it begins with a jammed up head,
and desires I should’ve blood let
it ends with an empty wallet
and a void bet.
I guess this is the substitute to feeling like death
i crawl out of bed,
fix the hairs on my head
and crack my back from the way I slept,
I look for decent clothes to wear
and I get dressed.
make sure how i am is enough to impress
regardless of my shit life, I feel I wake up blessed
because she’s beautiful,
with perfectly done cuticles,
and a dress that’s more than suitable
she contours her foundation, in preparation, every morning and I just…watch.
