I believe you Can see his hair in a few Different Ways, I believe his hair could be interpreted as a Combination of a Victory Roll and a Pompadour! (The Spiral, you know? The Size too!) It's a strange Hairstyle, just for him! Recently when I began Working on it again, I feel as though his Hair sort of Resembles a Mexican Jelly Roll too!

(There are Jelly Rolls in this Image... But you Cannot see them Spiral up! But I promise they are There!)
