Deleted or deactivated like 90% of my socials and its the most freeing shit on earth. 2023 was focus on mental health.

2024 is focus on building real connections in my daily life because online just ends with me complaining about shit non stop instead of focusing on the positive stuff happening.

Anyways bye social media garbage scrolls, obnoxious pop ups on every single website, constantly feeling watched, feeling pressured to reply to everything even if I have nothing to say and then complaining about nothing, seeing content that makes me feel miserable about stuff, non stop distractions from working, sitting around every second of free time staring at my screen, shrinking attention span

My phone is for making calls, music and googling info i need and thats it

sometimes I think about how there were a few users I followed (and still do) who smoked weed and sometimes talked about that on tumblr and incredibly sheltered 17 year old me would vicariously live through those posts.
