Shortly before realizing she was pregnant with me, my mom had a dream that I was royalty on the moon. Since mom didn't know she was pregnant, she didn't have a baby to name that and the name went to someone else. Shortly after, she realized she was pregnant and I was given a Cambodian name meaning "Perfect Magic" but have continued to be told this story as I grew up. THE KNIGHT - Once upon a time, I explored the wonderful magical video game world of Maplestory. During my time there, I wasn't particularly good at the game but I LOVED playing it. One day, while trying to complete a mini-dungeon that was part of a quest, I had died so many times that I had seen one guy lap me in progress several times. He finally stopped and offered me some mana potions... then offered me with help on the quest. This was the beginning of a beautiful friendship. We ended up becoming best friends, sharing our trials together and even exploring random new MMORPGs together. He has since been referred to as my Knight. We offer each other support when we can. THE BALANCE - During a study abroad program in China, I met a girl that taught me the balanced kind of friendship that I now look for. We looked out for each other in new environments, and often had late night conversations. One of these conversations was discussing one of her favorite shows, the anime Naruto, and how one particular aspect of that show defined her favorite relationships.
