Yes. A while back now. He came out very cursed-looking and was thenceforth sentenced to WIP jail.

I need to ask the general public if anyone has successfully drawn Santa Jack before. Like in illustrated form

Because I'm gonna say it, I straight up don't think it's possible. I think my brain physically refuses to draw him in any capacity.

Normal Jack is perfect! Thawed Jack is fine! But Santa Jack? The most pivotal part of his screen time? Nah, fuck that noise. I cannot get him to look even somewhat decent, I hate it.

Art dump? Sort of? Basically, a few of the things I've neglected to post over the last few months/millennia.

Inspired by this lovely post, and this lovely follow up post! I was so bowled over by the fits that I decided to alter/update an old Diteline sketch to match!

Finally managed to establish a consistent character design for my pathetic little wet mop of a daughter. Huzzah!

AU in which Jack either a) never leaves or b) leaves but comes back almost immediately.

More bb Cold Front. Jack would almost certainly not have been wearing pinstriped trousers that far back, but they were easier to draw than something period appropriate! The difference in foot size is making me weak at the knees.

Meant to post this on Valentine's Day. 😅 Some Bernelle, Blinter and Diteline, as well as Jucy. Figured if anyone could get B-Man jivin' it was Miss Elle (property of the lovely shittyelfwriter).

Theym, or something. In ch. 4 of ML I mention that Lucy has blonde highlights. I've since decided that they're not so much highlightS as one big streak, that she uses to cover up a lil grey area (if I can be going grey at age 27 she can be going grey at 35). I think she also dyes it pink every so often, for funsies; as she has in the upper lefthand pic. She looks v NYC Grunge in that one, as an aside. Apart from the Bears cap, that is, which is decidedly Illinoisan. The coat was borrowed (stolen) from her dad and the hoodie is her old varsity one from Harvard. Oh, and her earrings are teeny planets, bc yay space!

Design musings:

YEAH. I GAVE DITE MEG FROM HERCULES HAIR. I FUCKING DID THAT!! Well, my best attempt ;)

It's hard to picture how she looks older bc as a goddess she doesn't actually age? She can rep herself however tf she wants.

Anyway, when she and Jacquie are married and the absolute terrors known as their kids are around, Dite decides to age with Jacqueline! She really likes wrinkles. Crows feets are her fave and she appreciates bags under eyes (which Jacqueline is prone to some days lol)

Dite's outfit is ALL MATERIAL, sorry about that to any artist friends who are like NEW DESIGN then realize how many FOLDS she has. Stolas man. Wildin.

Her top is based on/inspired by this and her skirt is based on this; it doesn't come across well in the scan but I did alternate the shades of pink for her skirt, ehehehe. she has leg slitty for optimal CRUSHING of her ENEMIES or her wife

Put some pink in her wings just because! she wears her dad's laurel and still has the charm bracelet with all her weapons on it!

They have matching swapped necklaces 🤗🤭

I'm still deciding how MILF Jacquie's outfit looks? Shoes are deffs a place holder, tho she probz wears the exact same boots she does in the present CS works lol.

I'm not sure if the lapels and sleeve bands will stay mid blue or if I'll make em black. I finally found the original image of the FRONT of the piece that inspired her shirt blazer thing! These details were the original images I had to work with, and tbh. I'm not sure I like the front--tho I may see how it'd look with proper lapels 🤔

(not Jack and Blaise in the distance like YES JACQUELINE! JOIN THE BLAZER PARTY! DO IT! Since Fino and Fiera are solid NOS on blazers lol)

I'm actually really excited about Dite bc I feel like I FINALLY did her muscles justice in my very simple way and IT'S ONLY UP FROM HERE, LADS! WHEEE!!~ (and thankfully, Jacquie is also excited about Dite otherwise she'd be YELLING ABOUT THIS! But given the 10-14cm of snow we're expecting tonight, she's got other things to do right now 😏😏😏)

huehuehue hello just had the thought that mera and seance for the autumn fall prompts would be FUN >:)

Okay i know it's really late in the day to be answering this FINALLY but to be so fair I went all out. This prompt ALSO scratched an ich in my brain and also relates to Millers Law!

Chimera would absolutely do seances but it just so happened that I had a design kind of (heavily on the kind of) nailed down for local goth Melior! And her and Kills would totally bond but her and Mera? An ELITE combo that I never considered until now.

give me two characters who are each other’s home. two characters who feel completely safe, warm and protected in each other’s presence, and who are completely respected by the other. two people who, on some level or another, were missing that little extra spark they needed to feel fully confident and accepted as their whole selves until the other came along. they don’t “fix each other” or “make each other better”–they give the other the support they need to build on what was already inside them. sure they might kiss, or make goo-goo eyes, but they can also just…talk, and make each other laugh and smile, because for once they feel comfortable enough in themselves and with each other to be vulnerable in that way. two complete people who finally find someone to share all of themselves with. and no matter what they do or how far they go, they’ll always have each other to come back home to.
