Been playing LGD recently (and shaking it wildly in front of my friends as they experience it with me) and it's such a good game with good art! The characters as well I am squishing them all I love them!

I was thinking of comm'ing art to "celebrate" having nearly finished the game. I was wondering whether there's any policies or anything regarding whether we'd be allowed to refer to/use stuff from the game for if we wanted to commission others for art, specifically stuff like "can you draw my oc in Lynn's clothes" or "can you draw me in The Core's train"? Wanted to ask before jumping straight to doing anything. Can't wait to finish the game when I have time!

Hey! I just finished the itchio version of the game. I wanted to report a possible bug. At the final battle there is no music playing, and the final cutscene is complete silence. music would cut in for a second and then go out again. I didn't have this problem at all for the rest of the game.

Also, is that the true conclusion of the game? It feels so depressing haha

Trying to keep this answer as spoiler-free as possible, but regarding the conclusion of the game, there are two different endings, and the other one is the one we consider to be the canon one.

Hello! First of all, congratulations for the release! I'm very happy and proud of all of you from suscessfully release Long Gone Days and making such an amazing job. I've been a fan of this game since it's old demo from years ago, and i'm so happy because how it all turned out. So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you and well job, guys!

Now, i do have a little question. Do you have an special name when talking to the main group? Like, "the gang" or "the team" or something like that? I've been quite curious about it (and obssesed with them too, they are everything to me). So i wanted to know if there's a way we can refer to them when talking.

Thank you so much, that’s so good to hear ❤️ ! We honestly don’t have a really creative name for the team, but since we’re Spanish speakers, we like to mispronounce their names on purpose. For example, for the main party, we just call them “Los Longon” which just means “The Long Gone”, and for Rourke, we just call him “El Ruki”, pronounced as Rookie instead of the actual pronounciation of Rourke (which should rhyme with fork/pork) because we like to pretend nobody in the team knows how to pronounce his name. And this didn’t make it into the game, but I usually made other characters call Rourke “Rou”. And since we’re on this topic... For the longest time, Pascal was going to actually be called Enzo and he wasn’t going to be German, so there are still some files and IDs within the game where that name is visible.

Hello! I’ve been playing the game on the Switch Lite and have been enjoying it! However, I’m running into an issue where, towards the end of the game, the game appears to hang during load times and my screen remains black. I have restarted the game/my Switch multiple times and get stuck every time. Would you have any advice as to how to troubleshoot this? Thank you so much!

Hi there! We apologize for that issue. It's been fixed on v1.0.3, so we hope it goes live on the Switch soon. Some players have mentioned that if you don't press any buttons while that cinematic plays, it doesn't freeze, but we know replaying the whole fight again is pretty frustrating.

hi there! it’s been a while but, congratulations on the full release! i’ve been keeping an eye out on the game since early access, but only got the chance to play it after it was released in full. had an absolute blast playing it over the last few weeks (+ about to start a rerun just to snag some of those other achievements on steam!) was curious as i can’t seem to find news about it anywhere, but will there possibly be a release of the full ost as a digital release and on streaming services anytime soon? it’s an absolute banger of an ost, and i’d love to get my hands on it <3

As long as the art was made by yourselves (i.e. not using any official assets like the logo, and hopefully not made by AI) it should be okay!
