I'm sooo far behind. I got distracted by other entertainments for a few weeks but hopefully I'll be able to make it up. Wendell Pierce is back, y'all!!

I'm definitely on McCoy's side here. This woman is obviously guilty of killing 4 children. She should be sterilized. End of discussion.

Season 5, Episode 7
Mike just heard about a mother who's buried three children, who died of apparent genetic disorders. "So if kids are so important to them, why not adopt healthy ones?!" Couldn't agree more.

Oh I remember this episode. Van Buren shoots a kid at an ATM. In all the episode descriptions on imdb the victim is described by the r-word. Even now. No one thought to change the description in the past 10 or so years?

Sarah Paulson plays the 17-year-old daughter of a murder victim. I checked and she actually was 19 when they made this. Crazy.

Oh snap. Ben Stone resigned because he got a witness killed. Yeah... Shit, that would do it.

Season 4, Episode 22
So this is our last episode with ADA Ben Stone. It’s been a wild ride. Ring in the era of McCoy and (later) a string of not quite different looking dark-haired women and one blonde lesbian.

Mary McCormack!! We love her around the Lightle house. She's always been a favorite of ours. I was wondering if she would pop up eventually. Just one scene though. Bartender. Cracking wise like always.

Briscoe and Green though!!!
I never thought about this before but apparently I had residual ship feelings leftover from Kincaid and Logan because I totally cast Jill Hennessy and Chris Noth in my pilot in film school and their characters had a secret romance.
I’m not the only one, right? I also kind of ship Logan and Olivet. Also Logan and everyone he ever talks too. He’s like the Jeff Winger of Law & Order, let’s be honest.

Season 4, Episode 19
In this episode, a Jewish man accidentally hits and kills a young African-American with his car saying he was "alone, in Harlem, and scared." Hmmm. If I didn't know this episode aired 20 FUCKING YEARS AGO I'd think it was based on a certain Trayvon Martin case...
