of commitment is what drives his desperation for sexual attention without emotional attachment. This is said in relation to how he is often normally portrayed as only being interested in hooking up with women he finds sexually attractive or appealing, notably Britta and Slater.
It becomes a way for him to avoid deeper emotional involvement whilst also seeking temporary relief from the pain of navigating post-break up loneliness. In other words, he chases sexual attention as a means to cope with his crippling loneliness and low-self esteem, which is demonstrated by his tendency to use self-depreciating humour in his interactions with Jeff.
It explains why he focuses on the superficial aspects of women rather than being interested in forming a meaningful relationship and emotional connection with one. He may feel inadequate, and seeks external validation in the form of casual sexual relationships to compensate for it. Subsequently, his abuse of alcohol may in turn be a method of numbing the pain he feels of a life devoid of love.
