100 cup of shredded chicken - 200 cal
Total : 366 cal
I purged it all out cuz I feel sick.
Lunch
10 piece of small energy biscuits :/ idk what it's called - 220 cal
Milk popsicle - 70 cal
A small bag of chips - 90 cal
Total : 380 cal
Dinner
I wasnt planning to eat but i was videocalling my s/o
they noticed i haven’t eat
