Because I am the way I am, I have imagined what could happen to the baby primes in the event that the events of TFP played out as they should. Like yeah Optimus is in his beefed up bricktimus form, but Beast Hunters is still canonical.
The Fallen is playing babysitter/co-parent to these fifteen gremlins, so Megatron isn't going to get anywhere near the sparklings unless he wants to deal with a bayverse style "GIVE ME YOUR FACE!" moment. However the Omega Lock fight would likely still happen with the Fallen staying with the sparklings while everyone else goes off to fight.
These kiddos are going to be without a dad and I can already imagine the way they all react to it. Onyx would be the only one who actually understood and he would wait patiently by the edge of the Well for a Sire who may or may not ever return in his lifetime.

I went a bit wild with his colors because I was bored, but safe to say Alchemist has not only made toxic fumes before, but he is also completely immune to all of them. The conciquences therefore fall E N T I R E L Y on everyone else.
Quintus is often a very thrilled assistant in Alchemist's bathroom soap experiments.

Would dark energon be like candy to earth? Eats some and goes on weird animals creating spree?
Earth's situation when it comes to dark energon is... precarious. While yes, it does flow through her, or at least parts of her, it is still not safe for her in large amounts. Earth is made of water and fire, earth and stone, metal and machine. Dark energon is required for her to function, but much like humans and salt content, too much can be seriously harmful.
If Unicron's waking did not tear her to pieces, it would have killed her as the poison that is her father's blood flowed throughout her form.

Been thinking about moon being Unicron's some sort of minicon and seeing this au i got this interaction that come to mind
Moon: You're finally awake! Also you are a parent now
Unicron: what
Introducing: Moon
He was a titan that fled Cybertron long ago when the scourge occurred and the Predacons began dying in droves. He failed to save any of his citizens from the flames, and so threw himself into exile to redeem himself.
He found Earth when she was still forming around Unicron's frame. He almost attempted to murder her and her maker, but he changed his mind upon seeing how young Earth was. As such, unwilling to leave Unicron unmonitored but also not wanting to condemn the newborn Earth to possible corruption, Moon allowed himself to fall into Earth's orbit and has watched over her ever since.
He began conversing and became very close with her over the millions of years that followed. He still hates Unicron, but he has the self awareness to shut up about it when Earth is awake.
