I havent eaten in 48 hours and I don't feel the slightest bit hungry which is fucking annoying cause I need to feel the fucking validation of pain.
I'm legit worried I accidentally ate something cause there is literally no sign of hunger in my body right now.
And it's not that I ate a bunch the days before. I literally haven't had any day with something that can be considered a meal in 2 weeks

I have been eating 0-500kcal/day with 23-1 intermittent fasting for the past 4 weeks and I only lost 1.5kg and all of them in the first week
