A/N: Dealing with something similar to this myself, I found writing this out actually helped me feel a little better. I’m not sure if this could help someone else like me, but if it does please know you’re not alone in dealing with this. Actually this part of the grieving process I think means you’re getting somewhere in your feelings and controlling them. I remember someone told me “healing doesn’t have to be magical or pretty. Real healing his hard, exhausting and draining. Let yourself go through it.”

You wake up in a tangle of limbs, arms securely wrapped around your waist as your head rests on your boyfriend’s chest using him as your pillow. You slowly lift your head up to admire Mingi, his bright red hair strewn across his forehead messily, eyes shut tight and lips slightly parted as delicate snores escape through them. You can’t help but admire his beauty as he sleeps so peacefully.

You untangle your hand from under Mingi’s arm and reach up to comb through his hair, the temptation too strong to resist. At this Mingi shifts, his thick lashes fluttering slightly as he reluctantly opens his eyes.

When they land on you, a lazy smile appears on his face, his hands moving under your t-shirt to soothingly rub circles on your skin.

“Good morning.” You giggle at your boyfriend finding his tired expression very amusing.

“What time is it?” Mingi questions, his voice rough with sleep.

“It’s 7:30 Min.” You reply with a light giggle. Mingi shuts his eyes again enjoying your hand still playing with his hair. You lean up to make your face level with his, hovering over him, waiting for his eyes to open once again.

“Just kiss me already.” Mingi states in a flat tone to show his impatience, his eyes remaining shut. You don’t respond, a smirk on your face as you decide to tease him a little.

You lean down slightly closer, so you can feel his breath on your face, but remain far away enough that your lips aren’t touching. Your eyes are trained to his lips which are now closed, waiting for yours to meet them.

After what feels like an eternity of waiting, Mingi opens his eyes to peer at you, a pout on his lips as he begins to whine at your teasing.

“Hurry up.” Mingi complains as your eyes meet his, a devilish glint in them to convey your intentions to your boyfriend.

“What? I was admiring the view.” You lightly laugh to try which only annoys Mingi further.

At your responce Mingi overdramatically sighs and rolls his eyes. His hand makes its way to hold your cheek before taking control of the situation and pulling you closer to him.

The kiss is soft and lazy, a little sloppy because Mingi is only half awake which makes you smile into it, but full of passion. As you pull away Mingi snickers a little under his breath.

“What?” You laugh mildly confused.

“It’s just for someone so determined to tease me, you surely gave in quick to the kiss.” Mingi mocks with a triumphant smirk.

“I guess I’m just irresistible.” He continues after a moment of silence. You let out a snort of laughter in responce as Mingi pulls you into a tight embrace, both of you enjoying each others presence in early morning tranquility.

BTS Becomes 1st Korean Group To Score RIAA Platinum Certification For Single + 1st Korean Artist With A Gold Album

BTS now has a platinum single in the United States, as well as their first gold album! The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) has now announced that BTS’s “MIC Drop” has gone platinum. According to the RIAA’s website, the track has reached 1 million “units,” with a certification date of November 9. One permanent digital download counts as one unit, and 150 on-demand audio and/or video streams count as one unit. BTS previously became the first Korean group to receive gold certification when “MIC Drop” achieved the feat in February, and they’re now the first Korean group to receive a platinum certification. In 2013, PSY’s “Gangnam Style” was the first single by a Korean artist to reach the RIAA’s platinum certification standards, and it went on to go five times multi-platinum. “MIC Drop” is now the second track ever by a Korean artist to score platinum certification from the RIAA. In addition, BTS’s 2018 album “Love Yourself: Answer” and its title track “IDOL” have both been certified gold by the RIAA. A gold certification is earned by a release that reaches 500,000 units. “Love Yourself: Answer” is the first album by a Korean artist to be certified gold, while “IDOL” is BTS’s fourth single to receive gold certification, following “MIC Drop,” “DNA,” and “Fake Love.”
