Comic adaptation of a scene from Episode 3 of The Adventure Zone: Amnesty!! Re-listened to Amnesty while drawing these pages and I forgot how much I love this campaignnn
Script taken near-directly from the podcast, all credit goes to the McElroys! <3 @mcelroyfamilystaff
I’ve got this headcanon that Lucretia and Magnus (being the two young human members of the Starblaster crew) were best friends in a lawful good Yzma and Kronk sorta way.
my first coloring of this image is getting popular again for some reason, so I checked to see if op had drawn anymore coloring pages. they hadn’t, so I just colored this one again
lineart by @mspainttaz (coloring page is here!). if you like my colors, maybe buy me a kofi?
[i.d.: Digital art of Lucretia, a black woman with white hair. She is facing away so that we see the back of her robe, which is blue with large white oval design surrounded by stars and a slit down the middle showing white layers inside the robe. Her arm is outstretched and is holding onto her staff, which is putting off seven white orbs that drift around her and give off a soft glow. Lucretia’s face is in profile but her eyes are covered by her short layered haircut. The image is very dark, and Lucretia’s figure is cast mainly in shadow. end i.d.]
[image description: a digital illustration of hurley and sloane from the adventure zone. they are standing back to back, angled towards the viewer. hurley is a brown-skinned halfling with short curly brown hair wearing green monks robes with accents of red. sloane is a dark-skinned half-elf with dark blue hair wearing a white tunic under a navy vest. they both look happy, although sloane looks kind of bashful. they both have cherry blossoms tucked behind their ears. end description]
finally finished this piece after making the initial pencil sketches late last year! here’s more hurley and sloane art bc I’m gay and love them (and yes, these are my height headcanons for them. hurley short!!)
[ID: A digital painting of Roswell from The Adventure Zone, set in a canyon-like setting on a sunny day.
Roswell is a vermilion flycatcher in adult male plumage: a small, bright red songbird with a dark gray mask that extends all the way to their nape, back, wings and tail. They have a silver band around one of their ankles, which has a “spur” on it: a coin with a silver star.
They are perched upon one of the branches of a young tree with a twisting gray trunk and bright greenery. That tree is planted within Roswell’s now lifeless armor, which is shown in a state of partial destruction. There are many holes blasted into its cuirass and helmet, and the remaining clay of their arm has been baked. Nonetheless, the flycatcher stands almost triumphant, with their crown of red feathers raised. End description.]
