unfortunately, i’m not a writer and it’s almost impossible for me to develop a story for a character. however, i strongly want to change this, i wanna end this struggle of mine once and for all! 🤩

and that is why i’m starting a challenge! thanks to @abrabloodycadabra the challenge has a name now. thanks, snake 💚 the main point is to create a ‘timeline’ for your mc and to see how your character has changed through the years. it’s not obligatory to draw your mc, i personally do this cause i can’t do anything else 😅😭 and it’s not obligatory to describe everything that happened to your mc during their life. don’t be too precise and too harsh on yourself: this challenge is created for fun and for your mc’s story. i’m gonna draw my mc and briefly write facts that occurred in a particular year. you may write, draw, create picrews and use any media you prefer! feel free to join, if you’re interested 💛

let’s begin!

1979. Leah is 6

Her family still lives in Glasgow. Jacob attends Hogwarts and rarely communicates with his sister, something has definitely changed in his life, he has become distant. Leah is too young to realise it. Leah’s father Edward finds family’s financial situation critically unstable which makes him find a job in Europe and then in the US. He eventually moves to America to earn money. Leah stays with her mom Ava. Ava has a vision of Jacob’s expulsion. Jacob’s crupp Cassiopeia dies of unknown causes, which makes Leah struggle with anxiety that her relatively young crupp Sirius can pass away as well.

1984. Leah is 11

Leah’s Hogwarts letter has arrived! This is a beginning of her long adventurous journey in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Young witch is sorted into Hufflepuff house. Leah meets Rowan, Penny and Hufflepuff Prefect Jane, who treats her with absolute no respect due to Jacob’s reputation. Ben and Leah are being bullied by Merula. Elya Bongiovi, sorted into Slytherin, stands up for them against Merula. Leah meets Elya and they start to hang out more. A lifelong friendship starts after that.

well, that’s the part 1! i’m gonna try and stay dedicated and post the second part soon! so what do you think of this challenge?
