Tried to switch roles between Ruby and Sapphire, from the episode “the Answer” my favorite one.

I thought it’d be nice to include the first sketches and studies this time.

❛ & — ⋱                   “maybe I pushed the joke to pass overdue, but the paleness your face drops to is priceless. it’s crazy,”  with a brief snicker, jazz moved to pull the covers from over his bare limbs as he moved along the bed to reach for his bottoms. “I’ll save you the stress, I see s’getting to you.” jazz had already checked the time on his device, kae had been right about it’s whereabouts. “feel yucky, going to shower... were you going to head out right now?”

It was fun at times to pop the relationship or mutual standing questions just to him reiterate what ‘he didn’t want.’“m’just messing with you, asshole.” spoken with a soft chortle, jazz shifted to sit up on his bottom to get a better look around him.  “have you seen my phone anywhere?”

He really didn’t know how often he could deal with Jazz’s teasing about a relationship, and with how frequent they had become he was beginning to really think they were more than a joke. “You really need to cut that shit out, I’ll start thinking you actually have a thing for me.” He moves his towel from his shoulders up to hair to dry, nodding over to Jazz’s pants, “Might still be in your pocket from last night.”

❛ & — ⋱  “the only thing you’re going to see me clap is my chops on this crab leg,” sin gruffly addressed fin, clearing his throat as the spice finally caught up to him. “besides, isn’t tikok harboring our information? they’re trying to clone us. the last they need is seeing you exploit me.”

Kae looks over at them laid out on his bed from the night before - those were the last words he’d been expected to hear when he got out of the shower but, well, he’d been suspecting they’d caught feelings for quite a while. “I told you from the beginning this wasn’t going to be anything serious.” He didn’t do relationships.
