Sticking with the coat-theme for this post. Short woolly coats go well with skirts and dresses. And all I see on my socials are these super adorable little shoes (paired with socks). I think I might have to go shopping today.

It all started with this coat. It chose me when we went shopping, and it deserves gorgeous outfits to elevate. But this coat is burgundy, what does woman wear with a f”ing burgundy fluffy coat?
I only have coloured bags and black shoes. A brown bag, but no brown shoes. It’s a tragedy really, having such a piece of art for a coat but no clue how to style it right.
So as any zillenial would do, I went to Pinterest. And I found out two practical pieces of information, which I will share with you.
Burgundy goes well with earth tones, black & white and blue! So coat is wearable with blue jeans. I tried it, definitely a win.
Next piece of information has to do with the fluffy-ness and almost royal feel it gives off. I haven’t tried it (give me some slack, I’ve owned the coat for two days now), but it is my inspiration for tomorrow’s outfit. Wear a skirt or dress, it forces you to notice the fluffy-ness of the coat and it makes it the main attraction of the outfit, which it should be regardless..
And so now I have downloaded this app to continue learning about fashion and keep on track of trends.
