wtf do u think that link proves? Itâs just about congress pressing university presidents on idiotic hypotheticals. Do you know what PROOF means? Link to videos of protestors saying âgas the jewsâ or any of that shit. You canât because it never happened.
And LOL for referring to yourself as an âaKtUahL jEwâ. Jews arenât an endangered species, and theyâre not better than anyone else. itâs a RELIGION anyone can covert to. Heck, maybe Iâll convert and then Iâll be an âaKtUahL jEw!!â who you think is deserving of special status.
I think I will.
Donât Zionists ever get tired of their own bullshit? This one admits the people who want to see Palestine be free of occupation and apartheid are good people then repeats the ludicrous lie that they all want her dead. itâs honestly hilarious how insane they are đ
âI canât trust anyone anymoreâ Yeah, you canât trust because at any moment some great person youâve been friends with all your life could turn out to be one of those brave principled people who stands up for the most oppressed people on earth who are going through a LITERAL GENOCIDE. You poor thing, @jewishspite! How will you ever get through this?
Palestine will be free. No matter how unlikely it seems.
Iâve seen a lot of posts from fellow Jews about how hard it feels to observe Pesach this year, how it even feels wrong while there are Jews being held in captivity right now.
I would argue thatâs the very point of Pesach, and observing it has never been more appropriate than it is now.
The first Seder was not a celebration of a victory already won. The first Seder was held by the Jews while we were still in Egypt, while we were all still enslaved, huddled inside with lambs blood on our doorposts. We were anticipating imminent departure from Egypt, but it hadnât happened yet and we had no way of knowing if it would.
Pesach is not an after-the-fact celebration of finally being out of danger. The origin of the Seder is a deliberately premature celebration, a demonstration that we have so much faith in G-d saving us that we act as if itâs already happened.
We donât have the Seder because we are finally free. We have the Seder as a show of faith that we will be, no matter how unlikely it seems.
Sooooo genuine question what do I do for Passover at the end. Youâre supposed to say ânext year in Israelâ (which I am assuming comes from the diaspora and not Zionism) but like. âNext year in Palestine?â Or do I just not say it???
Itâs literally only Zionist genocide apologists who claim they feel unsafe. Itâs literally just you.
Chag Pesach sameach to every Jewish person. No matter your observance practices, whether youâre at a Seder with family, working or anything else. Every Jewish person deserves to feel safe, no matter their politics or visibility. Because right now? Itâs beyond left/right. Itâs simply being Jewish. So celebrate (or not) with lightness, love and above all, safety. Take care, be proud, chag Pesach sameach!
Host a Christian Seder in honor of the suffering and forthcoming liberation of the Palestinian People (who have 10x more Levantine DNA than Ashkenazi European immigrants). If youâre concerned about the living descendants of Abraham, itâs the people being starved and bombed to death by Israel.
This is your yearly reminder that if you are not Jewish, it is INAPPROPRIATE to host a "Christian" Passover seder!
Judaism is a closed religion and culture and Passover has specific ethnic and cultural significance to the Jewish people -- it's the celebration of our exodus from slavery in Egypt. Regardless of how historical that claim actually is (and most Jews don't believe the Torah is historically accurate, ftr), it's deeply symbolic and important to us as a people.
Also, Jesus's last supper was not a seder, if that's why you want to host one. The tradition we follow today originated about a thousand years after he died. His celebration looked much, much different -- and he was Jewish. You are not. The new covenant outlined in the New Testament nullifies the Covenant of Abraham that holds you to Jewish law and connects you to the Jewish people.
So, please don't have a "Christian Passover". There is no good reason to.
Thereâs something deeply wrong with zionist communities. Something DEEPLY wrong. To them, Judaism is a religion of narcissism, a 5,000 history of wars and genocides in the name of Jewish supremacy masquerading as a religion.
How sociopathic do you have to be to think itâs edgy and admirable to announce you wonât be giving a single thought to the 2 million people your official country is starving and bombing to death? Appalling.
Appalling.
Itâs genuinely annoying how many people want Jews to think about Palestinians during our Saders.
Well, my family, and I will not.
Itâs terribly sad whatâs happening in Gaza, but donât expect Jews on a holiday where we celebrate our liberation and remember our suffering to turn it into another groupâs tragedy.
Tonight is Passover, a jewish holiday that celebrates freedom from injustice and slavery. As a jewish person myself, I'm going to be praying for palestine, and I can only hope others will do the same.
For those who don't want to pray or want to do something more, here are a few helpful links!
Disorganized (aka fearful-avoidant) attachment style is overanalyzing/overcorrecting when you think your partner might be pulling away from you, but then pulling away from them when they draw close to you.
It is both craving AND fearing intimacy so deeply that you grip people tight in your hands lest they leave you, but keep them at an arms length lest they love you.
