with Cassius, Jo dressed them both up for another PCs birthday party. Cassius is a diplomat for the royal family they work for, he's been Jo's best friend and housemate for years since they came to work for the royal family.

the perfect blueberry orc they're in the lap of is Ulysses, and npc made by one of our other players. He is perfect and has been welcomed as Cassius' assistant (lol... lmao.) as well as their second roommate.... (: fun things going on there.

oh yeah the reason Arassa also goes by Jo'zhirr/Jo (what we've been calling them for years) is bc once they abandoned ship they grew paranoid, especially trying to get a job involved with a royal family, as well as trying to hide their past from anyone they met SO they gave everyone a fake name that everyone's known them by for years.

only recently have they started telling people their real name

Arassa showed interest in the arcane arts at an early age and having been born into a humble family that's made a living through textile weaving for generations, the practice brought stress and strain into their small family household. Their mothers futile attempts to curb their interests only divided them more and when they were 18 years old Arassa left their family home in pursuit of more knowledge and to find a proper mentor. Their misguided venture took them to a large city with a sizeable academy, but after a couple years there they desired to learn and know more than they could continue to offer them. An attempt to leave the country by ship to achieve these new aspirations brought them into the path of a violent group of pirates that decimated the crew meant to bring Arassa and the cargo onboard to land. Arassa was at the mercy of the captain Selma Tempest and only by offering their arcane skills to her were they able to be spared, but at the cost of joining the crew. They spent their time on board The Revenant helping the crew leave nothing but pieces and barely living survivors in their wake, and after four years they saw a window of opportunity to leave and grabbed it. They abandoned the crew, grabbing anything they could carry and escaped into the night without looking back. They had escaped in the northern most part of the continent, wandering for a time from place to place until joining a guild they had heard word of during their travels. It's been nearly eight years since they left their old life of piracy but the consequences of such are catching up with them.

Jo is the first PC I made for @bogor-o 's campaign, I've had them for 6 years! They were on the back burner for some time, but I picked them up again last year and have been enjoying the new sudden burst of inspo for them :3 All art in post is from 2022-2023.

pictured: Lysander had been hiding in our moth kreen pc's fluff in bat form and when pulled out he said "must you continue to handle me" automatically triggering a um. response from the people around them at the time.

Lysander and Selene Valerian and their five children, (left to right) Annika, Eilonwy, Aleron, Caronna and Emory.

Lysander married his wife and had their children over 400 years ago, eventually losing contact with his surviving family over the years as his vampiric lifestyle kept him moving. Currently, he is in contact with his two surviving descendants of his family with Selene, of which he only found out were his family five years ago.

Hector Goethe Lysander's second spouse who he adopted eight children with, three of which are still currently alive and one with a very big influence and expansive family of his own. Hector died 150~ years ago but was brought back to life in the last couple of years by antagonistic forces in an attempt to lure and kill Lysander. The attempts to control him failed and he fled and found work in a fighting area on an island known for it's exciting nightlife. The party found him there, and he was reunited with Lysander throughout several ordeals the party ended up helping with. They've been together again ever since.
