Chapter 67
I love this and I want more chapters like this. Just no more plans from Min and Jihwa, please. I also love that Min didn’t tell Jihwa that Seungho heard everything straight from him.

Chapter 60
Please, please, I hope Jihwa grows a heart. I just hope him seeing Nakyum will make him just change his mind. I don’t even want to get into Nakyum calling out for Seungho, and Seungho almost immediately noticing Nakyum not being there. Seungho has been acting right lately(kind of).

This I was such a good chapter!😭 Seungho saying that he has feelings for Nakyum, to Nakyum’s face, and in so many ways! That it’s just so solid that he indeed does love him. I do feel sympathy for Jihwa, since he’s stuck with Seungho since they were kids and has possibly gotten the same punishment as Seungho for having interest in men.

It’s no surprise what happened to servant in the end! Secretly happy about that, since now the plan will be harder to execute without someone on the inside helping them. Now this makes it a bit of a mystery on how No Name will go about this. I’m also loving that the fact the author stated that instead of putting more word bubbles, she hoping for readers the understand what they’re feeling through their emotions. That it self confirmed that Seungho was hurt by Nakyum being in denial of him having feelings towards him. I also believe that Nakyum wasn’t actually grinning at being touched by the other two men, but that Seungho just kind of imagined that. I’m looking forward to see if there will be any kind of a resolve in the next chapter. And even though he’s not my favorite character I hope to see In-Hun sometime.

It’s comforting to know that nothing bad would have happened to Nakyum either way. It’s also nice to see Seungho openly defend Nakyum and treat him tenderly. I definitely expected Seungho to pull out a knife or something, but brute strength was more than enough to prove his point and to punish the servant.

Chapter 52 spoilers
OPIUM Seungho? This man is going through it. I always assumed it was tobacco that he was smoking in that little pipe, but the opium must be new since they emphasized it this chapter. This is actually so sad to see that he’s regressing to old ways so fast and they’ve given him opium. We can see his eyes look very hazy, opium is pretty strong so it makes sense if Seungho does act neurotic and impulsively. He still obviously cares about Nakyum, because he doesn’t like anyone else to bring him up. In this case though he might go a little too far with trying to hide his feelings from everyone, and end up hurting Nakyum by making him join that whole little party he’s got going on there in his room. I had a feeling that Nakyum would be the first one to make a move. I just did not expect the opium and more than one person to be in his room. Who knows if Seungho will be super rough Nakyum, and have a repeat of Nakyum getting sick again since he not in a clear set of mind with the smoking and drinking.
Could it also be Seungho doesn’t want to look Nakyum in the because he’s been smoking opium? (jk he’s pissed about the In-Hun incident that’s why)
Now, back to this servant. What happened now, why are you suddenly stomping out Nakyum’s belongings. As far as we know ever since the rocks in the rice incident, nothing has been done to him. I know he probably won’t have much of a chance to really harm Nakyum or to do the plan since Seungho is coincidentally on his way to go get Nakyum but this servant is angry angry, so he might get a little hit in.
When Min asked Nakyum what he’s still doing alive, I thought Jihwa was going around town telling everyone about his plans for Nakyum’s murder. Last minute I remembered that Min is the one who suggested to Jihwa to have Nakyum killed. Min also mentioned in a previous chapter that he wanted to see how Nakyum tasted. That could explain why he was taunting Seungho so much about not inviting Nakyum to join them, to the point that he tricked Seungho into inviting Nakyum so that he could prove that Min is wrong. Min is gross and the type that knows how to get what he wants. If Seungho wasn’t smoking opium. then I don’t think he would have gone to get Nakyum. He would have just ignored them and tell them to drop it like the time when Nakyum was sick. But Min saw his chance and took it, he out of all those around Seungho, said that he can read Seungho like a open book. Which makes me think, does Min really know why Seungho is supporting In-Hun, that it was really for Nakyum?

Chapter 51
The situation with Jihwa and No Name will surly go wrong in one way or another. Firstly, Jihwa is now demanding quicker results, rather than let time do it’s thing. Second No Name is relying on a unreliable servant. Yes the servant is more than willing to help them since he resents Seungho and indirectly resents Nakyum, so having Nakyum murdered will be killing two birds with one stone for him. I just don’t think that the other servants in the Yoon house hold will let that servant take Nakyum out of Seungho’s watch without stopping him or telling Seungho and his main servant, esspically not after he’s admitted to not liking Nakyum and putting rocks in his food. I also personally think that if this servant is caught, in order to save himself he might expose Jihwa.
For Jihwa, his guilt is giving me big Macbeth vibes, but instead of him feeling guilty about it afterwards, he feels guilty before the actual murder. It would be good to see Jihwa to really think about how he would feel after Nakyums murder, it’s likely that he won’t feel any better afterwards. The guilt and burden of having to carry such a heavy secret would definitely get anyone in Jihwa’s situation and state of mind. He’d also be paranoid that somehow Seungho would come to find out the real reason Nakyum died, I personally feel like it’s hinted that Jihwa is afraid to see Seungho’s reaction to Nakyum’s death, he’s probably afraid to be hated/rejected by Seungho. Jihwa can’t come to terms that someone of a lower class has won over the man that he was after. And of course it’s probably too late to even call it off so I’m only left hoping that Jihwa finds in heart to call it off.
Finally Seungho and Nakyum! As much as Seungho wanted Nakyum’s honest answer as to why he was acting so out of character, he wasn’t really ready to hear that it was because of In-Hun. Ever since In-Hun went off for the testing Seungho and Nakyum spent their whole days together, Seungho subconsciously must have thought that they’ve made a lot of progress as a pair. When he hears the truth Seungho give a Nakyum a kiss, almost as if to reconfirm that Nakyum isn’t just a prostitute to him, but someone of value. Seungho admitted to purposely sending away In-Hun so that’d be be out of their way, and to find out In-Hun is still looming over them through Nakyum’s behavior must be overwhelming for him to hear, since all this time they’ve spent together In-Hun is still who Nakyum thinks about. In the last chapter his servant told him not to take it to heart, but Seungho can’t help it since he’s experiencing his first heartbreak, he’s dealing with it like anyone would. Seungho is reverting your his old ways, with drinking (probably more than usual) and having other people come over, he’s going as far as avoiding eye contact with Nakyum. I do think that Nakyum will be the first one to make a move and ask Seungho if he’s okay since he probably doesn’t remember tell Seungho about In-Hun calling him a prostitute. I just want them to communicate again. 😭

When clearly Seungho, in early ch's, has always been the one who's THIRSTY FOR THAT PURE SACRED FOUNTAIN WATER IN THE DISTANCE while he surely wasn't so much busy consuming water from a creek.

Chapter 49 Spoilers
This chapter wrecked me. Nakyum wasn’t completely honest to Seungho, and only thinks of him self as just a body and is willing to keep that mentality, because that’s what he thinks suits him. Seungho kind of showed that he’s suspicious of Nakyum’s answer, since he made a comment about Nakyum always crying around him. Although I will have to give Nakyum credit because he was at least honest about how he’s been feeling when Seungho makes eye contact with him and more.
In my opinion Seungho took what he could from the final sex scene in the chapter. From the way Seungho was holding nakyum while he was crying, to the final panel the way he was gently cradling his head. Seungho showed that he was liking it when Nakyum told him how he feels during sex. Seungho heard what he probably really wants to hear but knows it isn’t sincere, since he caught Nakyum saying stop in the middle of it and after he said all that about liking it. That is where Nakyum slipped up because if he liked Seungho’s touch so much he wouldn’t just say stop in the middle of it, especially since Nakyum is the one who initiated it. Now Seungho might still question Nakyum if he really likes it and if he’s still has something bothering him.
Seungho keeps dropping the most vague answers (to Nakyum) about how he’s feeling. He questioned out loud “what am I trying to do here”. Is Seungho saying that him trying to vacalize/physically show his confusion and hope that nakyum catches on that Seungho does care for him. Or is Seungho slowly realizing that what he’s feeling is love and is trying to find ways to show it. Seungho only knows to use intimidation and lust on others. So love is new and a mystery to him, but hopefully he’ll get there. That moment was really important for his further development.
I won’t be surprised if in the next few chapters it again shows that Seungho makes another gesture showing that he cares for Nakyum. Such as Nakyum not eating with the servants or being allowed to do any kind of work. But that’s I want see I don’t think it’s likely for it to happen next time.
