Hi! Recently found this review of my save that mentions soooo many things I was going for as I made the save file - I'm so glad they came across for her! Watch the vid to see more of my save if you haven't already downloaded it. Or maybe to find some extra stuff you didn't know about if you already have!

Paco's Famous Tacos! A popular food stall in Del Sol Valley. This is the first finished lot in Del Sol Valley for my Limited Packs Save. It functions as a bar, but I'm planning on making a more fleshed out version that is a restaurant for my No Limits Save!

Updated Base Game Save File/Limited Packs File!
Hi y'all! Just updated the saves a bit to correct some not base game CAS items that were in there! Hopefully that's that, but let me know if you're finding anything missing (seems like there might be an additional issue with some base game items in my game not being in everyone's game - for example, does Summer Holiday's shirt show up for you, because my game says it's base game!) or if you notice any other errors in the file so I can correct them.
Thanks!

Brindleton Bay Park
Working on Brindleton Bay and Del Sol Valley for the next version of my Limited Packs save! These pics are from the park/dog park I made in Brindleton Bay. Tried to build it so it blends into the world around it and I think it works pretty well!

Thanks to Savythatsimmer for reviewing my base game save! Check out her video if you want to see more about what's in my save, especially if you're interested in the actual Sims in the file. She included a lot about the different households and their bios, which I have not really covered here yet.
Her photos look way better than mine hah!

LasAbarcas Limited Packs Save 1.0
I'm releasing the first version of my Limited Packs Save! This first version includes all the Base Game worlds as they are in my Base Game Save File as well as Copperdale (which was made using only Base Game, High School Years, and occasionally Parenthood) and StrangerVille (which was made with only Base Game and Strangerville). I love building in both these worlds because they just feel so full of story, especially StrangerVille!
Download here:
UPDATED VERSION AS OF 3/18:
ORIGINAL VERSION:
The storylines I set up in Copperdale are of course pretty heavily family/teen based. All the community lots there are made to be great places for high schoolers to hang out and for teenage drama to unfold.
The Strangerville storyline/world leans a bit more into the Stranger Things inspo behind the pack, so I built the world with a bit of an '80s vibe and set up the storyline with the idea that the mystery will be solved by a bunch of kids and teens. Strangerville was super fun to create because its weirdness let me go crazy with interconnecting stories, drama, and secrets. Every community lot in Strangerville has a secret and some of the houses do too (not to mention the families)! There are pieces of plot hidden in the lot descriptions (and if you have Get Together, in the club descriptions too), so make sure you read everything. I'm excited to play out the story myself, and I haven't replayed the Strangerville plot since the pack first came out!
Here's a little preview of each world:
Copperdale
Once renowned for its booming mining industry, Copperdale's prosperity has slowed and the town is now a mixed bag of beauty and decay. However, the diverse citizens of Copperdale all cherish their town and work to help it thrive, putting all their extra focus (and funds) on the excellent school system and, thus, the future of the town the Copperdale High students represent.
Strangerville
StrangerVille attracts oddballs and outcasts who want to create their own sense of normalcy, as well as stubbornly traditional people who insist on covering any weirdness up with conventional norms. Yet all citizens have one thing in common: they don't want their perpetually shoddy, stuck-in-the-'80s town to undergo much change. However, after the mayor signed contracts with a research lab and the military, citizens have noticed some changes around town and worry what might be next.

LasAbarcas Base Game Save File 1.0
My Base Game Save File is complete!!! Download it here!
UPDATED VERSION AS OF 3/18:
OLD VERSION:
My goal with this save was to make the base game feel super ALIVE and full of personality - basically what we all wanted the base game to be originally. This save is full of lore: each household has a story (some inspired by iconic Sims lore, others original), each Sim has relationships outside their home, each world has a description and each neighborhood within each world is built with a very specific vibe that draws particular Sims to live there, all community lots (and some residential lots) have descriptions, and even the graves (and ghosts) at the Willow Creek church graveyard tell a story. There are TONS of community lots in this save that all feel different from one another and are designed with different kinds of Sims (personalities, career types, ages, etc.) in mind to give everyone multiple things to do outside the house.
All lots were built using only the base game (disclaimer: occasionally my game adds pack-specific items, like a kind of food, during playtesting, so it might say there is a pack-specific item on a lot but it's not meant to be there!), but many lots were built with other packs in mind. For example, the save has restaurants, a boba shop/thrift story, a cafe/retail space, a community garden, a high school, and so on that are base game only. So, if you only have the base game or limited packs, it should feel like you have more to do than the base game provides and open up your gameplay with a little imagination.
If you do have more packs, the lots should easily convert to their intended lot type to allow more functionality. You should also find things that come in other packs available in the save. For example, many Sims have university degrees, all Sims have cold/hot weather clothes, there are loads of clubs for Sims to be in (each with a description - MORE LORE hah!), and the calendar is filled with holidays/events.
Here's a little tour of the Save:
WILLOW CREEK:
Most families in Willow Creek have lived here for generations. These families strongly value their roots and create such a strong sense of Willow Creek identity that the transplant families have taken on this identity as well, leaving the town full of people who proudly work to preserve and celebrate the town’s vibrant history and traditions. Families in Willow Creek tend to have a more traditional approach to family life/dynamics and care about the family’s image/status within Willow Creek.
OASIS SPRINGS:
Oasis Springs had its heyday several decades ago when its space exploration industry was booming, but when the industry fizzled out, the town lost a lot of business, wealth, and residents. However, those that remain take pride in their retro desert town and clearly see what remains: a beautiful, unique, special place to call home. Families in Oasis Springs tend to be a bit quirkier, care little about what other people think about them, and focus more everyday happiness than career success.
NEWCREST:
Newcrest is a very family-friendly neighborhood filled with fun for all ages. Families here tend to be a bit more laidback – they are willing to go with the flow and enjoy the messiness that comes with growing up. The Newcrest residents are a supportive bunch of people who enjoy each other’s company and have a healthy balance between careers/school, hobbies, and spending time with family and friends.
I will also be releasing a Limited Packs Save with version one containing updates to Copperdale and Strangerville coming soon, as well as a No Limits Save down the line.
I hope you all download and enjoy!! Please let me know what you think and if you notice anything that needs updating.
Thanks!

My version of Copperdale High! Pictures include biology room, chemistry lab, computer lab, library study area, music room, art studio, logic/math room, social studies room, cafeteria, pool, guidance counselor's office, and school farm.
This lot will be in my Limited Packs Save File - Copperdale and Strangerville are the first worlds I am planning to complete for this save. Each world will be limited to just a couple packs (right now, Copperdale is Base Game + High at School Years + Parenthood and I'm debating whether or not to use Dine Out too - let me know what you prefer!), but I will add all the world together in one larger Save File so the save will be as full as your inventory of Sims games allows.
