Photoshoot Part 1- Cai XuKun
You were that clumsy ass girl who always forgot about things and forever misplaced things. One moment you were tying your hair and the next, you would be searching high and low, literally for the long lost hair tie. Which would never be found.
Thus working at your photoshoot company as a assistant was always a nerve wracking thing.
"Y/N did you get the props yet?" "Y/N you didn't even complete this?!"
You sighed as you thought about those horrid moments you would never want to go through again.
Before you could think further, break time was up.
"Time to go back to hell I guess..." You dreadingly went back to the photoshoot studio.
"Help me get ready the outfits Y/N!" You quickly rushed to search for the outfits hoping to avoid a second scolding from your boss today.
"Dang it where is the damn clothes?!" You rummaged through the pile of neatly stacked clothes, which are now messy because of you.
"Finally" You let loose a sigh of relief as you found the matching pair of black clothes and pants.
However, what was unexpected was what you heard from the now approacing person.
"Uh...Hi I'm XuKun I think those are for me." He awkwardly smiled and reached out for the clothes.
Mesmerized by his good looks , you were stunned for awhile before pulling yourself together.
'Y/N this is a workplace! Be professional!' You thought to yourself.
"Uh yeah sure. The fitting room is at the corner left." You gave the clothes and pants to him before leaving, star struck.
Little did you know, Cai XuKun mumbled a little 'cute' before proceeding to the changing room.

One-sided- Cai XuKun
"XuKun!! I got you lunch!" You ran up to him who was lying down on the bench at the rooftop.
Huffing and puffing with your hands on your knees as you had just ran 4 storeys high.
Annoyed at your disturbance, he took of his headphones and frowned at you.
"I did not ask you to get me lunch. Thanks but no thanks." He nudged your shoulders with his as he walked away.
XuKun was your crush, someone you actually liked with all your heart but yet he never accepted you.
Everything you had done, from buying him gifts to cooking for him did not seem to work at all.
But your persistant attitude kept you going.
You knew he had troubles expressing himself as he was not much of a talker.
That day after school, there was a downpour and you had forgotten to bring your umbrella.
"Damn it! How am I going to go back now?" You scratched your head but yet still could not think of what to do.
"Y/N! Let's go home together! We can share my umbrella!" Finally your saviour was here.
Justin Huang, your neighbour and your best friend since forever exclaimed.
Since you both were to walk in the same direction, why not right?
But you failed to see someone staring at the sweet moments you had with Justin.
"Dumbass..." Cai XuKun muttered under his breath, a umbrella clutched tightly in his hand.
The next day
"XuKun! I bought you chocolate!" Both of your hands holding the royce chocolate box tightly with a little hope that he would accept it this time.
And at last, your wish came true. Or so you thought.
He took the box of chocolates which made you smile widely but after doing so, he smirked and threw the box of chocolates onto the floor.
What the actual fuck.
He could have just rejected it nicely instead of throwing a whole box filled with chocolates onto the goddamn floor?!
"I hate you very much." You tried to hold your tears back but you couldn't. Not wanting him to see you in this state, you ran away with agony.
Upon seeing tears drain out from your eye, his eyes had soften a little.
'Was I too harsh on her?" He wanted to run towards you but yet he couldn't bring himself to. Afterall, he was the one who made you cry.
For a few days, you were avoiding Cai XuKun. Maybe you guys were not meant to be together. It was just a one-sided love anyways.
Meanwhile, Cai XuKun had realised how empty he felt without you by his side, giving him the attention that he did not know he craved in the first place.
But this cold treatment had all ended one day.
That day, you had accidentally cut yourself during a cooking class.
"Ouch..." You said,trying to bear excruciating pain.
Lucky for you, Cai XuKun was in the same class and thus turned his head around almost immediately when he heard you.
He rushed over to your table and grabbed your hurt hand softly, examining it.
"傻瓜(fool)" He said softly as he washed your hand tenderly before asking for a plaster and sticking it on.
Maybe. Just maybe, you thought. It was not a one-sided love.

Enemies- Cai Xukun
"The exam results are out!!" Your classmates said while jostling their way through the crowd to see who is first place.
They frowned as they saw the placing.
"Y/N and XuKun are tied at first place?" As soon as you heard your name, you went over to the confused crowd and slightly pushed your classmates to get a good view of the ranking.
And true enough,
'First place: Cai XuKun and Y/N at 99 marks'
A person behind you chuckled, which made you turn around.
" Looks like we are tied, babygirl." The loathsome playboy smirked at you.
You still could not understand how he got first place with that cocky attitude.
"How about a bet? If I get first on our next test, you'll have to grant me a wish.But if you get first, I'll grant you a wish." He inched closer to you, trying to make you swoon over him but you were not willing to give in so easily.
Squeks from his fangirls could be heard from the background, making you annoyed.
" Fine by me playboy" You rolled your eyes pushing him away from you, walking to your next class.
The next test is in 2 weeks and you were very determined to beat him in it, as you knew what you wanted him to grant. Which was to leave you alone.
4 days before the test
"Why can't I just get this right?" You muttered under your breath.
The class was empty as lessons were over but you had been staying back to revise ever since that bet.
Just then, you heard the door slide open. You were frozen for a second,holding your breath hoping that it was not a ghost as it was already 9pm.
"Babygirl? What are you doing here?" You had a sigh of relief after hearing the familiar yet detesting voice. At least it wasn't a ghost.
He went over to you, both hands on your table standing behind where you sat. Which caused your heart to beat faster. And faster. Butterflies forming in your stomach but you could not understand why.
"This question is kind of hard" His voice could be heard clearly as he leaned in to look at the question, his breath could be felt on your neck.
He took your hand which held a pen as he guided you through the question.
It was not long before you realised that you had fallen for the one and only Cai XuKun.
"So the substance should be calcium hydroxide. Do you get it?" He turned to look you in the eye before realising how close you and him were. 0.01cm to be exact
His eyes turned to your lips as he slowly leaned in even more and you unintentionally closed your eyes before feeling his plump lips on yours.
Between being enemies and lovers, drew a fine line.
And you were sure you were walking on that fine line.

You were watching Chen Linong's funny moments on Youtube as you chuckled. "Chen Linong is so cute!" Your internal fangirling had begun.
"What are you watching?" Cai Xukun, your boyfriend plopped down beside you and put his hand over your shoulders.
Taking a closer look at the small screen size, he frowned, then looked at you, who was grinning from ear to ear.
'I really feel like a third wheeler' Cai Xukun thought to himself.
"You should be looking at videos of me not NongNong!" His frown deepened as he crossed his arms.
"I'm sorry but you are not as cute as Linong." Your eyes continued to be glued onto the screen.
"I can be cute too!" He whined in a baby voice which made you cringe.
"Stop doing that its so cringey oh my god!" You slightly moved away from him as he grabbed your arm and swayed it left and right.
"No! KunKun is not going to stop until you turn off that video and cuddle with me!" He exclaimed in his baby voice again.
Since you were tired of him acting cute and wanted to cuddle, you obviously placed your phone down.
The both of you cuddled, and not long after, fell asleep.

“How are all of you doing?” Your teacher asked over her computer screen. Since the COVID-19 situation, schools have been closed and online lessons were to take place. With many replying “good”, “lonely”, your teacher started the math lesson.
“So when we move the x over to the other side,...” Of course, you were not listening, but instead doing some renegade TikTok in the comfort of your own home.
Just then, you heard a ping of notification from your Whatsapp web. And to your surprise, it was Cai Xukun, the popular kid in your class who was always first place in school and a heartthrob
Cai Xukun: Seriously? Tiktok?
Your heart dropped for a moment as you initially thought that your video was on the screen. However, it wasn't. Cai Xu Kun probably pinned your screen which made you startled. Why would he want to pin your screen?
Doing the same thing, you pinned his screen, sticking your tongue out at him. Which he then ‘replied’ with a small smile. The teacher oblivious to the conversation between the two of you still continued with her presentation.
Maybe online school isn't going to be that bad.
