I finished reading heart of the land today and something that confused me is why isn’t there a representative for Oceanus (or however it’s spelled) at the erdas leaders meeting. like does it not count as a valid country? do they just not want Kalani there because she’s also a greencloak and she as a leader would object to their decision to get rid of greencloaks? or did the author just forget.
(there’s also a chance that there was one and I just didn’t notice)
