Quick update. I was not very productive yesterday. I had a long day of classes and then I had lunch with my besties at university.
I studied in the morning before my practices of Radiology.
My first exam is in twelve days and I am motivated 🤩
Tip of the day ✨
- Now and then try to recharge your social energy with friends or family. If you are not a social person, do one of your favorite hobbies once a week and enjoy it.
I hope you have a blessed day.

'72-year-old bookseller, living in Rabat, Morocco, spends 6 to 8 hours a day reading books. Having read over 5000 books in French, he remains the oldest bookseller in Rabat, spending more than 43 years in the same location.
When asked about leaving his books unattended outside, where they could potentially be stolen, Mohamed responded that those who can’t read don’t steal books, and those who can, aren’t thieves.'

Log # 39
It has been a difficult few weeks. The semester is quite busy, which is not unexpected given that it is my last one, but it is certianly busier than I thought it would be. I am fully booked with my classes, thesis, and applications and I am trying to balance family and social life too. Naturally, what has come last is time for myself. I am out of touch with my mind and body and feel like I am stifly moving from one hour of my day to the next, stressing about how all that I need to do is not fitting in said hours. If I am to survive this semester, this needs to change.
I have been thinking of what I need to reincorporate into my days to keep me grounded. Rather, I have been thinking about what I used to do in my days in times when I was more grounded. The first thing that comes to mind is journaling, of which my page here is a form.
So, here is my first step. Bismillah ❤️

Day 4-5/100 Efficient productivity challenge
Yesterday, I took half of the day off. I spent time with my partner and his family. We had a delightful time.
During the afternoon, I revised the radiology classes I had on Thursday and Friday.
Last night, I was very productive. I managed to catch up on some surgical topics.
Today, I woke up grateful and feeling recharged. I meditated about my privilege and how lucky I am to have my mother and family's support during this journey.
I prepared some Ecuadorian patacones with scrambled eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice, and hot chocolate. I did some core workouts after an hour and a half of deep focus.
Remember that having breaks and exercising - even just ten minutes- is worth it. Furthermore, being disciplined is the right path to progress.
I hope you have a blessed, efficient, and happy Sunday ✨📖🧠❤️
