I genuinely think fandom does not understand how “gay” cishet men are for each other… like yes I am all for the headcanons and the ships but “there’s no platonic explanation” does not apply like ever, I have seen straight dudes literally slap each other’s arses and they’re still straight because they aren’t attracted to dudes, straight guys jokingly flirt with each other all the time

With Chester King and several agents dead, Merlin assigns himself as the temporary Arthur while still maintaining his Merlin duties. He goes back to being a field agent to make up for the lack of other Knights, often working with the newly appointed Lancelot and Galahad.
