He's restless, hyperactive, and at some points toxic. He makes jokes about everything he can. And if he doesn't like you, expect a lot of offensive jokes. His humor is sometimes cruel and over the top. He doesn't know what courtesy or personal boundaries are. Who? What? He's very tactile. He adores animals and often either imitates their behavior or takes the form of dogs\cats. A favorite form of Who?What? - is humanoid and an anthro dragon with fur. Yeah, yeah. Furry angel. What have I gotten myself into? Who's What is usually calm and upbeat until the trigger hits. He's emotionally unstable, so his moods are constantly shifting. As you can see, he hates demons so much that he will genocide them any chance he gets . He also dislikes possessed people and cultists, and in rare failures in the matrix, he can take a knife or a brick and charge his victim in the head. Now call him silly after that-- okay, I'm not judging anyone. He's really that stupid.
